Edgar looking guy at the front wouldn’t look away from his tablet to help me when I asked for his help looking for a specific item he asked if I knew the color of it and then said it’s probably the one over there probably without looking up from the tablet

I received the best service ever. Roger deserves a 10+ (aka the highest rating possible). He realized how much help was needed installing a detached rear view mirror and had mercy on an 80yr old customer with bad eyesight. Roger was caring, professional and efficient. I came here because my headlight was out and needed a new bulb. I wasn’t sure whether my car needed an LED or Factory Halogen. Rodger was super friendly, proactive, knowledgeable about these different types of bulbs. He clearly explained the various bulb options (qualities, colors, etc) that I could purchase for my car. He even took the time to install the new bulb for me! I’d highly recommend coming to this O’Reilly Auto Parts if you’re looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

Do Not Waste your time at this O'Reillys!! RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS!! A female employee with brown hair, glasses, and very plump figure lied refusing to install a car battery, stating they don't provide this service when they previously installed two batteries in the same vehicle!! She continued to keep her attitude as I was leaving, very rude and unprofessional!!

ive rented this busted pickle fork like 5 times and im always afraid it wont work but it always does in the end and they take it back!

I had went in there a few weeks back on a rainy day for a new battery. Even though I have AAA and they have a battery program I wanted to support local I didn't realize the pandemic had changed the fact that they can't come out and help you like they used to I understand they can't leave their counter and showroom to come assist with dummies like me for repair however the guy was nice enough to loan me the tools which was awesome business and I'm super grateful. During that bad day I was having I dropped the new battery and it broke and I thought I was going to have to buy a new one but due to their awesome warranty they threw a new one at me and I was back on the road. I'm super happy I went to this place. The guy I work in the count of that day I'm so sorry I can't remember his name but he was amazing He gets five stars Go check this place out you'll be happily you did their people people and they can help me with a lot of car issues Happy holidays

Can't go wrong with O'Reilly's you can get discounts if you're a veteran... They have great sales going on for full synthetic oil which is great. The staff is helpful and kind. Right off Mendocino avenue across from Big lots shopping center.

This store is nice and the staff are all very helpful, but the parking is HORRIBLE. There are only two non-ADA parking spots in the front and what I assume is shared parking on the side of the store. The shared parking (unmarked from what I can tell) is often full with customers of the tire shop that's next to the store. It can be difficult getting in and out due to this.

I needed wipers during a rainstorm. There was only one clerk, and he was super organized and quick. He was also very helpful and installed my new wipers for me. Great customer service.

All the auto parts you need and the workers are helpful and willing to let you pick their brain if you have a couple questions on something you aren't sure on. They offer military discount, so it helps me save a little bit of money on my projects.

If I remember his name correctly, Luis consistently is outstanding in customer service, knowledge & patience. Every time my husband and I go to the Mendocino Ave. store, he is ALWAYS helpful! Very refreshing to see in customer service. Definitely will be back with people like this working here. Thank you! The employee helping helping was very kind and understanding, but the website showed a part that said it was available in store locally. Went to go pick up and found out the closest place they do have it is a two hour drive. Even had my truck up on blocks at home!

I have been to this location a few times over the years and have to say it is always been a great experience. I ran in there Sunday to buy replacement bulbs for my 2005 Toyota Sequoia headlights and the gentleman behind the counter even offered to put them in for me I mean that is customer service! This is the one on Mendocino Avenue across from the last record store and the people that work here are just genuinely nice helpful go above and beyond I can't say enough nice things about it way to go guys.

Awesome customer service. Salesman actually sold me the lower price windshield blades. Highly recommended the quality of the product Proceeded to put the blades on for me too. At no exatra charge. That's customer service!

They have almost always had what I need are the place is always picked up and organized. Lines can take a while and sometime I have to wait quite a bit to be helped, but that is to be expected when people are buying car parts. Return are always easy and in the five or so years that I have been going here, I have only been sold the wrong part once and we're very quick and happy to fix the mistake. Staff usually know what they are talking about, but they are not professional mechanics so I give them props for having been able to normally answer my questions.
