called ahead to make sure my battery check would be done. when i arrived the older gentleman said he wouldn't do it cause it was cold outside. i offered for him to sit in my front passenger seat while the test was going on he still said no. luckily the younger guy was there and he did my battery test. it only took 30seconds.

If this is the one that's before you go into Maryland at a bear. I got excellent service and at the store and this is the one I want. If I bought from you air filter could you put it on for me I'm 70 years old I used to know how to do these things but I don't know how to work this and put it on I mean I'll pay the extra if I have to.

I had such a great experience here today. I originally went to another AutoZone location over the weekend, but they were too busy to install my battery. I ended up coming here, and even though they had customers in the store, the staff still took the time to help me out right away. A young man named Aiden assisted me, and he was polite, professional, and quick with the installation. I really appreciated the great customer service Everyone I interacted with was friendly and willing to help. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Thank you all for taking care of me when another store couldn’t.

First time customer; last time customer. Inattentive and oblivious staff barely communicate with their words. Easily the worst Autozone I’ve ever been to. Corporate needs to visit this site and observe how the staff ‘work.’

Good evening Google Family. I visited because I wanted a charger for my phone, the kind that you carry around, the wireless kind. I also wanted a device for my phone, the kind that you place in the car on the dashboard, the stand that holds your phone. I purchased both with the help of George, who was the genuinely friendly associate who greeted me when I walked in. I enjoyed my shopping experience. I will certainly return one day soon, Have a great night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be fit and Fabulous!!!!!

Came here to get my battery replaced and kristy was the nicest person ever! She was able to find a replacement battery and installed it in my car for no extra charge. I was out and about in 15 mins! Will definitely visit again!

Last year, I purchased a battery at another location before coming to this establishment. The battery had given me issues starting since I didn’t drive the car often, so I used a battery tender. Yesterday, when I tried to start the car, it was completely dead. I didn’t want to pay for a new battery, but I knew I could get some return if I brought the old one in after swapping it out. When I walked in, I was greeted by Sac. Instead of just selling me a new battery, he asked when and where I had bought the previous one. I wasn’t aware there was a warranty, but I was able to swap the batteries at no charge. I’m currently working on a project car and will definitely return here for future purchases.

So I called the store in Bear next to the PeP Boys and asked for a Driver side caliper for a 2007 tahoe 2wd 5.3 motor. Sent the core with my son so they could match it up with the new one. I have a commercial account with AutoZone. First of all the part was 43.00 with the core. So he was charged 80.00 dollars and then refunded 40.00 . They gave him the wrong part and then when I tried to return it the store was closed at 8:45 when it says open until 9:00

Worst autozone around will never go back. Gentleman at the registers walked away mid transaction stood there for ten mins. Manager walked right by not even a glance my way seemed much .ore interested in buying a car from a customer to build his next race car then helping me. When I go to part stores, I understand they aren't mechanics, buts there's no reason for bad customer service. Do yourself a favor. Look somewhere else for parts. I bought a radiator from autozone years ago. Today, I tried to get a radiator cap. After they looked up vehicle information. The woman said it's a special dealer radiator cap (for a squarebody chevy), and it'll take 2 weeks to come in. After leaving, I used their app, got a part number, and called them. They had it stock.

I came to return an item and the young lady that was on shift was RUDE and did not care. It's a return, and she was acting like she was losing on the item. She had a choice, and she just didn't WANT TO RETURN IT... I believe TANG was the manager on duty, and he was understanding and VERY HELPFUL. He was able to return the item for me. Employees need to be trained and be customer friendly like TANG.

Why would you have people working at auto zone who can't look up parts. Then tells you she knows about cars and has no idea what part I need. When I go up the road 10 minutes away and the autozone gentleman gets me my part. Bring back pepboys

I am a business owner that has been a commercial customer with autozone for years. I recently sent one of my staff to pick up some supplies and Amanda c. treated him poorly for not having a receipt. It is well known that you can pay for an item at one location and pick it up at another even without a receipt. She refused to give him the product and just assumed he was trying to leave without paying and insinuting that he was stealing. I have never experienced this at another autozone location.

zkinda Confusing because it says Autozone next to a Pepboys sign but it is clean and well stocked. Customer Service is Par for the Course.

Staff is friendly and helpful but manager/commercial attendant, Amand C. always has an attitude. I've been to this location multiple times and each time I have been received with attitude and treated like my requests were unreasonable or inconvenient. I asked about a price on a part and she rolled her eyes and said she didn't know. If it were not for the parts being available only at that location I would not return.
