I have been here numerous times over the last few years, and they have always had what I needed at a fair price. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and go above and beyond what you get anywhere else. Highly recommend.

You can have a good experience, or you could be waiting at the counter for help for 20 mins. Going towards the end of the day closer to close is best for in and out service.

I don’t really want to write a bad review because I’ve had regular experiences here but I feel as if today I was done a disservice. I came here around 7:50ish and the location states that it is open till 8pm. I wanted to drop off a package here since it’s a UPS access point. When I got there the door was locked. I called three times and saw the phone ring inside. No one to answer. I waited till 8pm since I knew there were employees somewhere as there were two cars parked outside of the building. After the calls finished and no one to be seen I went to my car. Sat there for about two minutes. To my surprise , an employee came out at 8:02. I called just to see if he would let me in real quick. I saw him go to the phone and hang up instantly on me. What a disservice. Left really disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Asked for a spark plug and clerk told me to go look in the aisle instead of just looking it up in the computer. Lazy cashier

Customer service is good and staff is very nice. (5 stars to them) But the only negative thing of this advance auto parts is they don’t have enough tools. Many times I have to return disappointed.

Prices are good usually. Only complaint was the website. I entered my car and it showed me parts so I ordered but the part wasn't a Match luckily I had the old alternator and it was an obvious mismatch so returned immediately. Other than that no problems

I have had issues with some store personnel but Advance Auto is still the best priced for most Auto Parts, Just by signing in and ordering online one can 15% discount ! Price other auto parts suppliers and compare. If they don't have the part you need they can usually get it in one day often overnight !

Nice place for parts. . Good costumer service they take the time to help you get everything you need and if they don't have it they look where you can find it I like it

Steve was who helped me, he was amazing. He has knowledge about anything I need and even offered to put the new wipers on for me! I was in and out in 5 mins and the store was very clean and organized. Ask for Steve if you can’t find a good helper there!

Went in for diagnosis for check engine light and the employee on the AM shift on Tuesday was totally rude. No one was in the store, it literally would have taken 3 mins or he could have let me plug it up and bring it back inside and read the code but stated that no tools leave the store which is totally false because I could have bought the machine then returned it right back. Not sure if it wasa racial thing or the cold weather but he did not try and help whatsoever. If you dont want to help customers DON'T COME TO WORK.

If you are a female stay FAR AWAY from this location. Davey and Jason are both extremely rude and disrespectful. They cut you off and talk to down to you. I know some what of what I'm talking about when it comes to my car and my moms and I don't appreciate feeling stupid or judged. I'm glad I don't live near this one and my mom will never shop here again.

This location has never failed me with anything. Parts they have em, even the cleaning supplies and car shines, radios. Even if you want your car to sound annoying with a cherry bomb lol they have it 🤷🏽♂️ I be lazy and go to autozone on Pulaski the one across from the car wash the other one on 40 is amazing I mean the other one have maybe one person but advance they looked like they over stocked when you first walk in you like wth I can barely walk in but that’s good cause you know it’s there and when you walk up to the line you bound to pick up one of those items that just sitting in the middle of the floor and Most important the staff is always polite and will help you find anything you need, far as your car parts.

Store is pretty well stocked but the employees just pointed in the direction of what I was looking for. I was not able to find it. Would be nice if they actually moved from their cashier spot and cared a little more.

Just bought a 1200 amp portable power battery pack. I was undecided between two of them because one was smaller but more expensive than the larger one. So I enquired about the reason for the price difference and it was explained to me by the employee behind the counter that one had a car battery setup up and the other was a lithium which was better, so I bought the lithium. Happy about my purchase I pulled out my card to pay when the employee decides to say “that there are no refunds for this product only replacements and I’m only saying that because people like to buy them use it in the parking lot and bring it back🤔”. WTH, I said “no I plan on keeping it because I’ve wanted one for a while”. This is unprofessional, presumptuous and seems very discriminatory on the part of the employee. Wont be back ever!

Didn't have everything I needed on the shelf. Salesman offer to check the fit which I knew was right but cool. They did not have all the sizes Of wipers I need in stock but I was going to purchase 3 of 4 anyway. He said he could install them but 1st the car I drove to get the wipers is the one they don't have the wiper for and 2nd I do not need them installed anyway. When I went to check out he wanted my phone number which I do not give out. I said I did not want to give it and he said I had to. I said I don't care what you put in but I'm not goving a phone number for a wiper blade. The salesman said there is no way to go around and they have to take the information. Nope. Amazon had everything I needed and then brought it to me no extra charge.

Would definitely give this place no stars if i could give a review with no stars. Their employees refuse to listen to an issue with their product. They seem to talk down to their patrons. I came in with windshield wipers, not knowing my background or expertise they never listened to the problem only that i did Not come in with my receipt and from that point on they treated me as if i stole them. I have Shopped there since they opened and have had bad experience after bad experience. Today I had it. Screw this place! I did Not want my money back and asked to just buy more with the correct adapter. The salesperson did not listen to me asking to buy more. I was Just a criminal to him. I am A 48 year old multi business owner, not a criminal.

I asked the guy behind the counter a question about a product. Wasn't sure of the size pipe it was in a box. Doesn't seem like a difficult question. He shakes his head and says I can't help you with anything on the floor. I can only look stuff up on the computer. He also gave my dad a attitude because he had trouble finding something while the kid working there laughed about it. They are very unprofessional and ignorant. I told them I will go somewhere else. Thank you pepboys for your help. I highly recommend pepboys or auto zone.

Horrible customer service they refused to honor the tools. Davey embarrassed and lied to me in front of other customers. Even when I talked to pat the district manager. He was no help. Didnt care about the fact his stores sold me the wrong tool when I asked for something else. The tool broke and cost me a $300.00 caliper. DO NOT BUYS TOOLS FROM THEM. DO NOT EXPECT TO BE TAKE. CARE OF IF YOU HAVE A PROBLE . This store is hands down the most miserable and disrespectful group of employees. I have seen.

Velle, the store associate, greeted me immediately upon seeing me enter the store. He was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I told him the two items that I needed and he got them for me. It was an enjoyable first time visiting Advance Auto Parts and I will definitely tell others about it!

Made an online order and paid with PayPal. Upon arrival at the store 30 minutes there was no record of the transaction. I showed the store associate my receipt from PayPal and he said to wait a few minutes as the payments usually go thru within minutes of completion. 15 minutes later still nothing. Manager called the corporate headquarters and said its still in a pending status from PayPal and that I'd have to PAY AGAIN THRU PAYPAL even though the money is stuck in limbo the first time. So now I have to wait 72 hours to make sure it's not a duplicate transaction. Why am I burdened with this?? I've spent 1000's of dollars over the last 3-5 years on parts and fluids paid online ALWAYS. Wasn't offered a future discount or nothing like advanced auto used to do with these situations.

New location. With my job I find myself in auto parts & home repair stores often. A quick run thru this store the staff greeted all customer at entry & compared to other similar stores in this area appeared to have a minimal but available NOT totally gone stock of shelf stocked items.

Don't know if the man dealt with was a franchise owner, or the manager, but he did an excellent job of diagnosing my battery, which I already knew was dead, and at the same time, training one of their new guys. He was knowledgeable.

The staff here were awesome when I went, very helpful, and gave me a quick verbal instruction on how to fix some basic stuff on my car that I had to make purchases for. Real nice discount for Military/LEO'S !
