I brought my Mercedes in to have an alternator of mine with a new serpentine belt installed. I was told by Ryan the cost would be 589$. They ended up charging me 750$. Then they wanted another 359$ for new battery. They wanted 255 times 4 to perform diagnosis of codes. Ended paying 2300$ just to get a car back running with multiple issues diagnosed. Very unhappy

Service advisor and technician did a great job. No floor mat protector used, my light colored mat was very dirty(work boot prints).

Wish I could go higher than a 5 star review. My wife and I had an unfortunate situation with our (new to us) 2020 Tiffin wayfarer. We live in Pennsylvania and decided to take a short trip to Ocean City, Maryland to test the RV out. Prior to our trip, I had it served (oil change and filter). This RV had less than 8,000 miles on it and we had a catastrophic engine failure which led us to IG Burton Mercedes in Milford, DE. Mark the service manager contacted us to inform us that we’d need a new engine. He explained everything that was going to transpire during the process. He sent a video of requested things we were concerned about regarding the catastrophic failure (which hopefully will help in our case). I was surprised when he said they would have the engine complete and ready for pick up within 10 days. If I had questions I would either call or text and Mark got back to us immediately. Once we picked up our RV, the paperwork had pictures and explained everything that was done to the RV. IG Burton definitely has a GREAT employee in Mark. Thanks for getting us back on the road quick and with a brand new shiny engine.

Two visits here in the past year. Both times service was exceptional. Prompt, professional, and they did only exactly what needed to be done. The service rep , Marc ; clearly and patiently explained today’s problem (Thankfully, it was a small one. An air bubble in the coolant system. ) I was in and out in 90 minutes; and the car was immaculate when I got in.
