I thought it'd be tough finding a specific relay for an ARFF Fire truck I imported from Canada. This Napa had it. Great help from counter man 5 minutes from closing.

The people working there are really friendly and they are really experience in there job love going there better than orileys I give Napa 5 stars

I'm never in this store for more than 60 seconds before someone offers to help me find what I need, and they're always efficient in doing so. I wish all retailers were like that!

Flat tire on a roadtrip. He went out of his way to patch the tire on a busy Sunday. This is after calling many other shops - very relaxed and professional.

I went in there looking for a odd ball large socket 37mm. Brian, went above and beyond to get us the socket that we needed. Checking his inventory as well as the parts catalog. Eventually, he found a metric that he converted to standard and it was right on the money. Brought it home and it was a perfect fit!! Thank you Brian you have created a customer for life!!

Bought a battery in Vallejo for my son because I happened to be in Vallejo at the time. Turns out he didn't need it so we tried to return in Santa Rosa because we live in Santa Rosa. We were told us we had to return it in Vallejo because each Napa Store is independently owned. Ok, fine. When I got to the Vallejo, they told me they take returns from Santa Rosa all the time! Not a good first impression Santa Rosa!

This is an awesome parts store especially for hard to find parts that the chain store employees "cant find on their computer" ..a smaller old time parts store group with great experienced staff; John, Dan and Carlos n several others do a great job delivering SERVICE 👏👏

I drive past at least three auto part stores to come to Napa Auto Parts on Santa Rosa Ave. While the others all likely have what I need, NONE have a great a team as these guys. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to help me and help me right. Carlos - pictured here - is my HERO today! He came out IN THE RAIN top help make sure the problem was my windshield wipers, not a dirty windshield. I commute over mountains and with some big rain storms coming, I needed to be able to see. This is how these guys are - the last time I had to come in, it was a battery. Seriously outstanding service. #teamwork

Napa always has what I need, but if they don't have it they order it and within a couple of days It will arrive. I shop here for replacement oil filters, oil and miscellaneous cleaning cleaning products. I use these items to service generators

I prefer shopping with Napa Auto over the other chain stores for my classic truck restoration projects... They have high quality products, good selection, and very knowledgeable staff that are always friendly and helpful. I often find they are the only place in town that has what I need available the same day. Ordering online for in-store pickup is convenient and sometimes you can get a small discount if you do.

This store has been here as long as I can remember, hometown. I haven't lived in SR for many years, but as an apartment dweller I sometimes do car maintenance when I come visit the folks and borrow a driveway. Probably haven't quite done 50 oil changes (I don't believe in this new 'every 3500-4000mi' bs), yet I still too frequently forget to buy a new washer before a change (hey it's like a buck and if you've ever left a few drops of oil on someone else's driveway......not fun not cool). Was in town hoping to find a washer quick, pre-Christmas/raging covid period, thinking/hoping this store was still there and could hook me up - they were and totally did, cheap! Got like half dozen for under $5, nice. Guys were polite cordial/professional too. But here's what triggered this review: I drove by a empty covid looking parking lot broad daylight middle of the day. Peak in the window and see workers, the door was open, sweet. I go in there and there's like literally only ONE customer, and the guys behind the counter chattin like bros or good friends about something, reminding me of my younger years jobs. But here's the kicker, they were all wearing masks! With only one customer in the store! idc if you're left or right or upside down middle - this is a real virus and people have really been DYING from it...... So props on you fellas working that day, and NAPA Auto Parts for a life saving policy and good quality employees, no wonder this store is still here. Family owned/operated by chance??

I’ve been going into Santa Rosa Auto Parts with my grandfather for a long time, and seldom do they have to order the parts that I need for my classic truck. I went in this morning searching for a very small retaining clip for my carburetor. The gentleman at the counter walked back, grabbed a box of various carburetor parts, and sure enough, pulled out the clip I needed. Didn’t charge me too much for it, either. 😉 There’s an O’Reilly closer to my house, but Santa Rosa Auto Parts has never done me wrong. Helpful staff and a good selection of parts. What more can one ask for? 👍🏻

Purchased wiper blades, they sold me the wrong one, won't let me exchange. Jesse was 100% no help. He likes to talk down to people. I explained that this Napa's fault. He tried to make it my fault. Rotten customer service. Don't let Jesse answer the phone, you will lose more customers

Been in here a few times recently and left empty handed both times. Once was to pick up a special order that they couldn't find by name or part number. Had to dig up the order number for them and even then they said they couldn't find it. Usually I'm ok with paying extra to keep my business local but in my second trip there I tried to get a bearing to repair a power tool, the price they told me was an over 8000% mark up from Amazon. They said it would have to be special ordered, hints the price. I went into the store to check because it's a pretty common bearing and they had it in stock, for the still special order price. The price was 300% over the local competitor whom I contacted. They get two stars because they do have a good stock. If you want it they probably have it, just gotta find it.

Awesome! Couple guys helped me fix a broken coupling on air vacuum on the intake cover (that guy before me made a mess out of) for $15 that would have been $300. Found it out when I failed a smog test, now I'm confident it'll pass... I had to apoxy a new coupling on it and then go from 1/2" to 3/8" for the hose. Thx guys!

I have came here plenty of times always good parts. But this is the 3rd time yesterday I have seen in the employee parking lot in the big black truck. They have a dog in there all day while they work. They shouldn’t be keeping a dog in there car all day. I seen dogs die cause of this. I am an animal lover so I have decided to stop doing business here for the simple fact they allow that to happen here.

I just moved to the Santa Rosa area and own a semi trucking company. The manager Jon Conte needs help with following up with customers and an attitude adjustment. I don’t expect this from a “manager” if the owner would like to discuss this I would be more than happy to reverse the bad rating.

Earlier today about hour ago I was asking the salesman a bunch of questions he did an amazing job. But I am very worried about your employees. I was overhearing the conversation they had. As I heard your worker Tia was talking bad about customers and it’s very scary she said she has there information from the system and soon she’ll confront the person who wrote a bad review. I will be making a another complaint to Corporate. This is very disturbing there was two other employees one was on he’s phone wit ear buds and the other was sitting down on a yellow plastic container eating food. Seems like the backroom workers just hangout and talk. Changes need to be made. It’s going downhill fast.

I just had the greatest experience by this store and specifically by Brian. I have been displaced by the CARR fire and during the evacuation, my headlight went out. I went into this store and was greeted by the counter person and when Brian overheard my problem, he said he would glad to assist me in replacing the light bulb. He got his hands dirty. What fantastic customer service!! I will return to this store if I ever find myself in need again. Thank you Brian!

MY Battery was weak and I needed a new one while honey was at work. He told me find a auto parts store buy a battery and see if they will install it. So thankful for customer service who helped a girl out.

Good customer service but poor communication. I ordered a part online for store pick up. When I showed up they explained the part wasn't there. They should of called so I didn't waste 30 minutes driving and and then back. Still by far have the best quality around so one bad experience will not keep me from returning.

Great service. I bought some parts I had to take back but couldn't find the receipt. So the receipt I had said I could get store credit which I was fine with. But the guy found my receipt And refunded my money. If that not 5 star I don't know what is.

They have everything you could possibly need or want! Nice staff, knowledgeable people, and friendly, prompt service. I bought windshield wipers there, and the salesperson actually came out and put them on my car for me! Truly nice people here!
