Always get to speak to someone who is experienced and has good. Customer service and professionalism. An employee, Able helped me today , going above and beyond. Very courteous. Recommended me some product that may help with an issue before sending to the shop $$$. Whether the product will work or not, I appreciated Ables assistance. All the staff has been helpful, so far that I’ve gone.

Excellent Customer Desk assistance!! Young man came out and changed my wipers for me. He was amazing and his coworkers were super helpful finding other products while my helper was getting the correct blades for my car. Great all around experience!!!Definitely my go to for auto parts in the future!

Worker accused me of returning an unused car battery when it was never hooked up.

These guys always keep their open sign off while literally laying on the counters on their phones. Nothings ever in stock with the simplest things. Makes you wonder if theyre even really looking for it. Its almost 10am today and theyre not even open yet with an employee standing out front pissed because he cant get a hold of anyone. Always somethin with this spot. Go to farmers lane or even better, napa auto parts on santa rosa ave.

Needed to have a battery checked out as I was put in charge of a relative's old car that wouldn't start. Was able to jump start and get it to O'Reilly's where Abel quickly came out, ran a diagnostic and had a new battery in my car within 30 minutes and I was good to go. Thought I'd have to spend 1/2 a day at my local shop. Awesome service!

The store is pretty well stocked and the behind the counter help is always friendly and helpful

11/17/24 6:15 pm Just drove 16 miles in the rain to come to this location because the website showed the part that I need is in stock and it is closed. The hours on Google and the sign on the window states that it is open until 8:00 pm. It is now 6:45 pm and 7 people have come and gone away pissed off because they were not open during posted hours. Thanks for wasting my gas and time O'REILLY's. You just lost some customers.

Went to get power steering fluid. They had it, which saved the day since I was traveling. Glad they were at this location.

LOVE that they will run the codes for your check engine light AND give you a print out with no charge!!

They close very early, they left lots of us waiting outside for 15+ minutes to realize they weren't coming back. Their customer service when I was in the store before could use some work.

I went to buy a new battery before my move to Colorado...got supposedly the best which was a red top optima battery. He sold me the wrong one and we broke down in 12 deg weather with a 4 year old and 2 dogs...took AAA 4 hours to get to us to be towed to a hotel. We were huddled together to keep warm....it could have been a disaster. I am calling hq to complain because we could have died....I'm also going to talk to the manager there at the place we got the battery. I am so angry at O'Reilly Auto parts. Just make sure u do your own research before u trust one of the employees there....

Clean and well maintained and this particular one has an used oil container and will usually post a sign on the glass window in front if it's full or accepting drop offs do not leave your oil in front of the store as it is tacky and there's cameras

There wasn't a long wait. Enough staff available & they were knowledgable about what they had in stock. The price was reasonable. Service quick and friendly. What's not to like? Docked a star off because I don't like the website as much as I liked it when it was Kragen Auto.

Took a battery in to have it checked and charged. They checked it and said it was a bad battery so I took it home. I called AAA and they came out and checked it... said it just needed to be charged but was otherwise a perfectly good battery. I was lied to. O'Reilly's, you gave yourselves a bad name all because you wanted to sell a battery. Now I wonder how many other customers you have done this to. I've given you a lot of business in the past. I'll go elsewhere now. Train your people better.

Reliable, well organized and stocked. Staff is always helpful and patient with those with confusing explanations of problems as well as the technically challenged. Of all the locations I return to this one whenever possible.

RUDE. I jump started my wife's car and had just enough battery to get to the auto parts store, I park in front and sit in the car while I call the store to double check they have the battery and can install it (As has been done by O'Reilly twice in the past two years for other vehicles) The young girl on the phone says "We don't... Do. Installs" As If I was asking a stupid question. She then proceeds to give me a quote for a battery and as she is speaking, the GENERAL MANAGER walks out to the parking lot with an attractive young female customer and he proceeds to pop the hood fill her car with oil! I ask the young girl on the phone what is going on with her car and her RESPONSE to me asking why the general manager was working on some young woman's car? "UMMMMM, batteries are not that hard to install" WHAT A JERK! Even WORSE. I go in to talk to the general manager, SURPRISE ! It's another KID, the KID who was outside servicing the woman's vehicle !! He has nothing to say except "call my manager then!" Horrible experience. Terrible people.

I honestly always go to O'reilly's because for 1 they are close to my house haha and 2 they always have the best prices on parts for my car at least that I'm able to find (I'm not car Davy) and they have nice and helpful staff. Thought it was about time I would spread the word! I'm a loyal customer and will stay that way.

They always have what I need for my PT Cruiser as well as my 1998 Land Rover Discovery. Always kind and helpful and they don't price gouge like some auto retailers do. Nothing but good things to say about O'Reilly Auto Parts!
