The Milford DE location has outstanding customer service. I've been coming here for 22 years. I always feel as though they answer all of my questions and concerns.
Amir and Garry were great took me right in and got me out quick. Jorge did a phenomenal job on my vehicle. He topped off my fluids checked my air pressure and got my alignment done.I will always bring my vehicles to them !!!!
Mr. Joe and Mr. Curtis provided amazing services today with taking care of my alignment. Their hospitality was comforting and the process was quick and easy. You guys are wonderful!
TJ and Gary were so amazing and helpful! We came in last minute with a flat tire and a time crunch and they pushed us along so we could get back on the road right away. If I’m ever in Milford DE again and having car troubles- I will surely be coming back!
I received excellent service from Joab today. I came in for 2 new tires and he was able to give me a fantastic deal on 4 tires. He was very courteous, friendly, and explained the service I needed. I don’t need car service often but when I do I always consider this Firestone location. Their service is always excellent the few times that I have come in.
Amir was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our transaction. We had to reactivate a credit card and he helped us to the entire process without any trouble troubles.
I have an 06 Van that died, It was obviously a fuel delivery problem. I thought it was something simple so I had it towed to Firestone, Milford. They had it a week and a half, charged me $1,300. It worked for one day and died again, had to return the van to the shop... another tow. They had it another 2 weeks and "gave up," can't fix it. I have it towed away from there, so that's three tows. I'm out $1,300 and my car still doesn't work. They didn't even give me a refund. They acted like they were being generous for not charging me for the last week and a half visit.
Update. The regional manager got involved and I got a refund and apology from the store manager. Wouldn't have gotten either without an intervention.
I had a great experience with the store manager joab from Milford. He was very helpful and explained what I need for the vehicle. At times car repairs can be perplex and frustrating. He made the experience as easy and comfortable as it can be.
Came in with a flat tire told Amir what I had been dealing with all day and they said it would be taken care of before closing every other place said it wasn't happening today they will forever have my business after this
Amir is completely unprofessional and claims to be a manager. If you care about your car in good hands at all, do not take your car at this Firestone in Milford.

We just left this shop, from picking up our van from an oil change. Earlier, my wife received a phone call telling her that she needed new tires. She told the shop employee that he would have to discuss it with me. He then tried to sell me new tires. He said that they were down to the wear indicator. I told him that I would check the condition of the tires and purchase some when I needed to. I would shop around for the best value. He interrupted me and said, "WE HAVE TIRES HERE." Duh!!! The name Firestone Tires would have given me that clue!!) My response was "I know, but I will shop around," and thanked him for the advice. He then said, "NEVER MIND" and hung up the phone. He must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed this morning!!!!
When we picked up the car, the invoice said, "THE CUSTOMER DECLINED TO EVEN TALK ABOUT PRICING OF TIRES." He needs to understand that I wasn't obligated to discuss pricing. We discussed the need for tires, and I told him that I would shop around if I needed some.
I was going to give them a good rating, based on the completion of the oil change, but downgraded it to 1 star based on the unprofessional employee behavior. Brian needs more training!!!! I dislike dishonesty.
I’ve been in Milford for 4 years, but have taken my car to my mechanic 45 min away. Had brake issues and tried Firestone in Milford. Got in the same day and the price was about what I expected. Excellent service and will try again on the next car issue.
I was able to book a morning appointment the night before using the website. It seemed too good to be true.
The man working the front desk realized he could not help my situation and referred me to a dealership in Wilmington. I couldn't leave without some answers, so he watched my video of the issue, had a technician come out and give me advice. Then the front desk called my warranty company to give me authorization to go to the dealership. These men gave up their time to help us, and could have easily said, we cannot help you, but they went above and beyond for me. I'll be sure to visit when I need a new set of tires.

Helpful employees concerned about my vehicle. I was alerted to issues that may impact the outcome. All the employees were noticeably happy working there which made me comfortable with the outcome.
The manager, Joshua A Miller’s standard of service/management skills, exceeds industry standards. As it relates to the needs and concerns of multiple customers as well as myself. His level of confidence exuded, as he addressed the service’s being rendered and his technicians ability to get the job done. I like to complement his district manager Ken because, in great businesses they function well from top down. I left the Firestone Milford store feeling that I was valued as a customer. A lost art in the business world today.
