If I can give ten stars, I would! Our vehicle was broken into & we had two choices of where to go to have the damage fixed. So glad we took it to Hertrich. The team from front desk to the repair team did an excellent job! Nicole was exceptional! From the start to the end of the job, she kept us posted, had a personal touch, very pleasant, friendly, quick to response, & she was very accomodating, to name a few. She helped us get the rental car quick & followed up with them until I got the rental vehicle (enterprise was horrible!). Our vehicle was complete in no time! - way before the estimated completion. Our vehicle was returned looking like BRAND NEW!!! So THANK YOU to the Hertrich team and kudos to Nicole! It was wonderful working with you. Wish every customer service rep was like you! Will definitely recommend Hertrich!

I want to express my sincere thanks to Hertrich Collision Center of Bear for the outstanding job they did! The bumper was painted perfectly — it looks brand new! I was also pleasantly surprised that they washed the entire car — it’s sparkling clean, just like it came out of the showroom.

I’m telling you right now. If your car needs to be repaired, big repair, small repair or whatever, make this place your #1 SPOT TO GO! Everyone there is amazing and know exactly what they’re doing. I was rear ended 2 years back and finally got around to fixing my car and this was the place my dealership recommended. The estimate was nice and quick and thankfully much less than I initially thought it was going to be. Few days later, I gave them my down payment and they called me when my parts were in which was only took about 4 days. Fast forward to the ultimate rockstar Jessica. She fixed up my trunk door, my back lights, let me know every step of the way in the process of fixing up my car. But the most incredible thing happened. Jessica called me to let me know that there was more damage to my car than initially thought. My bumper had some damage and she let me know it would cost an additional $400 (originally $600. She wanted to save me some money☺️). Unfortunately, I didn’t have the extra funds to fix my bumper that quickly, so I opted not to fix it this time and wait a little bit to fix it. She completely understood and said my car was all good! It would just take a little bit more effort in closing my hatch and there would be a slight pop noise. This is where Jessica and her team just go ABOVE and BEYOND! I get to Hertrich the next day and not only is my spark looking nice and pretty, Jessica and the whole team decided to fix my bumper……FOR FREE!!!!!! My jaw dropped 😦 I have my beautiful car back, the pride of my life basically for the past 4 years, looking and feeling brand new because this team doesn’t just care about the business. They care about people. Thank You to everyone who worked tremendously hard on my car. I can’t express how grateful I am and hopefully my car never gets damaged again😂 but if it does, y’all are the FIRST ones I’m calling!

Took my vehicle to the Bear location and the young lady you have in the front "Paige" is amazing. She is well spoken,patient and very easy to talk to. Very hard to find people with great attitudes in the customer service world now a days. Good job Hertrich with this hire!

Hertrich worked with me and did everything they could when the parts I needed were on backorder for MONTHS. Nicole is a blessing and I was more than happy to work with her. Paige is also a sweetheart and I'm glad I chose hertrich for my repairs!
While I had some frustration, and it sucked to have to wait so long, it had nothing to do with them and everything to do with GM and their parts being on backorder. They are a busy shop but they have always got back to me quickly and didn't mind me calling to check on things over and over, definitely recommend them!
This place is AMAZING! Jessicann went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired. Not only did she catch and inform me that the previous body shop I took my car to was trying to scam me and literally stealing my money, but she also contacted the insurance representative and her manager to work with the amount I was given due to a very annoying policy limit. She also helped calm me down when I was very distraught and stressed. True customer service and care. I highly recommend! Thanks for everything Hertrich!
Jessicann is helpful, friendly, and nice, in getting the car registered for repairs. They communicate weekly with the status of the vehicle while in repairs. The outcome of repair is WOW!! Car looks brand spanking new. Running great and everything. Overall, highly recommend this repair service.
My overall experience was great. My only negative was how long it took to admit my car. Hit a deer 12/21... wasn't able to get my car in until 3/15. The original date I believe was 3/30, but they moved it up 2x.
Once my car was admitted, I got weekly text messages about the progress. Over the phone communication was just as good if I needed clarity. 2 supplimental estimates were submitted, and I was notified immediately. Once the job was complete, my car looked amazing inside and out. Hertrich definitely exceeded my expectations.
I contacted Hertrich Collision Center of Bear, Delaware because of a minor accident I had with my vehicle. They were very helpful in guiding me through the steps of contacting my insurance company and then taking the estimate and vehicle to their collision center. They immediately took the vehicle the same day. I was told they would have it for 2 weeks. I thought this was a long time but agreed to leave it. As promised, they had it ready in the quoted time of 2 weeks. When I went to their center to pick up my car, I noticed a small spot on the paint job. The manager immediately came out to look at the car and he agreed that it was their fault and they would fix it. He told me to call them and bring it back when it was convenient for me and he would have it done the same day. Again, as promised, it was done the same day. I would take my vehicles to them again and highly recommend Hertrich Collision Center of Bear, Delaware. They answer their phone calls and return call when necessary. Very easy to work with and very professional!
