They gave me a very good price for my battery replacement and regulator repair. The staff were honest, knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate a fair deal. You can tell they really know their products and care about doing good work. Definitely recommend this shop!

Jacob and the team went above and beyond with my Harley and I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Really passionate motorcycle enthusiasts, and overall cool dudes. They really took care of me—can’t recommend them enough. Bike feels brand new and better than it’s been in 10 years. I stopped by today to check my Yamaha Bolt for a little engine noise and some general diagnostics after purchase. I spoke with Israel, a cool guy (thanks specifically, bro). Another guy looked at my bike, didn't ask my name, sorry. But since I don't speak English or Spanish, we spoke through a translator. The guys adjusted my clutch, took it for a spin, and said the bike was fine. Thanks, guys, I recommend it! Oh, I didn't say. They looked at the bike for FREE. Like brothers)) that's it.

Not sure what happened to the customers with bad reviews, but I’ve had excellent quality, affordability and speed at this shop. Communication is excellent and they’ve take great care of my 2004 Honda XR400! Adding a comment that I have since been back twice since the original comment (I don’t ride that good and crash a lot:). The guys are consistently excellent, honest and quality work. This is my go to bike shop in Long Beach!

Israel shop has been servicing my bike for a little over nine years. I usually just have basic service done. this time I had a complete makeover. New brake rotors, rims removed to be powered coated, remonted and blanced, new head lights, new turn signals, new tail light, new seat covers and saddle bags mount adjusted. What makes this story so awesome? I don't have a Harley. No one in California likes to work on anything that doesn't have harley on the tank. If you like me and ride a Harley, great price, fast services check them out.

Absolute legends! I moved to the area a year ago and used to work on my bike myself but wasn’t able to bring all my tools down with me. I went here and they did a whole bunch of little maintenance items for a great rate and at a quality I was impressed by. Recently cracked the head and brought my bike back to them and the turn around time was amazing as well as the cost! So amazing to have a small business like this doing such great honest work! Highly recommend them for anything as small as a tire swap or as big as a full bike rebuild!

Do not go here whatsoever, they are absolute scammers. Wasted two weeks of my time and gave me bike my bike with vacuum hoses missing, dirty carbs, and not a single new part installed. We took apart the carbs and found no new jets, an improperly set needle, intake boots were loose, clutch cover bolts are missing, the diaphragm vent system hosing was gone, he ripped my kn air filter. And to top it all off when I came to get the parts he owed me he handed me a carb kit and said he wouldn't refund anything else, dude straight scammed me for 700 dollars. Btw I fixed the carbs myself in a matter of days, and I had never touched a carb before this. This guy is a joke, doesn't care about the work he does or his guys do, and doesn't deserve your money or your business, take your bike somewhere else and save yourself the headache I went through.

Awesome shop! The Techs alaways help me out when I’m in a bind. Long Beach BMW was going to charge me $3,000 just for a general service on my R9T and my friends at Long Beach Motorcycle helped me out for a WAY BETTER PRICE! I mean like 2/3’s better. Excellent shop.

My bike sat for a while and needed the carburetor rebuilt. They did a great job getting it up and running again with that and a tune up. A week later it needed a slight adjustment and a quick repair and they took care of it. They were speedy and communicated well. Prices were fair. 10/10 will still bring bikes here.

Great service for a great price. First time I went here didn't know anyone and they gave me better rates and were more honest than my mechanic at the time and have taken care of me since. Thank you Jacob and crew I will be back soon.

I'm not sure how my post got removed. Know this. On the real. They switched my back rim when installing rear on my bike. When I told Israel who was manager at the time. He replied how would I even know that? Well I polished and knew ever inch and space and line on the bike. When I should've said why the hell wouldn't I know. Israel if he is still manager is a scandalous man. Don't turn on him. Or leave your bike with him. Oh and the little rubbers in back rim. They throw those away. Cause you don't need um. If I didn't need um why the hell are they in it. This is why it clunks when you down shift, stupidity can't be around something that can kill you. That's my opinion. Welcome yours. Beware of this place. They know they did I watched it happen. They thought I was having a drink in the bar across the street. If you are going to screw someone. You should make sure there not watching you.

Used to really love this place but the management changed and they got flakey as hell. Don't tell me you can pick up the bike at a certain time and leave me waiting around for hours with the promise that they are arriving shortly. Just tell me the truth and don't waste my time. Also they stole my key fob, as if I wouldn't notice it missing when I got my key back. Such a petty theft and why? Moved away and haven't been back since.

Definitely my shop to go to , very professional.they fix me every time.Crashed my bike the night before taking my cone test at the dmv. They not only fixed my Ride but put rear mirrors on for me . Thanks to god and good people like them I passed. Just wanna say thank you guys.you guys are Awesome!

This shop has great prices, the service provided was done properly and timely customer service was excellent and everyone was knowledgeable and easygoing. I’ll be taking my Ktm690 and exc 500 to them for a full service in the coming weeks

Came to this shop a few weeks back to get my tire replaced, they even dropped me off to my bike after replacing the tire. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Thank you for your services

I needed a new tire on my Honda. I was told it would take 2 hours, I come in after waiting for over 2.5 hours with no calls, and I'm told my bike had been ready for a while, despite hearing nothing from the shop. I left and returned after about 20 minutes because of the severe wobble in my brand new front tire, and learned it was not properly mounted along my rim. However, they were polite and fixed the mistake after only a few minutes. Little did I know that the tube was already damaged from being put in incorrectly, so I had to come back the next week anyways. I'd probably come back if necessary, but keep in mind you'll have to keep an eye on them because they can be hit or miss with customer communication, and double-check everything is set right before leaving.

Israel and Alex just amazing people. They really care about their customers and they so proud what the do!? Their services are fast and easy, without any headaches. They took really good care of me and my bike! I definitely recommending this shop to everyone. Thank you Alex and Israel for amazing repair experience!

Brought my Honda Shadow in for repair after it sat too long. They were able to get the bike up and running and more importantly stood by their work when the bike was acting up a few months later. Have brought the bike back for scheduled maintenance in subsequent visits and the shop did great work. Will be a returning customer, highly recommend. Thanks!

In regards to a 2000 Honda CBR 929RR complete custom. I took my motorcycle into the shop and it ended up sitting in a corner for over 2 months without any repairs, I bought all new part and let the owner know they could customize the bike I attempted to contact M&C motorcycle shop multiple times over 2 months without any response back in regards to the amount that I would possibly owe so that I can begin cutting a check for the customization at the time I had $3,000 set to the side with a complete rebuild to cover both mechanically as well as cosmetic restoration After 2 months I went into the shop and I see my motorcycle was just tucked into a corner I asked the mechanic Israel what was going on with my motorcycle He pretty much said that he didn't think that it would be worth it to restore the motorcycle and that there was a major electrical problem and just for the electrical problem alone will cost me $1,500. I Ask for my motorcycle back his assistant dropped off my motorcycle the next day and left it on the street without even notifying me, on street sweeper day with the keys in the ignition. The driver was outside talking to my next door neighbor like they were best friends and my motorcycle just left in the street. Once I got my motorcycle into my garage I looked at the fuses and there was a fuse that was blown I replaced it and the motorcycle started right up after two months later and I saved $1,500. I used to take my motorcycles there I'm not really sure what's going on over there now. I wish them/you the best of luck.

Really fast and courteous service! Israel is the man! I do wrench on my own bikes but tire changes, this is my go-to place! Fast, courteous service with very reasonable prices! Israel is very cool and accommodating. A+ all around!

These guys are honest up front and get it done. Got stranded in long beach with a flat on the freeway and they were the only shop open. Within an hour they picked up my bike 3 miles away and had it fixed before I needed to go to work. I will go out of my way to support these guys.

One of the most hardworking shops in LBC. Talk to Israel the front office manager, he tells it how it is and always figures out a way to get the job done. It was a pleasure working with them! I would only recommend that you're patient with them, they're on track with multiple requests and it's not like they're not busy. Prepare your questions in advance and Google if you're new. If you're a seasoned rider, they'll deliver on your order.

Great shop. Excellent prices the young man who owns it has always taken care of my tires. I even got there late one day at like 5;50 PM and i really needed my tire mounted and balanced he stayed over and got it done. I'm a customer for life. Anyone who puts their customer's before themselves is going to be a success. Keep up the outstanding job.
