Very friendly and understanding to help my family during two different instances. They are also very knowledgeable about the area to help guide us for local rules and regulations for after our tow.
I would love to give the rude gentleman who towed my vehicle absolutely zero stars . Oh and to the NewCastle County Police u should be ashamed dealing with these crooks. I have my own insurance company and yet the cops went above me and called these minions to tow my vehicle. Complete bullshit. This company (the driver and the office staff) didn’t care much of customer’s request and their whole attitude just sucked. I asked for him to unload my totaled vehicle (I’m unable to even start it to move myself) in a grassy area near my driveway on my property. I asked him to do this few times and just out right ignored me and gave me attitude .hen when my husband asked him to please move the vehicle out of driveway he said we could just do it ourselves because he said he wasn’t able to move it now because of the steering problems (lol) then drove off and left. So idk how the world we are supposed to move it if steering isnt working DUH! I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant tow truck driver in my life. What’s worse is when I reached out to the main office I was told they would try to contact drive and ask them to come back. Like are you serious No they need to come back period. This establishment will be the very last place I ever contact for a tow truck driver. Hope future customers have better outcome then I did.
I can not speak highly enough about this company and the employees. I was traveling through the state and got a flat tire. Another company tried to grossly overcharge me. These gentlemen arrived in 10 minutes and charged a great price. They were kind and courteous and made a stressful situation less stressful. I highly recommend them.
The fastest and best pricing I've ever dealt with for towing a truck. They picked up our truck in Maryland and got it back to our home in Delaware within an hour and a half. Thank you Reynold towing for being available, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with a tow. Will be using in the future for any other car needs. Highly recommend!
Sorry I don't have the name of the employee, but he was a young guy that helped us on Route 1 yesterday around 4:00 p.m. we called and they showed up 10 minutes later. extremely helpful and professional. We felt very safe having him help us on the side of the road as women. He even helped when another company tried to shake me down for money. He did the job and risked his life when another car almost swerved into us! Highly recommend this company and he even helped us get back on the road during rush hour traffic. I couldn't have been happier with the service.
One of my Airmen got her car stuck in the snow. She had called another tow company when a crooked state trooper showed up, never made contact with her and called Reynolds Towing. Even with the other tow company there at the same time, they wouldn’t let the original company tow the car and they towed her car away with her still there and they charged her over $500 to release the car at the impound lot. Wouldn’t trust these guys at all.
After a really rough day I ended up picking up a nail in my tire pulling off the road to make a phone call. A couple miles into Rt1 and the tire went flat. All I could think was damnit, this is all I need, to be sitting here waiting for a repair for hours. I called Reynolds from google, Tyler answered the phone and was very polite, said he would be out in fifteen minutes. He was there in 10, removed the tire and plugged it and had it mounted back on my van in 20 minutes. All the while working with a smile and a great attitude. He was so good I thought he owned the business. As a business owner myself I hope for awesome people like Tyler. Thanks again!

A huge thank you to Reynolds Towing for the save today! Halfway through a road-trip home this Saturday night, we experienced a flat tire on a busy highway. From our emergency call to Reynolds to their arrival to our location to help change our spare and give it some air, the whole process took less than an hour. Great service at a fair price! If only every roadside assistance call could be like this! Highly recommend this company.
This guy's hooked me up when I needed them, ball joint popped out and basically left me stranded AAA was going to take 2 hours to get to me and I really needed to get to work I live in Florida but I was up there for work and every hour I miss I'm losing a vast amount of money so I called them they picked me up within 15 minutes I wasn't too far from the shop and I had the ball joint and was trying to get it fixed and they were able to put in my new ball joint within 30 minutes right before they closed and I was able to get to work without being late
I agree with the other reviews, dirty cops call these guys. I was in a really bad accident that wasn't my fault and was very disoriented, and before I know it the tow truck is backed up to my car, the guy was rushing me and seemed really irritated when I asked for a min to get some things out. The cop was also treating me like trash and gave me a ticket because he was too lazy to actually do his job. In the back of my head I remembered there being money in my center console, and it wasn't there the next day. I don't like to accuse people as my memory isn't the best, but when you make a mental note and then a lot of other people make the same note, what else can you think
Tow truck driver was polite and patient while I removed my belongings out of my vehicle. The staff member at the office in Tow shop was very understanding, courteous and helpful.
My truck broke down on the road near 72. I called AAA they didn't come for 3 hours I went online and found Reynolds right up the street my from location. They came in about 20 minutes. Great driver named Tyler he was the best, he took me to Firestone and I was out of there in about an hour Thanks so much it was very affordable and I've got Reynolds card in my pocket right now for the next time

My car got stolen yesterday around 2am. Not knowing what to expect or the process of how stolen vehicles turn up, I called every tow company to see if the perpetrator’s dumped it at a complex and towing may have possibly picked it up. Compared to the other places I called who were rude and refused to help me or check in on my vehicle, Reynolds Towing was the opposite and provided their process for stolen vehicles so I know what to expect. That made a huge difference to me and the level of customer service I would like anyone to receive so I had to come on here and write a positive review since my other experiences were not so great!
Awesome service, we tried getting a tow on 2 different occasions through our insurance companies, both times would have been hours before a truck would arrive, we contacted Reynolds and they were able to get to us in half hour or less, with reasonable pricing and great customer service
Do not use reynolds. I was involved in an accident and these scumbags came to tow my truck. Come back the next day to gather belongings to find out my sound system was stolen out of the truck of my truck. They blatantly lied to me and conviently do not have cameras. Reynolds towing takes advantage of those down on their luck and if it happens to me I can only imaging how many others they ripped off. Police report was made against them.
My car broke down at 2am and my insurance company couldn't find a contracted tow company available to tow me. I called Reynolds they answered the phone quickly and were able to tow my car quickly. Resonably priced, great customer service. Will definitely use them again should I need another tow.
Had a breakdown this morning, called Reynolds... They answered on the first ring, the dispatcher was as nice, polite, professional and informative as can be. He told me exactly what time the driver would arrive (which was within 30 minutes, and the car was 15 miles from Reynolds). The driver arrived, right on time... again just like the dispatcher he was, nice, polite, informative and very helpful. He confirmed everything very clearly (where to tow it, contact info etc). Within 5 minutes he had my car on the flatbed and was on the way to the shop. The breakdown happened 3 hours ago and the car is already fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Reynolds to anyone!
I had two cars towed and I am so happy with the service I was provided. Driver was punctual and very professional. Great to do business with Reynolds Towing. I would use them again!!!
This place work in connection with police officers who tow people cars illegally. My daughter car had an accident, and the car was park on the sidewalk. The officer, mark dimiao who was called to the accident scene said he could not determine who was wrong in the accident. He called reynolds towing and had my daughter car while we were there.What was the purpose of her car being towed? The drivers from reynold came and they put the car on the towing bed and started to drive off without saying anything. I had to stop them n ask where were they taking the car after i told the officer twice that the car was going to be towed to my mechanic. It cost me $225.00, 170.00 for the tow and 50.00 because the car spend the night there. The car was told after 3pm on 5/16 and we were there to pick up the car on 5/17 at 9am.
This is fraud being carry on by this towing company n police. What was the reason for this car been towed to an impoundment lot?
I erased this review 3 times. I don't want to bad mouth anyone. Just stay away if you can. The police called them to tow my car from the accident scene. In the future, I'll ask who they're calling and request another company. I suggest you do the same.
The staff at Reynold's Towing was very courteous and quick to respond to my need. I was broken down in a parking lot with my co-worker and they showed up within 20 minutes of my call.
I called them to tow my car out of a ditch last night. The employee that arrived to assist me was in a small hatchback car. I was very confused and thought maybe it was just some stranger offering assistance or worse!!!
Low and behold it was Tony from Reynolds' Towing. He was such a huge, strong, bulging, masculine man that he rolled up his sleeves and physically picked my vehicle with his bare hands up over his head with me in it and put me safely back down on the roadway.
I was very surprised by this and even more surprised by the fact that he actually paid me! He said he was on his way to the gym to work out and now he doesn't have to so he paid me for the workout.

Had my car towed here after a major wreck and the money in my arm rest mysteriously disappeared, it was about $20 in one's and fives. Cell phone chargers were also stolen.
I dislike writing bad reviews but I don't have anything good to say about Reynolds Towing except they answered the phone when I called. They were the tow company called by the police when my son's car was in an accident. They were miserable on the phone and couldn't be bothered when I called them to ask questions...twice. Same comment made by the insurance agent who spoke to them earlier that day. Poor customer service. I guess when it's an insurance claim and they only make money by the auto insurance, they can't be bothered. I advise all drivers to keep a towing company phone number in your wallet, so you can get someone who cares. Sorry, just an honest review. A one star rating because the review won't allow zero stars.
