My was a very big help to me when I couldn’t figure out how to open my son’s car hood to check the oil. She is such very nice and a good asset to Auto Zone. All of the employees there are really nice and professional.

I had a great experience here at the Autozone located 700 Pulaski Highway. Alex and the manager on duty, Kyy were a great help. A mistake was made, and they went the extra mile to fix the mistake. Happy to have received assistance from both of them.. Thanks !

I stopped by this location earlier today to have my battery installed after another AutoZone told me they were too busy to do it. When I walked in, the person at the counter didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away ....not rude, but definitely not friendly either. I stood there for about two minutes before he asked how he could help. When I explained my situation, he told me they couldn’t do it because there were only two people working and that I should come back after noon. There were no other customers in the store or parking lot while I was there, so it just felt like they didn’t want to be bothered. The interaction wasn’t outright disrespectful, but the lack of customer service and effort really turned me off. I ended up going to another AutoZone Pulaski highway right next to the pep boys where they installed my battery right away with no problem. I probably won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I needed help with my car's part and Paul did an excellent job finding all the parts l needed. He even went far and beyond to fixed my broken rear wiper. Definitely, l recommend anyone to this store ask for Paul he is good in what he does. Thanks Paul

Friendly employees, I went in thinking I needed a new battery one of the guys offered to check my car's battery and even checked the alternator and confirmed everything was good and I didn't need to get a new battery. Definitely will go back.

Yeah the cashier had an attitude for seemingly no reason, I asked if I could get something in the back and when she returned she said “Jesus Christ” in a foul way. She was also watching a show on her phone decently loudly and I thought that was unprofessional. She made my experience uncomfortable

Today, I needed help with fixing my windshield wipers. However, I wasn’t very sure what to buy. Luckily, there was a kind gentleman who helped me find the right kind! He even helped me with setting the wipers up. Great quality, and even better customer service!

Manager jaun is amazing! My husband was traveling from pa to va when his phone died. The fuse to the car to allow him to charge his phone was blown and he had no idea where it was as it was my car. He stopped in here and this gentleman went above and beyond when my hubby told him the situation. He watched a you tube video to figure it out and got him straight in a matter of minutes! Dude is absolutely awesome thanks

Went here to get some low beam lights. The customer service parts manager seemed annoyed. And when I expressed to him I don’t know how to change a light, he told me to YouTube it because it’s pretty easy rather than offer to help me.

Visited the 700 Pulaski Highway store (DELAWARE) at 12:30 Saturday on 4/22/23. The female employee was venting about a customer who just left, and I heard the “F” word out of her mouth 10x in 15 seconds. Another employee responded to her with the “F” word. I asked my husband if they knew we were in the store. He said he didn’t know, but we were LEAVING. Never will we return!!! Employees shouldn’t be screaming and complaining about customers. Employees also shouldn’t be cursing in front of customers🙁. Just to help identify the employees, it was a white female— the responding employee was a male African American. You lost a loyal customer. This was our favorite location until yesterday.

Excellent and friendly customer service. Prices very reasonable. Will only shop for car parts here. Owner went out of his way to put in a right rear turn signal for me. I offered him a tip and he refused to take it !

Had to return a starter I bought online at a different Autozone because it was the wrong size. The wonderful women running the register was more then happy to do it and with he collagen help me get the right one. They went out of there way and should be rewarded. Thank you for having a great staff.

Clutch, affordable and convenient! They usually have what you need when you need it, if not they can find out who has it at another location. These guys work hard. I’m advocating for all staff to get a raise‼️ We need to hold on the good staff and let them know they are appreciated. I love supporting this location they have always been good to me. I want to preface this review with the notion that I don't think the issues I had in-store were the fault of any of the workers. I could not, for the life of me, find anything vaguely reminiscent of a cart or basket in the store, so I rather embarrassingly lugged around a haphazard armful of items. The store was quite crowded, particularly at the registers— all of which were having some degree of technical issue or another (one was cash only, one was card only, etc.). All employees were needed to attend to the mass of customers in line, and as such there wasn't really anyone available to speak with while making selections. What kept this review out of the 2-star range is that this particular auto zone has a really good variety of products available, albeit seldom is anything on sale per se, and some of it I know I can get for less money elsewhere but was willing to pay the difference for sake of convenience. Additionally, once I got to the register my transaction was relatively painless and the attendant was friendly.

I was on my way to the office when my check engine light starting blinking. I went to the nearest Auto Zone and was helped by two gentlemen, Rob and Ray. They were both patient and helped to get the correct code and part for my vehicle. It is truly employees like these who show us all to be kind to one another. I will recommend this store to anyone who needs quick answers and help for car issues. Thanks again Guys!

I have never had a bad experience. I purchased a car battery from AutoZone and had a very pleasant experience and has to go back to get 2 tail lights and a cabin bulb light for my vehicle. Drew was the salesperson who waited on me. There were two types of tail light bulbs for my vehicle and I didn't know which one it was so Drew took the time to go outside and take my covers off to check the type of replacement bulb I needed and after doing that he proceeded to install them for me. He comes highly recommended by me and I give him 5 🌟's. Thank you AutoZone for having such a caring employee.😃

I am giving this store 2 stars because some of the employees are professional but there are employees who provide a lack of service and very unprofessional. For example, Daniel Matthews is unprofessional. While requesting the parts we needed, he totally cut us off and answered a phone call then proceeded to do whatever else afterwards without a simple excuse me or anything. After we collected our items, from someone else, we went to his register and he continued to ignore us. We sat at his register with items on counter for 3-5 minutes while he continued to answer calls leave register come back and give callbacks to other customers while we are sitting waiting. He never once said, ill be right with you or anything. It wasnt until another employee opened up a new register was we able to get checked out. He needs to be fired if he dont want to do his job! We have a commercial acct and he shows no respect for our business relationship. Thanks to Hank, for finally helping us out.

This was not at all a great experience. I'm starting to notice the same horrible trends with all auto zones. They do not prioritize in store customers nor are they organized. WHERE IS THE LINE WHERE DOES IT START!? WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IN THE STORE TAKE CARE OF THEM BEFORE YOU SERVICE A CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE! PRIORITIZE! THERE'S NOOOOOOO STANDARDIZATION. Also there's no follow up or follow through for customer need. I came to have my battery charged, instead it was not charged abs was told to come back in an hour because someone turned the charger off. Take ownership. Your team is your team. The rep raised his voice when I questioned why my battery was not charged after being left in the store over 3 hours... the atmosphere of this store is chaotic.

They are always very helpful. I went to get a new battery a guy helped me put it in, let's be honest he didn't help, he attached my battery. I turned to give him a tip and he didn't accept. (I guess they can't the tips, but he still willingly helped me)
