January 2024, engine light and gas cap light came on my truck. Evap leak, purge flow and gas cap issues. I was able to clear those with a machine. Came back on April 2024, so I brought it up and they did a smoke test and "did" the work. Almost $500 worth of work. 3 weeks ago, engine light and gas cap light came on. Hooked it to the machine and same issues popped up. I called muffler mart last week and I was to bring it in Monday-Wednesday. I called today, Tuesday and I was told to bring it in tomorrow for another smoke test and it would be $130. This place will take you to the bank. I think they cleared the codes, charged me an arm and leg and sent me on my way. Same issues that YOU were supposed to fix. Stay away from this place!

My wife and I recently visited the shop to get some work done on my van. I can honestly say that in my 53 years, I have never experienced such excellent service from start to finish. The person at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I highly recommend this place.

Absolute gem. Saw all of the 5 stars and got a lil bit star struck. I don't want to share my secret but they deserve it and I guess no secret... look at all those stars. Honest people earning an honest living. People helping people. Good people. Old Delaware. Now that my warranty has expired from my vehicle's manufacturer, I'll be coming here. Plan ahead, get a 5% cash discount.

We can't thank Muffler Mart enough, we were traveling on holiday and had a flex pipe break. We were hoping for a temporary fix just to make it home. They were able to fit us into their busy schedule and weld it as a permanent fix, all at an affordable price. As we were waiting, we could see how diligent and efficiently they ran the shop, and talking with the other customers, it was clear they had a reputation for great service. So happy we were lucky enough to get connected with such a reputable business.

The team at Muffler Mart in Milford is amazing! My dad took his car there needing a new battery and even though it was noon and time to break for lunch they went ahead and serviced his vehicle. My dad is 91 years old and to hear he was treated so well is truly appreciated!

Excellent quality work always. They do great front end, brakes, and wheel alignments. Owner Judy knows as much and probably more than most male counterparts! Mechanic Dave is a super mechanic. Competitive prices and A-1 work. My 2003 Silverado 2500 HD had big big safety issues inspection didn’t catch giving me a false sense of security. They could have saved my life.

Went to have muffler looked at as it was making some noise under the hood. Lady clearly didn't want to any additional business because it was 3:30 on a Friday... She bends down (not even on her hands and knees) and looks under the car and tells me "Your pipes are rusty... bring it back on Monday and we will fix it." Seriously? How are you still in business. Took the extra 20 minutes to drive to Lewis and brought it to Meineke.

Judy, is the best. She is true blue lady. Very personable. She runs Muffler Martike a charm and still finds time fir customers.

So far the experience here was a good warm one. I always value that family knit smaller business feel over bigger places. Came in yesterday and they gave me an appointment first thing in the morning, since what I wanted done would take too long and didn’t want to leave my car overnight

The owner/manager of the story was very professional, considerate and honest. I loved the fact that she gave me a run down of my vehicle service and gave me the price up front so I’m fully aware of what is being done to my vehicle. Also, the mechanics in the shop are very experienced. It was my first time being in the shop and everything went smooth and they earned my trust with my vehicle. Definitely would recommend stopping by this shop for any vehicle needs. They offer the best deal around Sussex county.

The little lady at car repair slash muffler exhaust repair is really nice and knows about most cars. She quoted me a price but made it cheaper and saved me 200.00 on my bill of 2,000 wow how cool and fixed my car correctly. Muffler mart is place to go if u want car fixed rite an cheaper.

I stop by this place to get a estimate on have a muffler put on and this lady was telling me all this stuff I need and she didn't even look at the truck. I welded these parts for a living back in Philly. So I know what I was talking about. And she was still trying to upsale me on parts that I didn't even need. I would stay away from this place. Do some research you go. No I don't recommend them at all.....stay safe

Muffler mart was able to weld on a new muffler and exhaust pipe in 40 minutes! They even honored their original quote when it was determined that more work needed to be done by offering me a military discount for Veterans Day :D

Full service on custom exhaust systems, engine repair, brakes, alignment, accurate diagnostic procedures and much more, all in a friendly environment and very fair pricing. My highest recommendation to relations and friends.

We had a great experience at Muffler Mart, The mechanic did excellent work in a timely manner and we were treated in a friendly and respectful way by the owner and everyone concerned. The charges were very reasonable so we will definitely have our work done there in the future.

Professional, dependable & honest! I have 2 vehicles which are in both in great shape thanks to the diagnistic & repair work at Mufler Mart. My 4 WD Jeep takes a beating on the beach & they've kept me safely running for almost 300k miles!

Worst experience I've ever had, the staff members are complete idiots, They messed the exhaust up twice, They fixed it once and it is still wrong. I will never take any vehicle back there again. It was a simple 2 into 1 exhaust and they couldn't get that threw there heads. The exhaust that I wanted installed was explained 3 times to 2 people (the mechanic that was installing it and the women at the counter). Also the last bend on the tail pipe and the last exhaust hanger on the pipe is so far back that it wont allow me to install my exhaust tip (which was shown to them when I was explaining how the exhaust should be ran). The exhaust hangs lower than where the stock exhaust comes out so now I will have to have all of the exhaust hangers cut shorter and welded back on to raise all of the exhaust pipe up higher. Half of the welds have already broke on all of the hangers so they rattle from hitting the pipe while the truck is running. I was also charged a extra 50 dollars when I took the truck back for there mistakes to fix it. I would not recommend this shop to anybody until the figure out how to do what a customer explains. They wouldn't even be getting a star from me but I can not post my review unless it at least has one star.
