I have used Meineke in Milford to service my work truck many times now. I have gone to them for many oil changes, new tires, and new brakes, and have never had an issue. Brad at the front desk is very helpful, and the mechanics, Daniel and Jesus, always do a great job.

I have had the BEST experience with Meineke care care n Milford! Very nice, clean & organized staff! They r very knowledgeable! They do not rush & do a temporary fix! They make sure 2 have ur car running great the 1st time!!!! Call them when u need automotive care!!!!

Brought a car in for pre-purchase inspection. I was able to review the inspection from my phone and it was extremely detailed with pictures of all their findings. Ended up buying a different car.… This is the most honest and trustworthy shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve truly never felt more comfortable in a shop the way I felt here. These guys have secured a customer for life. I will NEVER take any vehicle I own anywhere else again.

Kent did an awesome job and so did the tech who put my new tires on! Anthony was great at answering any questions I had. I definitely recommend Meineke in Milford, they have amazing customer service.

1st time in with my Jeep for oil change and tire rotation! Couldn't have been a better experience! Will be back for regular visits for sure! My girlfriend loves your service as well.

The price was really good. $31 to change a tire and balance it. The three stars are because it took four people in the garage to figure out how to get the tire on the machine. Maybe it's because I have a 10 inch tire. When I got home and put the tire back on my sports car I saw that there was missing hub. I drove back today and they had it under the counter. Other than that everything was clean and efficient.

I pulled up without an appointment or even going into the office and a kind man named Josh came to help me. I needed to get the valve caps off my tires which they are metal and shaped like bolts. He got them off and filled my tires up to the appropriate air pressure without hesitation! My dad also gets his car serviced here and is always happy with the outcome…he actually recommended I go there for help with my tires. Thanks again, Josh!!

Everyone at Meineke was professional and very knowledgeable. I have always taken my car to the dealer and at first was skeptical, however meineke did not disappoint.

Anthony was awesome! He went above and beyond. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, fix it and return my husband's car on a Saturday! We were well informed every step of the way and are so appreciative of the service received. This will be our go to shop for all future needs! Highly recommended!

I took a 2001 Jeep Wrangler we bought for and fresh off the press 16-year old driver. We knew it would be a project and after we did some work in the driveway and learned we are certified non-mechanics, took it to Meineke to have them look at all the systems amd make a game plan. Their inspection was bumper to bumper, with pictures and explanations. I spoke with Brad, a service consultant, at length. I never had more confidence in a repair shop being honest and accurate. He took extraordinary time to explain, even though I had no appointment. In the end, Meineke saved me thousands of dollars. We decided the cost out-stripped the value and to abandon the project. They never blinked. Great people! I will not buy my grandson a replacement without first taking it to Brad and his team at Meineke for a "Pre-purchase Inspection"

I had to take a trip to North Carolina on a Friday evening. I left home just to find out I had a nail in my tire and it was going flat. It was 5:30pm and all the shops had already closed for the day except for Meineke in Milford. I went there in hopes they could patch my tire and I could hit the road. Luckily, they were able to help me and even stayed a bit past their closing time to help resolve my tire issue. Great service and wonderful staff!

I wouldn’t take my toy car to this facility let alone my real car. After leaving my car there for two weeks I picked it up to find out that the original services that I had already paid for, headlights and oil change had not been completed and I had to take it back for them to replace the lights that weren’t fixed. Upon driving it later after it sat in front of my house where I have photo documentation and at least two witnesses that will attest to my car sitting in front of the house and not moving, I drove the car out of town and within 110 miles my car started throwing engine codes. When I pulled over, I discovered it was 4 quarts low after I had paid Meineke to complete the service. When I called to tell them that they had messed up and and their initial negligence led me to have to take my car back a second time for them to actually replace the headlights, I was talked down to like I don’t know anything about common sense with there is no exit hole anywhere. There’s no sign of leaks and the manager Anthony Lewis, and also one of the technicians Brad, dismissed me and tried to blame it on a recall that has nothing to do with my car being almost 5 quarts low on a oil change that was done less than two months before at their facility. Believe I will be leaving more reviews in public places so others do not find themselves subjected to this level of negligence and lack of accountability. This is not the kind of business that is neededin Milford.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough about this place! They were quick to diagnose the issue and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done. As someone who isn’t an automotive expert, it really helped to understand why things needed to be done and what the costs were. Anthony Lewis literally held my hand through the entire process — his customer service was what customer service should be everywhere. This shop sets the standard for honesty, communication, and care. I’d recommend them a thousand times over!

Was in the area due to a close relative's unexpected hospitalization in Milford DE. Had a nail in my tire. Not only did they fix my tire, but put the spare neatly back in my jeep and arranged the things in the trunk so neatly! They also took me immediately because of the situation and they were busy.! Highly recommended all these professionals. I will be back for an oil change before I go back home. Highly recommend!!!!.

THIS IS THE BEST MEINEKE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! THE LEVEL OF INTRICATE DETAILS AND SERVICE THAT THEY DISPLAY IS UNMATCHED. I have an Audi A7 2018 took that thing in for an oil change came home to a SmoothDriving Beast when I was done. The guys at the Front desk are Car Engine gurus and won’t steer you wrong with any alternatives your car may need. I’ll say it again I have an Audi and I am super impressed at the level of prestige they handled with my vehicle. Whenever I’m out here for work these guys have their name written all over the car Crazy good service Crazy good people I a 100% recommend

Absolutely sucks. They told me it was going to cost $149 for guys to let me know. Mother told me that I am $149 per hour after then They tell me that I have to pay $290 because they don’t know they told me to be human because they smelled mind you. I have been driving vehicle for three months never once met so I know that it would not be any more work on my vehicle that I wanted the car because I wasn’t going to continue to throw money into the vehicle and y’all don’t know what’s wrong with it first told me told me what it was you told me can you tell me what he’s doing not the problem so I have a plain piece of paper that they did a diagnostic test on my vehicle with the paper shows nothing at all just the fact that I paid for a diagnostic absolutely showed nothing. I will never go back to this place and I would advise one never to take care of it.

I always go here for my oil changes; batteries etc. the guys are always so helpful. I knew going in I was going to need tires but my budget couldn’t handle it. Anthony set me up with a couple of deals and sent me a link to help with financing. While I was there another customer came back to thank 2 of the techs for their great service. It’s really a family environment with a trustworthy and knowledgeable staff.

Quick, efficient amd very professional! I was in and out im under a hour! They checked everything and gave me a list of things i needed to get done. Very satisfied with the work and very happy eoth the service!

Thousands of dollars paid to these people who are supposed to be able to fix cars. Got stuck twice out of town after they “repaired” the car and even had a part falling off the car. Weeks of waiting for repairs with NO car!!! Supposedly fixed the problem twice and it happened again! PS Also “claimed” or lied that they forgot to do a repair while the car was there for weeks. Then they couldn’t get it back in for weeks and we had to take it back! Do not use Meineke in Milford or you will get taken. They either don’t know how to do repairs, forgot how to repair vehicles, have unqualified people running the shop and working there or just want $$$$ and don’t care! Stay far away from this place unless you have lots spare time and money or like to walk. Do not recommend if I could I’d rate negative stars.

I had such an amazing experience. Everyone was professional and proficient. My car was turning off due to needing a battery. I called in and was able to bring my car in. Brad squeezed me in and was finished with my car within an hour. I am beyond thankful for the services.

I initially came to the Meineke Milford location for an oil change some time ago. I was raised and always around automotive shops with a long history of customer service and mechanics. So why didn’t I just go to a tire shop to a slow leak repair? It is important to me to witness excellent customer service, honesty with integrity , respectful, and knowledgeable representatives. These attributes build loyalty and trust. Well done !

I will be coming back. This location solved a electrical riddle that has been going on for some time. Between multiple service shops and car batteries, no one had any idea. Multiple occasions my car was at service shops for a week or more at a time. This location was able to identify the issue in less than 24 hours. They provided updates and the staff was very transparent. Honestly goes a long way in this world. Quite impressed with my experience with this location. I scheduled my appointment online, had reminder notifications and the staff was very polite as well.
