Fox run auto is amazing! Mike and his team of technicians are great! I dropped my Mercedes SUV off last Wednesday and they kept it for 4 days to make sure what I brought it in for was necessary. I had received a estimate from the dealership for something came shaft adjusters and I decided to take it to Fox Run Auto as they work on my Cadillac regularly for the maintenance and upkeep of that vehicle so I took it to them and told them what I was told by the dealership. Mike assured me that he would diagnose the issue and repair it! Mike drove it several times his technicians drove it several times over the course of 3 days and they Even did a 49 point system check which checks everything thing from the battery to the engine and found nothing wrong except a headlight. I asked Mike if I could get those camshaft adjusters change anyway Mike refused to charge me money for something that his state of the art scanner equipment and his years of expertise could not find wrong with my vehicle. He gave my car an excellent bill of health and even with me having a newer Mercedes all the computer components was checked as well. Anthony replaced the headlight ordered the assembly and drove the vehicle one more time himself before calling me to retrieve my truck. Those guys are amazing!!!!!! They are honest and trustworthy! I will from now on be taking my Mercedes there for every service need. I can’t say enough about these guys and their knowledge and professionalism. I love these guys❤️ if you have any automotive needs don’t waste time with the rest these guys are the best hands down!
For the first time in my 46 years of driving, have I encountered a auto repair shop that I consider to be asking a reasonable price. I am so happy. I have found a new auto repair mechanic!

It's was great. Question during oil change are fluids topped off ie. Winshield washer fluid. Today tried to clean front and rear windows nothing dispense.

I went in for an oil change and also to have them look at a potential engine problem I had. They were able to diagnose my issue pretty quickly. I wasn’t able to get it fixed at that moment but I did get the oil change which they also did pretty quickly. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and courteous. I would definitely go back again.
Their website says free estimates but I paid $200. I liked the loaner car so I could drive myself home and back. My estimate for a check engine light was $4200 which is ridiculously out of sight!
We've been here several times in the last few months for my wife's and mother's cars. I was impressed with the customer service of everyone there and was positively stunned at how much lower the costs were in comparison to other places we've been to. Great place to go to!
Well- where do I start? One of the best automotive repair shop I’ve ever used for my mechanical work! Very knowledgeable,professional and organized but above all friendly. They did a great job changing my brakes. They gave a fair and reasonable estimate. Work was quickly done. I was in and out within a day with no issues. The brakes are working great so far and no issues with them as well.

It's been a couple of years getting my e90 BMW 328xi serviced at Fox Run, and they have been excellent in every way. They stood behind their work on the power steering pump, making sure it was done right, despite some tough luck with parts, and recently worked to go above and beyond on some electrical repairs involving the windows and power locks. The staff is great, prices are more than fair (great work ain't cheap), and the work is top notch. Great shop and folks who have ridden to the rescue more than once. This review is long overdue.

This is the first auto service garage that actually stated a price and gave you coupons! They also promised to have it done in an hour for oil change and free tire rotation(who gives free anything these days) and were done 10 minutes early! I will be recommending this place to all my family and friends.
It was very nice experience. They were honest with their estimate. Instead of replacing the entire cable for which they could have charged more money, they told me that only 3 small bushings need to change. So it save me some money. Also they gave me 24 months warranty for peace of mind.
My husband and I bring our cars here for service. They are always cordial and attentive, I called a few days ahead to schedule service and they even provided me with a rental - now that’s customer service!
