Took 2024 Grand Cherokee in for scheduled warranty/recall work. Process resolution was efficient, and they kept me informed throughout the wait. There's a reason we've purchased multiple Jeeps (and a BMW from their sister dealership next door) over the past 20 years. Kim & her crew make it happen.

Contacted them about a used Ram Laramie. Indicated my plan to look at it the following week and requested the sales rep, Matt, provide an “out the door” price. Less than an hour later the listed price of the truck was raised $1996. I told Matt I was not going to buy the truck due to the increase, and he never even replied to explain why or attempt to keep my business.

The experience of buying a new car was great, and the service from salesman Felipe was excellent. He guided me well, presented the product superbly, and I left the dealership satisfied with the purchase.

Everything went very smooth. Everything was thoroughly explained and time-line established. Great communication and follow through. Walked in at appointment time and they were waiting for me! 100% satisfied with the entire process and outcome.

I took my vehicle in for a recall. The recall was completed and got in my vehicle, the window was down. Tried putting it up and nope, it would go up and get almost to the top and come right back down. Come to find out the tech that did the recall ripped my weather stripping. I get it accidents happen. The more I thought about it, if my window wasn’t down I would have never know until I left or who knows when, then at that point I wouldn’t be able to prove that it was done at the dealership. I guess my point is, I wasn’t going to be told because someone didn’t want to say they did it. I get it everyone makes mistakes but be honest and own those mistakes because you are possibly having someone else actually have to pay ? for them.

My sales representative Branden was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, kind, and was not pushy. Branden was amazing at helping us pick the perfect vehicle.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing my first vehicle on my own, but going to a dealership that I was familiar with and a salesman whose reputation precedes him put me at ease and made my car buying experience a pleasant. Took my challenger for a oil change. My service rep, John was Great. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle, explained everything in detail. They don't hassle you with upsell services like other places. The best part was, 1 you're in & out for a quick oil change and they will send you text message with a video of the work / vehicle report right on your phone. I highly recommend it.

Recently went to possibly try and purchase a new vehicle with my spouse, after test driving a few we found the model we liked sadly not the color. I was willing to hear out a proposed amazing deal to overlook the fact the vehicle was not the desired color. When the brought this deal out I was floored alright. They low balled my trade in vehicle value well below KBB for even a FAIR condition trade in by 4000 when asked on it the manager tried to backtrack and say he made a mistake by entering the milage wrong he was off by about 25000 miles to begin with. The sales rep should have caught this before this was even brought back to the table. Shows they were really only trying to blow smoke in my face and didn't really give a rats ass about getting the "best" deal possible for the customer. Well sorry to say they lost a customer for good as I will not be returning to waste my time there again. Plenty of other CDJR dealerships that I'm sure will appreciate my business.

In the 2 years since I purchased my Jeep Compass, at IG Burton’s ( purchased at the Berlin location and serviced at the Milford Service Center), I have been very impressed with the approachability, and professionalism, of all staff. Additionally, very pleased with how easy it is to schedule online and the expediency on the day of service. For my 12/17/25 service appointment, I would like to note that my staff interaction, from text confirmation and reminders, through arrival greeting, then service follow-up, has always been with John, at the Milford location, and always been a top- shelf experience. On this last appointment, he was especially helpful with assistance I needed with my husband’s safe exit and getting back into the Jeep, Due to several medical conditions, he has balance and motor limitations. Thank you for making his/our experience safe and positive.

Recently purchased a vehicle here. This is my family's 2nd purchase from this specific location, but we've dealt with the Sales Manager (Brandon) for many years. In all, we've purchased 7-8 vehicles from him over the past 15-16 years. IG Burton is lucky to have him, and he's the sole reason we've ventured to Milford (approximately 30 miles from our home) when we could've visited a location much closer. He's attentive. He's professional, courteous, works hard for his customers. He's honest and knowledgeable. And for all these years, he's always gone WAY ABOVE and beyond the normal level of service one would expect to receive when purchasing a vehicle. I appreciate Jason’s efforts to make things right for me as a customer after my first attempt to purchase a vehicle there was less than satisfying. Thanks to his efforts I have a good deal on a better vehicle. The only issue I have is the lack of a second key fob for the vehicle, which was also the case with the first car I attempted to buy there. My first attempt to purchase was a car with a traditional key. Is there a company policy to give customers just one key? Anyway, I feel much better after my second experience with the dealership

This is genuinely the best dealership you could visit. I’ve wanted a jeep wrangler for years now, I’ve been to over 10 dealerships that all led me to walk away because of various issues (discussing needing to feed their families and needing to make this deal, giving me thousands under my trade in limit, trying to run my credit to get me stuck into a deal, etc.). I found my dream car at this dealership after looking online and drove over 2 hours to go see it. I got to work directly with Jason on this deal, he’s one of the nicest sales guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Jason made this experience seamless. Great conversation, great trade in value, etc. Despite me being 2 hours away from home, I felt right at place at this dealership. Everyone was so wonderful to work with. I could not recommend this place, or Jason more. Even if you’re further away, you’ll be guaranteed to have an amazing experience here.
