He clearly explained what they were checking, why it was necessary, and what the possible outcomes could be. There were no surprises, no pressure just honest information and straightforward recommendations. Wayne, the service manager, also made sure everything was handled properly and took the time to ensure I felt confident in the service provided. Just bought our first family car and it was the best car buying experience. From start to finish we never felt pressure on buying a car we didn’t want or a car out of our budget. Chris was absolutely phenomenal. He explained every feature of the car so thoroughly, did everything he could to find a deal that would best suit us, and made us so comfortable in the purchase we made. I HIGHLY recommend i.g. We met Milton when we went I.G. Burton Chevrolet. Milton was an outstanding representation of the car dealership. Milton met us outside introduced himself and proceeded to show us the vehicles we were interested in. He was very helpful answering our questions and giving us a physical demonstration of what the vehicles contained as far as options. That day we didn’t make any decision just thanked him and told him we would be back. We appreciated that he didn’t try and pressure us just thanked us and we left. Said let him know if we had any other questions. Well a few days later we had made a decision. Got to dealership and saw another vehicle that we thought we were interested in.Milton gave us info about that vehicle and we compared. He never rushed us answered all questions was friendly but very professional. He was a pleasure to deal with and we thank him for his help. Great dealership and sales. My car has been with the body shop since 11/7/2025. I received a text on12/29/2025 from service to text at anytime while my vehicle was with them. So I texted do you have a time frame on how long my car would be with service. No return text. Texted again on 12/31/2025. Heard nothing until I called. Text that my car was going to be worked into the schedule on 1/5 or 1/6/2026. Texted 1/8/2026 again no return text. Communication with this whole process has been a nightmare!!! My car is still with the body shop with an estimated return either 1/12 or 1/13/2026.

Salesman Chris great. F&I did not offer us the TV add that states no payments for 3 months! She was only interested in upselling GAP and other programs to increase our payments, to ensure her bonus! Service dept did not have our car ready to go, as we had to.put air in all our tires as soon as we got our new Equinox home!

First vehicle went fine. The second not so much... 2 vehicles in a 6 month period. I asked for paperwork for both before delivery. I never received paperwork at all for either. The first everything was close enough and I was eligible for the gm financing and was an easy transaction. The 2nd I only I inquired because of the same gm promotional financing. I asked for the paperwork in email before they delivered. I did talk to the financing officer on the phone and they gave me a quick once over but I was on the jobsite and couldn't hear that great and asked them to send me the paperwork. Nothing came. No paperwork nothing with number and they showed up with the truck. The numbers weren't where they said they would be. They said for the confusion they would absorb a % of the interest or help with the outfitting. Well the manager was moving and always unavailable. They never did a thing. It took 7 months to get the registration sorted after getting 2 citations. Bryant still responded after the sale but everyone was useless. It's my fault for not sticking to my guns and demanding the paperwork. Less than impressed. I bought 2 vehicles since this dealership and Honestly is was barely better. But they sent me the paperwork and communicated better Anyone is better

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I recently had my 2021 GMC towed to I.G. Burton Chevrolet of Milford due to some concerning noises, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment my truck arrived, Adam in the service department was absolutely fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Initially, we suspected it might be a pump issue in the transmission, but after further diagnosis, it turned out I needed a complete transmission replacement. Adam and his team didn't miss a beat—they immediately reached out to GM, got everything approved under warranty, and worked efficiently to get the job done. What really impressed me was the turnaround time. Having a major repair like a transmission replacement completed and getting my truck back in just 10-11 days is incredible. The communication, professionalism, and dedication to getting me back on the road were truly exceptional. If you need service work done, ask for Adam—you won't be disappointed. I.G. My daughter purchased her car from IG Burton. She had recently been experiencing a situation where at random times, the dash would illuminate various codes. But there were no problems requiring the setting of codes. Another dealer had worked on the vehicle 3 different times and the problem kept occurring. After a lot of time, inconvenience, and expense she wanted to try another service facility. I G Burton found the problem and fixed it - at substantially less expense. I would recommend this dealer for whatever make of car they sell or service

I found it very frustrating and with much difficulty at least 5 attempts to get work completed to fix a thermostat until someone at corporate intervened and made me an appointment. Thank you Bob E. Vehicle was dropped off on a Friday morning and not finished until Monday afternoon. After picking it up in filthy dirty, I had to get a car wash, the check engine light came on. Having to wait another day and dropping off for another day they realized that the mechanic did not plug in the O2 sensor. For my inconvenience they did offer an oil change which was appreciated considering having my vehicle for 5 days and many attempts to get the work initially. In a Country where service and quality have taken a severe crash, hopefully IG Burton can continue to demonstrate they still appreciate their patrons.

This is our… 4th or 5th purchase from IG Burton. The last two purchases Ed got us started in the process but Chris picked up the tail end to help out and get us wrapped up. Both are great to work with. Everybody we’ve dealt with there, start to finish, has been kind and helpful. Easy going experience.

Mike James did an excellent job in assisting us with picking the right vehicle for us to purchase. He also made the purchasing process much easier than other dealerships that I have purchased vehicles from. He also did things that other salesmen did not do. It was a pleasure working with him and Peggy in Finance.

My service advisor Wayne was nice for the most part..there was a lack of communication..and this is the 3rd time I have had this issue(not all with Wayne) and as soon as I left I had a service tire monitor sensor light come on I reached out immediately and still have not gotna return text or call. I like to keep my business for service with the dealership I buy my vehicles from but as I said this is the 3rd time I have had issues. I schedule an early morning appt and request it to be done by noon and it never is..which i get things happen but communicate with your customers reach out and say hey I know you needed it by noon but we are short staffed it will take a little longer..communication goes a long way with me and others I would imagine

I recently bought a Chevrolet EV truck with Super Cruise from i.g. Burton Chevrolet of Milford, and I couldn’t be happier. Right after the purchase, I drove it from Delaware to Palm Springs, CA — over 3,000 miles — and it performed amazingly. Super Cruise made the long drive smooth and stress-free. I had no problem finding EV charging stations along the way, and the charging time was faster than expected. The 460-mile full charge range is outstanding — a real game-changer for electric trucks. A special thanks to Eddie, my sales rep. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this dealership and this EV truck!
