I called into AAA at 7:00pm because my car died on the road. They accepted the tow and agreed to take it at 9:00am the next morning. They showed up and told me because I didn't ask for a flatbed they couldn't do it because the car was modified. The car is not modified and could have been put on a dolly just fine but it was "too much work" and "we're too busy." They notified AAA that the car was modified to get the tow request dropped and I sat around waiting for another 4 hours completely unaware that no one else was coming. When we called the company you could hear the entire office laughing at my misfortune. Completely unprofessional. Do not use this tow company. Call Nesters instead.

ahhh shucks, they dont even know the basic terminology associated with towing and trucking. what a shame. the women in the office says she has worked there for 28 years, but has absolutely no idea whats going on. Insane.

Great service. The guy knew i was a motorcycle tow and specifically brought a wreck because it’s safer than flatbed truck for the twisty roads returning back. Louis was very friendly

I was stuck in a tough spot—literally—in a pretty remote area, and after calling around to a bunch of companies, all I got were excuses. Everyone acted like they were doing me a favor just answering the phone. Then I got in touch with All-Star and they sent Luis, and man, this guy was a total professional. Super respectful, friendly, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping people. He didn’t complain once about how far out I was or make me feel like an inconvenience. He showed up fast, handled the job like a pro, and even took the time to point out that my tires were looking rough—and let me know that All-Star offers tire services too. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work and treats you like a person, not a problem. Because of Luis, All-Star Towing has a customer for life in me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again, Luis—you really came through.

My car died just as I was merging into the freeway. Cesar was able to tow my car within 30 minutes of calling. I did have a difficulty understanding Cesar but then I do not have a god ear for accents and it did not create any problems. I would definitely use All Star Towing again but hopefully I will not need it. Thank you to Cesar for coming to my rescue

Needed a tow from Healdsburg to Santa Rosa. I called All Star Towing and Deby had a driver out to me with in 20 minutes. Hector was very kind and professional, super helpful. We got to Santa Rosa in no time. 10/10 service thank you for all that you do!

I have AAA, but because of the wonderful service I will call All Star if I ever need a jump. My "BABY" Infinity G37 hard top conv died yesterday and I was told by others that because my car was shaking bad before it died, that it couldn't be my battery. I was so upset! My 14 year old car with 60k miles was going to need a mechanic and needed to be towed to a shop. AAA would not tow due to expired tag ( yr 25 was ripped off and stolen) I was on my way to AA smog to get it smog done and get new tag. They would not help because it had an expired tag! My only option was to find private tow co. And boy did I luck out finding All Star first! Victor was THE BEST! jumped my battery and it started right up with NO shaking. So it was the battery after all the tears, and fear of finding a new mechanic. Victor made my day!! My year! I can now take my BABY to Infinity for her yearly service. All Star towing was so kind and helpful over the phone yesterday, calming me down, explaining that it might just be the battery, not the transmission, like I was told by someone else. Then today Victor arrived 5 min after my call to request either a tow of 79 miles or a battery charge. He could have made $$$ if he towed it, but he tried a jump first. As I said, it started right up! He even checked my oil. I am still shaking myself, because I am so excited and happy that my BABY will be good as new after a new battery. THANK YOU VICTOR!!! & THANK YOU!!! 'ALL STAR TOWING' The best service! I will let everyone I know about this transaction! I am SO GRATEFUL! THANK YOU AGAIN ALL STAR TOW!

Hello, All Star Towing! Thank you for sending Luis out to rescue us, when our 1977 motorhome broke down at night in the middle of nowhere! He came quickly and was incredibly friendly and efficient! He was kind to us and our 2 dogs, who needed a ride in his truck. Most importantly, he got us home safely.

This place is a scam! Asked us to pay them via Venmo before they even arrived. Tried to leave two minor 20 miles from home. Read all the reviews they have all one star on yelp.

fruday night my box truck broke down in petaluma and a young man arrived quickly and in the pouring rain, got my truck hooked up and got me back to Santa Rosa in what I consider pretty record time, he was professional, and I would recommend All-Star towing to anyone

I was stuck in the mud in my lowered car, the tow truck got there and pulled from underneath my car instead of tow hooks on the front, which would have been fine if my car wasn’t lowered, it warped my $400 dollar lip and broke all the brackets on the left and right side of my front bumper. He ended up only pulling me about 2 feet then told me it was going to be “3-4-0” (his English wasn’t the best, after some negotiation he confidently told me and my girlfriend “2-0-0” was acceptable, then got in his car, then came back out with his manger or someone on the phone and took back his offer, which I think is complete bullshit. I paid 340 for a broken bumper and to be pulled 3 feet out of some mud.

My new go to towing company fast,very fair and courteous. If I need a tow again I'll be calling them. Thank you Louis

My name is charity, and we had the most terrific experience with our tow. Truck driver Jose, he was prompt friendly and was willing to drive a long distance to come and get our motor home. That had broken down and had to be taken back to our house. We are truly grateful for everything. He did no matter the long distance that he had to drive. He still had a smile on his face.It was extremely respectful. Kind we are so grateful for him.We don't know what we would have done if he couldn't have helped us out tonight. He kept us up to date with his arrival time. Thanks again jose.

I just can’t say enough about All Star Towing! I recently found myself with a flat tire. I can honestly say that I should know how to deal with this, but I don’t! I left that to my ex. I called All Star. The person that answered the phone was gracious, so kind and most of all understanding. Immediately a truck came out to help me. Jesus was AMAZING! I was back on the road headed to get my tire replaced. Jesus explained everything to me without sounding like I was an idiot. Do yourself a favor…. Call All Star Towing. Professional, clean truck and quick!

Service was quick and easy. I was in the middle of an incredibly stressful day and out of nowhere my car died. All Star Towing picked up my car fairly quickly and made the process fast and easy. They also got to me in half the time they quoted me, that was a huge plus. Great customer service would highly recommend.

I had the worst experience possible with this business. I understand business is business but it’s beyond unfortunate. Made an already difficult situation 10 times more difficult. Avoid working with them at ALL COSTS if possible unless you have thousands to waste on BS fees. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but was given almost every reason not to.

These guys are rude and doesn't read instructions from the insurance company. We needed a flat bed and the guy on the phone at 3pm 11/29/2024 said that we need to call our insurance company to make changes on the type of towing truck even if all the information are correct then raised his voice and hang up the phone.

I recently used All Star. It was an emergency break down and they were simply the best! Fast, professional and got the job done! I highly recommend using All Star in any situation!
