I talked with the owner. I was in need of a tow and I asked him how much it was very reasonable and a very grateful that they help me. They’re very professional didn’t hurt my card at all and God bless him and I refer anybody and everybody to this company

To Future Customer I CONTACTED Nestor Towing and told them I need there assistance with my vehicle at Hyatt in SR,Ca Brian came promptly and used a jack to raise my vehicle and remove plastic protector under engine allowing me to continue to drive back home to South Lake Tahoe , I would recommend there service and it was a fair price considering it was Sunday morning Respectfully Joe (FF/paramedic)

Nestor's Towing did a fantastic job. I had to move a fire damaged classic car from a storage facility as soon as possible. I called Nestor's and in less than an hour after I got off of the phone, the car was in my drive way. Great value, customer service and very quick and efficient. I highly recommend Nestor's, they saved me a lot of time and money!

I called another towing company for a quote, and they would charge me $125 for a short mileage. I decided to call Nestor right after to get their quote, and it was half the price! They were at the location in less than 10 minutes, and super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone in a moment of need!

Best experience i have had with a tow. My truck wouldnt start and within 30min off calling Nestor's, they were there and got my truck to the shop. Price was half what I expect (and what another company quoted). Driver showed up. Was very polite and professional. He was a raiders fan, but no one us perfect lol. Communication with dispatch was great too. I was super frustrated about the situation, but my experience with Nestors Towing was soo much better than expected, that it helped lighten my mood about my truck not starting. Very impressed all around with my experience wirh them. Longer story, recently changed insurances and road side coverage would not kick in for another 3 days. When I called and learned about this, the quote that my insurance company sent me was more than double what I paid and my wait time was estimated at 2hours. Not sure what tow service they were linking me too, but glad I said no and gave Nestors a call.

They don't have set rates. They base the tow price on the type of car that you drive and how your dressed. If you speak English They charge you more than if you call them speaking in Spanish. I got charged $300 for an in town tow of 4 miles. My friend recommended me to them because he got charged $100 for in town.

They were excellent! I was in a bad situation. I needed my car towed to storage. I called; the guy I spoke with was friendly and made things SO easy! I didn't need a credit card like the rest of the tow companies. I would recommend this company over all of the others. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional!

I know people like this just cater to whoever needs it fast and cheap so no one may even see this well-reasoned poor review, but I wanted to make sure the point was made that the people that run Nestor's towing are incredibly disrespectful to people they deal with.

My 5 stars is for their service. I like that they don't take to long to respond to towing but I have to say they are pricey. I had a flat tire that was so flat that I couldn't drive on it. So had to have it tow to the tire shop. The tire shop was less than 5 miles and I was charge 135 dollars. Crazy!

I hit some black ice on Mark West Spring Rd and needed towing. My insurance called Nestor’s Towing to do the job, they said they’d be there in 45 minutes. Over an hour later, no follow-up with me or my insurance. I follow up myself, they said they’d need a picture before they come out—since when do tow companies require pictures? I said I couldn’t send one because of poor phone signal and they said they’d have to call my insurance again to up the charge because they “might need two cars.” This was after they’d already accepted the job and I’d already been charged. I told them two other tow companies already came out and helped other cars in the area, and the only reason I didn’t use them is because I’d paid for Nestor’s and was given a time frame. The guy on the phone says “so use them.” Eventually I give up and call my insurance back for a new company. They call Nestor’s about a dozen times, Nestor’s ghosts them. All in all, completely worthless and unprofessional behavior. Not sure if this is the standard of the business or just one bad employee, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone until something gets fixed.

These guys are great. I have used them twice. They do a great job at a great price. They are who I call when I need a tow.

I have had nothing but great services with this company. The guy is so so sweet and so understanding. I’ll definitely be using them anytime. I need a tow and I recommend them 100% thank you so much for the help you guys are amazing.

Very unprofessional the attitude given from the employee was as if he was not trying do his job moreover he decided it was a good idea to cuss me out thru the phone the rest is self explanatory be smart don’t waste time and money on this horrible service take in consideration the low reviews rather then get taken away with all this suppose 5 stars be safe and have a good day

After waiting for ANOTHER company for way too long and way too much money, I cancelled and called Nestor's!! They were there within 30 minutes for less than half the price I was being charged by the other company! I saved their number and will definitely be using them from now on! Thanks so much!

Awesome crew . They helped me out of a jam . They were also half the price of the other 2 towing companies I called . I Highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow truck in sonoma County .

I just got towed by Nestors and I am very happy with the experience. First off, I called other places for quotes (200$ was the avg.) Nestors just did it for 85$! Not only was the price amazing but the two dudes were very professional and good at what they do. Thanks guys, it was super hot today and you still worked hard and saved me money and made it an easy process.

Was reasonable and went above and beyond to help me. Worked out payment with me. Wasn't just hard nos÷ about his service. The price was average but his attitude was stellar.

Had a great experience this morning with these guys! Very quick, got to me in a half hour. Good prices. He knows that he’s doing that’s for sure, great loading and perfect parking when unloading the vehicle even when my car has difficulty turning the steering wheel due to a lock cylinder issue and no programmed key. They were able to tow me on a flatbed when AAA wouldn’t?? Thank you so much for the help!

Double review. 1.The towing part is excellent. Great truck and quick service. 2. They didn't give me a receipt. Keep calling them and the answer is " i will text you one". So far 1 month and still nothing. Office work very poor.

We called Our insurance company to have a tow request for my car because it wasn’t starting. We didn’t have the add-on package for roadside assistance, but they were going to give us a pro rated amount for being a member. They quoted us 112 dollars from our house to the shop where we we’re going to have service done (4.6) miles and it could be anywhere from an hour to two hours. We decided not to go with that and gave Nestor a call and within 15 minutes he was in our driveway hooking up the car. It only costs us 75 bucks and he was fast, efficient, and polite. Will definitely keep this business in our contacts! Thanks Nestor!

Just a call away, and he was there ready to help this damsel in distress! He went above and beyond! He found me a good deal on some barely used tires, that I needed replaced. He took me and my young daughter there, safely and he even secured her car seat for us! His son was the quiet helper, and that was awesome to see. A very family friendly guy and his price was very reasonable, for the amazing service we received ! I will definitely use his service again, if needed and I do recommend him for towing services !!
