I've been to this store exactly twice. Both times I was given the wrong part. I went to return the part and watched for 30 minutes as an employee tried to complete a return, repeatedly putting in the same information, while the managers walked around and pretended not to notice. Finally, he managed to get a manager's attention who came over rude, aggressive, and equally incompetent- not listening to me or his employee and yelling in some garbled English. I was unable to return the unused part. I did a return at the Bel Air location and was done in minutes. I will never return to this store.

I was in store today at 5.15 pm to replace my car battery,asked a question to the lady on counter if they can change the battery if I buy from them instead of replying her a dark color dude working right behind the her replied that it’s 20 degrees outside who is going to change the battery in this weather…this guy have a bad attitude allways I go to this location..I asked his name but he denied to tell his name..(I will not tell)…terrible customer service..no more Bussiness with them.

Terrible customer service , I went in to swap out a battery that was under warranty and was told that they can’t do my warranty and that they can’t order my battery or give me credit towards another one. Literally told me that was a personal problem . I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS AUTOZONE EVER AGAIN. The front desk person , bald gentlemen with bad teeth , showed no concern for me and my elderly father and when I asked for the manager I was told he was and he wasn’t going to do nothing for me. I said ok thank you and left . I repeat DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU

Robert was a fantastic help with getting me a new windshield wiper and putting it on for me FREE of charge. I was expecting to pay like 5 bucks. Only 4 stars because I dont like putting 5 because it doesn't feel genuine to put 5.

I walked in and no one greeted me they just looked at me meanwhile they where not doing anything and at check out I asked the gentleman to grab me another part and he was rudely asking what’s the number then at the end of the check out he had a very aggressive tone with me that I didn’t appreciate and to act like he didn’t want to help me get all the parts I needed for me to do the complete job was very unsatisfying especially when I have been to other AutoZones where they have been very helpful and thorough when it comes to making sure I have everything I need

I stopped by this store because I needed a new wiper blade and a car battery. Terrence (I believe that was his name) was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He quickly helped me find exactly what I needed and even installed both the battery and the wiper blade for me on the spot. I had a question about the wiper blade, and even though he wasn’t 100% sure, he double-checked with someone named Bob, and together they got me taken care of. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. Excellent customer service—I really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend!

I went into the Auto Zone to return my brakes and rotors that I ordered online. When I went in the man that I was talking to seemed to instantly have an attitude. They couldn’t find my order on the computer because it was “over 90 days old” when I ordered it literally the week prior too. While talking to the tall mid aged black man at the counter he seemed to have no real interest in trying to help me figure out the situation. When his coworker came over, she was more helpful in 3 minutes than the 10 that I spent talking to him. I ended up being told to go to a different store to return my items but he had said “ yea your just gonna have to send her to the other one” and waved me off like I was bothering him. I don’t recommend coming to this AutoZone if you want to be treated with human decency.

The customer service here depends on which employee you get at the counter. They can either be very helpful and go the extra mile to meet your needs leaving you satisfied, or extremely lazy and does the bare minimum.

I tried to call in to see if a part was available. I was out on hold for more than twenty mins and then hung up on. I called back and was put on hold again. When I did finally get someone (45 mins on phone) on the phone she was speaking to someone else about a personal encounter. Laughing and eating in my ear. I had to hang up before I vomited. Won’t call here again. This is why people buy online.

Thus location is my favorite one. Associates are always helpful and friendly. Shelves are always stocked. Never had to wait no more than a few minutes for service.

The little manager was a complete unprofessional. Had a defective part with recept bought few weeks ago stated on recept had lifetime warranty. I own two automotive shop. Had to rediagnose and get part from another supplier cot me labor to rediagnose and replace e part twice I can't charge customer for and she's telling me can return without the box. If it was two years the part still has lifetime warranty who would still have the box. Had to argue with her was absolutely ridiculous.

This location was great once upon a time, since the start of covid they have been struggling to keep employees & the ones they currently have lack knowledge in their field of expertise. There's nothing more frustrating than asking for help in identifying certain parts & the employee that's supposed to know has zero knowledge about the parts they are selling or what's the part even for.

One star. Try no star. I stopped in the store and said, “I have a 2018 Softtail Slim. I need oil”. Two clerks were talking and neither one of them spoke to me or greeted me. The clerk responded, “What’s that?” Now i know damn well he knew what it was. I responded, “My Harley”. He said over there on the wall and pointed. I said can you help me. The other clerk said you should have You tubed it. I just left. Not professional. Not nice and reluctant to help. Even when you don’t know. Say that nicely. Not knowing doesn’t mean provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a motorcycle and three cars. I will NEVER return there again.

My car wouldn't start this morning and I had to get a jump to get to this location. I was greeted by Eric the store manager and explained my situation. After doing the battery test he gave me choice of batteries they had in stock for my car. Eric took the old battery out and put the new battery in. He even suggested I wait inside the air conditioned store cause it is hot outside. Eric completed everything in a short amount of time. His customer service and knowledge of parts and labor were excellent. This will be my go to store.

I called this morning and spoke too Grobert. He was amazing. Very professional and friendly. I asked him about merchandise and returns he explained things in full detail. I was very insulted by the manger in the background screaming at him to give me information. She was nasty and maybe he should be a manger and she should go home and take customer service lessons. Thanks Grobert for all of your help.

Normally this is my go-to store when I need auto parts, everyone is usually helpful and they have a good selection. But yesterday I had an employee by the name of "Thomas" ruined my experience. His look was that of a dude who's bothered about something, simply unhappy or upset. His attitude was that of a "supervisor" that is TOO GOOD to help. When I asked for some details regarding the size of a specific part I needed he told me to "go look it up on Google" and to then "buy it in Amazon" - with a dismissive tone! He could have easily answered my question but he simply felt like it was NOT worth his time... I feel bad for those who have to work around him. Seems like such a bitter character to be around.

They were very busy, but the gentleman who checked me out was doing two or three things at once and still very pleasant. He checked and made sure I had the right part before I bought it to save me a return. They are always nice in this store.

I've had mixed experiences at this particular store. Most of the time they are very knowledgeable. There has been a few times I'm looked at like i have 3 head... Now mind you I have worked for them an advance auto so I no wat I'm talkin about most of the time... I walked in asked a worked for dry gas. An 2 of the works had no idea what I was talking about. But other then that great store. If you ever have problems ask for Anna she'll try to make everything work out

Poorly managed. While there I observed the shift manager interacting with customers and staff in a condescending manner. He acted as if he knew what the customer needed but what I observed is that he answered nearly every question as "it depends". He never really answered any question but instead confused and frustrated people while trying to appear as though he knew what he was talking about. Fortunately the fellow who waited on me was good with the computer and was able to provide me with exactly what I needed. I felt sort of bad for a guy who was just trying to get a replacement fuse for his car. Rather than just go out and look at the guy's car, the "manager" went on and on about the different types of fuses the car could have. It was clear that the customer didn't know and was looking for help.The guy was an immigrant and spoke English with an eastern European accent. The "manager" went round and round for 10 minutes and was loud and rather obnoxious with the customer. Another person (employee) of apparent authority commented that they have trouble finding and keeping employees. After watching this little show I could see why. Pep Boys and Advance Auto Parts are just down the street. I'll go to either before coming back to this Autozone.

Staff is always friendly. Some parts need to be ordered from the hub but will usually take just 1 day to arrive. Store is always clean every time I've gone in to get parts. Usually has some good deal of the week sales going on
