I was the woman who bought the 2010 Subaru. The car was listed at 4800, and since it was supposed to be a $300 fix he knocked the price down to $4500. The estimate I received to repair the gasket was nearly $2000, and there’s another repair aside from that I need to pay for to get it through inspection that will cost another $400. They didn’t claim any responsibility. They didn’t offer me a trade in or any other compensation. Find somewhere else to buy a car. Edit: The warranty offered to me would not have covered problems with the car that existed when I bought it. The dealership is blaming me because I didn’t get a warranty, as if this has anything to do with warranties. I bought the car because they lied about what was wrong with it, and I thought the cost of repairing it would be covered because of the discount.

My sister bought a 2010 Subaru from this dealership on June of 2021, with what they claimed was a leaking valve cover. When a week later, it was confirmed to be a failed Head Gasket, the dealership refused to stand by their product or assist us in any way, and suggested we put stop leak in it and sell it at an auction. This type of dishonesty, misrepresenting their product, and then suggesting that we continue the dishonesty, is frankly disgusting. I wouldn’t trust these low life’s to run a gumball machine, much less a car dealership. Do not give these people a cent of your money, they will do everything in their power to take your money and run. *edit* even if she had purchased the warranty, it does not cover issues the car had at time of purchase.

Cash for Cars is a good place to buy a vehicle. I've bought my second vehicle there. The guy there is very nice and he's upfront with any customer that walks in.
