I was not from the area came in to have my truck checked because I was not getting any heat and it was cold that day. They took me in right away fixed the issue and sent me on my way. I highly recommend Auto ER (next to Wawa on Archer) for auto repairs. We recently needed new tires and an alignment. The manager and staff were very nice, honest and fair. I’m sending my kids there from now on.

Nick and the lovely people at auto ER were fast and diligent when it came to servicing my vehicle. After the dealership quoted me over $6000 in repairs I took it to auto ER where they PROPERLY diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a timely manner. They have a customer for a lifetime and I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking to service their vehicles.

I want to thank Kevin and his team for taking care of me when I brought my car in. They gave me a fair deal on the work. They were very hospitable and I appreciated they had an area in the lobby where I can wait while my car was in service. I also appreciated them checking in with me afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly with my vehicle. Definitely bringing my cars back to them if I had any questions or issues.

I had a bit of a scheduling issue at first, but I’m happy with how everything was handled. After some delays, the manager apologized and offered to do my oil change for free if I came back the next day. I did, and they completed it quickly and honored their promise.

During my most recent visit, I had to leave for an important interview, and the team coordinated my transportation to and from the shop so I wouldn’t have to stress. On top of that, Nick and Kevin stayed after hours until I was able to pick up my keys. That level of care and going above and beyond is rare. My car was making noises while driving and my steering was tight. I went to AutoER and they ran a full diagnostics on my car and gave me a full report with pictures and an estimated costs to fix them. Nick was great, very professional, clearly explained the issues and options to fix them. AutoER also provided for my ride to work place till I get my car fixed. I don't think any other place offer this service. I highly recommend AutoER.

Amazing experience with these guys! Came in for an oil change and they were honest enough to tell me that I didn’t even need one after I had already agreed to pay. Inspected the car, and said I was all good. Told them I was going on a road trip and they insisted I take some of their snacks and drinks with me. The honesty and kindness from everyone working here was very surprising from my experience with other auto shops. They also provide discounts for UF students, definitely recommend!

I had the pleasure of dealing with nick who was not only friendly and respectful, but was knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to upgrade me to a better, newer part than the older tech factory installed in my vehicle. His communication regarding all the work was great and the update calls as things progressed were very appreciated and kept me informed. Overall great experience and they got my car running better than when I brought it in.

This auto shop is such a gem. I’ve driven by this place daily for months. This week I needed a bumper alignment and thought of this shop so I passed by. Bobby Kelly, the general manager, was so welcoming from the time I walked in. He worked around my work schedule and made a way to assist me quickly. Words can’t express my gratitude to this shop and Mr. Bobby Kelly. If you find yourself needing auto/maintenance services, find yourself here immediately! They will have my business from here on!

I have to atone for a caustic one star review I previously gave. The front end was an aftermarket which did not fit. Auto ER was able to get OEM parts which did fit. The staff understood my frustration and patient with me which I appreciated. I learned about getting OEM parts as part of my insurance policy - cost: $6.00 more on my six month premiums. I’m much more satisfied for the redo but one star off for the inconvenience of having drop the truck off and pick it up. Jesse and Bobby did good by me. I’m always suspicious of the automotive industry for good reason. Mistakes were made on the initial repair but were atoned for. I had follow up problems which could or could not have been attributed to the repair but they addressed them without debate. Would I recommend them? Yes. Check your repair to make sure it was done right but if there are any problems, they will work with you

Auto ER was great. I love their full diagnostic that they give when getting an oil change. They let you know the things that need to be done with your vehicle to keep it running smoothly. Nick was fantastic at following up to check on the vehicle and making sure that everything was running smoothly. The fixed my back wiper blade arm as well and did a great job. I tried doing it myself and it didn't work out. They were able to fix it right away.

I do not recommend this shop. I brought my vehicle to Auto ER for a routine oil change. Immediately afterward, the car developed an oil leak that did not exist before. I returned right away, and the shop acknowledged the area was wet around the drain/oil pan area and documented it. Instead of correcting the issue, I was forced to pay a $95 diagnostic fee for a problem that began directly after their service and was already known. The inspection photos provided did not clearly identify a single source of the leak, yet I was presented with a bundled estimate of approximately $1,700 for multiple unrelated seals. When I questioned the diagnosis and asked for accountability, the manager, Nick, was dismissive and unprofessional. His tone and language were inappropriate, and the interaction felt more like intimidation than customer service. I was not asking for free work, I was asking for responsibility and a clear root-cause explanation. Instead, I was pressured to accept costly repairs while the shop refused to acknowledge the connection to their oil change. If you value transparency, respect, and accountability, I strongly suggest seeking service elsewhere.

AutoER is fabulous! From my phone call asking about a same-day appointment, to walking in and experiencing a warm greeting, an easy handoff, and a comfortable wait, to excellent communication and education about my car, to an efficient close to my visit - all was a delightful experience! My car seems happier, too! Update: whenever my car needs attention, I go back to AutoER! It is invaluable to be able to trust recommendations made. I leave with more appreciation for my vehicle & how it is maintained each time I come in. Nick & Al go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service!

Got into a small accident where it resulted in someone hitting my vehicle in the right bumper area. The other driver's insurance company suggested this business as an option to get my vehicle fixed, and I went with it since it was fairly close to my job. Process was simple...Jesse (manager) inspected my vehicle, sent the invoice over to the insurance company and we set a date for me to come back and drop off my vehicle. After a week and a half, they called to inform me it was ready to be picked up. I was satisfied and surprised because they gave me updates along the whole way, which is hard to find in a business. Usually, you have to call and find out or ask yourself. Staff were great in my opinion, super friendly & informative. The establishment itself was clean. Once I got there to get my vehicle, I was blown away at the detail and work they did on my car. It was like nothing ever happened. Will definitely go to them in the near future, but hopefully under a different circumstance.

i had the privilege of working with Nick on my 2015 Nissan Juke Nismo. i mean, this place is very hard to beat, service and quality wise. Nick was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me get everything in my car fixed. my car now runs so smooth, it feels like it just came off the lot of a dealership. good price too! to anyone looking at this place for an emergent visit or just a regular check in, Nick should be your guy as he was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and honestly? just a good dude. thanks guys!!

I had a check engine light in my 2015 Lincoln. I took it to AutoZone to get a diagnostic done, but even after the diagnostic i was still lost with what was wrong with the car. I dropped off my car at AutoER and Nick was SUPER helpful at explaining everything they found with the vehicle inspection. Mind you i’m a college student and don’t have much to cover for these expenses. I had to repair something with the emissions and also the reset suspension so nothing super cheap. But they offered a reasonable price and were not over charging. Also Nick was super helpful in prioritizing exactly what I should get replaced and what could wait a little longer. Super helpful and appreciative of Nick taking the time to explain things clearly to feel confident in what i was getting done to the car. Also AutoER gave me a student discount for going to UF, very appreciated!

Extremely great service. Was having an issue with my tires and drove by close to closing on the off chance they could help and they didn’t hesitate to assist despite it being late. The manager, Nick was awesome and more than willing to help. Also explained a lot of stuff about my car and some of the services that they offer which was greatly appreciated. Planning to use them on future services as their willingness to help and not hesitating to explain things about their services was extremely helpful.

A smooth and wonderful experience. Auto ER is my go to for my oil change, but this time it was a first for getting work done on my vehicle from them. Tim and Al both helped me and provided an excellent service by answering any of my questions and assessing my concern. They are very thorough. Bobby from AutoER has been incredibly helpful to me. I got into an accident that badly damaged the passenger side of my car. Nissan quoted me $7,000 just to fix some of the damage as a 23-year-old student, there was no way I could afford that. My dad, who’s a big fan of Bobby, told me to take my car to AutoER instead. Bobby took a look at it and immediately put me at ease. He was able to repair it so I could drive safely again and for just a fraction of what Nissan tried to charge me. I’m so grateful for his honesty and skill. I’ll definitely be coming back he’s replacing my bumper for me and for any future work I need. AutoER is the kind of place that truly looks out for drivers and genuinely wants to help, not just take your money. I can’t recommend them enough!

I travel to Gainesville periodically, but this time I started hearing a loud noise from my car. I googled auto places and Auto ER was one of the choices. I called and Nick was professional and courteous! I arrived and was immediately impressed. Their honesty is what stood out for me. My car issue turned out to be minor but the staff still thoroughly inspected my car. They did find some other issues and they made sure to provide a "very thorough" diagnostic report. The technicians were nice and physically showed me what was found and what they did. I could say more but I'll sum this up. I brought my car in for a full front axle brake job, a coolant flush and replacement of my front tires. I received an estimate on all the work I wanted done in a couple of hours. I appreciate the thoroughness of their diagnostics as I had no clue my plugs were 20k miles past their lifespan! The mechanics got to work after I gave my approval on the issues they found, and I got my car back the next day! Now she is driving better than when I got her! I love the free estimate, and Nick was very sweet, honest, and genuine when dealing with me calling multiple times to check up on my baby! Only hiccup was a missing plastic tab on some cable cover in my engine bay which was no big deal; they replaced it in just a couple minutes when I brought my car in the next day.
