Hands down the best auto body shop out there! Got hit by a big rig and completely smashed the side of my truck. I was recommended by a friend and went to check it out. My truck was ready and looking brand new by the end of the week! High quality and good prices! Amazed of how good my truck came out! Highly highly recommend!
The worst company I’ve ever came across in my life. I gave them my new 2019 Honda accord for a repaint and they totally spoilt my car. Very bad company. Would never recommend this company for anyone?
Ricardo and his crew did a great job squaring up my front end . As well replacing my front fender and bumper on my Toyota. Happy with the outcome and the paint work .
Low quality paint , take your business elsewhere if you want your paint to last. Aside from that, they have a neglected dog there with a skin disease who they leave out in the cold to guard their business. No excuse for animal cruelty when you can buy surveillance video.
Took a car for a simple scratch repair prior to selling a vehicle. Paid 500$ and later while washing the car had paint come off in my hands. Would not recommend

Let me tell you, tonight a great friend of mine finally got to pick up his van that has been at this shop almost 4 months. He was having some work done, that cost $2800 and on the way home it started over heating so we pull over and the radiator had a huge hole in it. The mechanic even told him everything was fixed. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Please run and find a better place
The man was amazing!! My daughter had her drivers license test and I had procrastinated putting my new front license plate on. I went to 4 different places including auto zone and no one "could" help me. He stopped what he was doing and installed it in seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I literally don't know what I would have done without them!
Ricardo is great. Had a bumper issue with my 2002 Toyota solara and he fixed it in 40 minutes without an appointment on a Friday. He also is a man of his word and stood by our agreement. I would recommend this shop to anyone especially in the long Beach area.
After my car accident I had many questions and felt every one involved was giving me the run around until I went to Capitol and met with Tony. He and his staff were extremely helpful when it came to my questions and worries. During the whole process Capitol was proactive in ordeal and without them I am sure I would have had many more problems.
I would recommend Capitol Auto Collision Center to anyone who finds themselves overwhelmed by an unexpected event such as an accident. They were reasonably available and even provided me with after hours contact information.

Después de mi accidente tuve muchas preguntas y sentí que todos los involucrados me estaban dando vueltas hasta que fui a Capitol y me reuní con Tony. Muy mal no saben lo que hacen en ese lugar y de paso te cobran, hacen unas porquerías de trabajos y todavía se molestan porque les reclamas no lo recomiendo para nada ,no pierdan su dinero ni permitan que les "arreglen"su carro para que después lo tengan que llevar a reparar a otro lugar
