I took my car to Spangz Auto in Milford for a paint job, and the experience was awful. The work done was subpar, and I had to argue with the owner to get it redone. Throughout the process, there were zero updates unless I reached out first. They had my car for over three weeks without any communication amongst themselves. We were given one price initially, but they asked for a different amount later. One of the panels that was agreed upon wasn’t even painted. They ruined the carpets on the inside of my car. While the owner’s wife was helpful, the owner himself was extremely rude and disrespectful. His dismissive comment, “My eyes must not be working,” was infuriating, especially when the issues with the car were clearly visible. Louis, the IT guy, was the only helpful person throughout this process, but other than him, I would not recommend bringing your car here for bodywork or paint jobs. They do not care about the quality of work they put out. Avoid Spangz Auto at all costs.

Highly recommend. I went to another auto body repair down the street who wanted to charge me $3,000 to replace a rear door on a car that is 9 yrs old. Went to Spangz and they immediately assessed it and within 5 mins had a far more reasonable cost to fix. And it was done in one day!!! The staff is very knowledgeable, accommodating and fair. Thank you so much. The only downside was I didn't get to meet the puppers lol

First off I love the company and how down to earth and helpful they are! Second of all Erik the salesman there was a great person to add to their team! He’s not just a great salesman but he won’t push something on you just to have a sale. He listens to what you want and searches for you! If you need anything you should give these guys a chance! I’ll be back

Bought a car from here and it's been one problem after another. The warranty is a joke, avoid this place and save yourself a headache.

Bought my daughter's first car from here just a couple weeks ago. Took the car through inspection and passed. Fingers crossed my hard plates do not take over a months time. (The owners seem honest and is down to earth.

Yesterday my car was in a different shop waiting for new tires to be put on. I was told that I’d have to wait until today for it to be finished (after originally being told it would be finished yesterday). Unfortunately I had to be back in maryland yesterday evening. Erik coordinated for a tow truck to pick up my car from the original tire shop, take it to his place and have the job finished there. Even while already being busy they were going to fit me in. It was greatly appreciated ?? needless to say when I said this to the other tire shop they ended up finishing the job, but Erik’s willingness to come through in a time of need was awesome. Thank you Spangz Auto!

Purchased one of the used cars on their lot. They we friendly, honest and fair.

We have been looking for a good used car/suv for over 6 months. Saw one advertised on marketplace and checked to see who was selling it. We were happy that it was a dealer because we figured they would be more reputable than buying something off someone’s front lawn! We are so glad that we did! Spangz Auto bent over backwards to help us find what we wanted. The staff was courteous and friendly and the vehicles were clean and well kept. We are so happy with our “new” vehicle! We recommend them highly and will be dealing with them when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. Stop in and check them out! You won’t be sorry!!

I bought my car from here not long ago. Everyone was so nice. They helped me find a car I could actually afford. All of the cars were in such great condition. The quality of the used cars on this lot is unmatched. One of the best used car lots I’ve seen actually. I still get my oil changes and brakes done here as well.
