Adam and his staff are outstanding! So appreciative of their professionalism, courtesy and thorough service. We were given our quote upon bringing the car in and we were contacted regarding a recommendation which we gave our approval. There were a couple of things we thought might need to be dealt with, but we were assured that those things did not need to be done at this time. I appreciated the honesty and follow ups we received during the day. I would highly recommend this business!

ACA in my opinion are not completely honest with the work to be done. They will tell you what they think is the problem and tell you they can start there with the unnecessary work, which was over priced at over 5000. Also, They never put this suggested work down in the report. Makes you wonder about their honesty and integrity. ? So I paid the 190 for partial diagnosis and towed my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion. The other repair shop had my engine work quote at 1700 in total. .. If you want to save money, Please, get a second quote!

We have been coming to ACA for many years. They have repaired and serviced several of our vehicles and always do an excellent job, regardless of the complexity of the issue. Their overnight drop off system is incredibly convenient and helpful. They never try to upsell us on unnecessary repairs, and are honest about the issues with and status of each vehicle. Jeff Lyons in particular is extremely courteous and keeps us updated regularly about progress. Gil is also very courteous and helpful. Great staff and great service!

We always go to ACA for our cars. Just had my smog check done and had great service. They are friendly, quick and offer a coupon.

I picked this shop randomly after having a poor customer service at a dealership. ACA has great customer service. And the repair was great as well. My car is running so smooth now. They also kept in touch with me through the process. I highly recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you so much!

I have a good customer service with your service advisor jeff. He is so patient on talking about details on your car hes very accomodating answering all of your questions. They made a great job on my Mini cooper 2016 changing both lef and right engine mounts and change my front casing cover underneath and for my 2017 honda accord sport they made a great job changing my serpentine belt and tensioner. So far is a great a experience with them.

I brought my car to ACA Auto for an alignment, tire balancing, oil change, and cabin air filter replacement. Even though they were really busy when I arrived, they got everything done in a surprisingly short amount of time. The service was efficient and professional. They didn't rush through the work despite having a full schedule, and everything was done right. I appreciated that they kept me updated on the progress and got me back on the road quickly. I'd definitely recommend ACA Auto if you need reliable service without the long wait times. They clearly know how to manage their workflow even when they're packed.

Wow! This place is great! Sadly here in California you still need to get a smog check for a hybrid (weird), but with that being the only frustration. I can say without a doubt happy to find ACA Automotive! Not only was the price correct but the staff relays information and there is ZERO he said she said. Everyone is on the same page! Everyone is friendly and doesn't make you feel stupid with basic questions only a mechanic will know. I WILL be coming back for whatever needs I have in the future. Cheers guys!

The only negative experience I had was related to their hours. Their shop hours showed they were open until 5:30 PM, and I arrived around 4:12 PM, but the gentleman informed me they don’t accept SMOG test requests after 4 PM. I just wish that policy were clearly stated on their website. Aside from that, it’s a great place for one-stop car repairs and maintenance.

I have taken my truck and car to ACA For many years and they have always been a great place to get your car smoged and serviced. They are very efficient.

I took my Toyota Sienna to ACA Auto for some needed work, and they were excellent to work with. The dealership often suggests extra services, so I came here for a second opinion. Sal treated me with kindness and respect and was very clear about what my car actually needed. He helped me make good decisions and had the vehicle ready in a timely way. ACA has been consistently honest and dependable, and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for solid work and straightforward guidance. They are the best in the area.

I needed to urgently have the air intake hose replaced to have my car pass the SMOG check. I called and was able to bring in my car the same day to have the hose replaced and was able to pick up my car the same day considering how busy they were. The cost was very appropriate for the service. Their customer service is excellent. I’ll be returning in the future for services. Highly recommend.

They got me in and out quickly, with friendly staff, great customer service, and a clean, comfortable waiting area. I’ll definitely be back for more work on my car. If you value efficiency and excellent service, this is the place to go!

I took my car here for a regular check up and oil change, as well as a tire check because my light came on for low pressure. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up, and other than needed new air filters, nothing else was mentioned. When I was leaving work, my tire pressure light came back on so I did a walk around and found there was a screw in my outside sidewall that they did not catch. I ended up taking it to a place closer to my house and they let me know on top of the screw, my treads were low (in the report I got, they all passed. Not even need to change soon. PASSED.) They ended up doing a full inspection and found that my back break pads were metal on metal, yet no mention of that from ACA either. I would not recommend this place.

Was referred here by AAA for a smog check, and thank goodness. It was the best referral, their team had me in and out very quickly. Friendly staff with excellent customer service, and a clean waiting area! I will be back to get more work done on my car. Go here if you like efficiency and good customer service.

I bought expensive wiper blades here with a lifetime warranty, they installed them on the spot and told me to come back for free replacements when needed. When they wore out and I brought the truck in they couldn't find the record of the original sale and refused to do the replacement. Overall I've had on ok experience, aside from some delays on another job, but I think they're just too busy and some stuff slips through the cracks. I go to a smaller shop now, they know me by name, keep great records, and I'm treated like family, not just another wallet.

Hello, I came here for a smog check to my vehicle for the first time, in short I just can say that I was kindly greet and redirect to the righr person who will helped me with my needs. Everyone there were professional and knowledgeable. I was very appreciative for the work they have done. And the way they explain me for an extra detail appears. I will recommend ACA ?.

I gave up on the dealership attempts to identify the clunking sounds, kicks/cracks during slow acceleration. Spent a lot of time and money changing different parts. The ACA guys almost failed at first by trying to diagnose while ignoring the test drive symptoms (same failure as at the dealership). The test drive was done by one mechanic with me, but it was a different guy who was trying to diagnose. At first, they said it was just a poorly secured fire extinguisher in the trunk (which was BS, and I was quite disappointed). But after a second test drive with me, they diagnosed it right quite fast. The issue was eliminated by simply changing the transmission and rear differential fluids. I wanted to lower the rating a bit for that first fail, but the outcome was worth 5 stars.

ACA Automotive is a great auto repair shop. I always get treated with great respect and everyone employed there is extremely friendly and personable. They tend to your needs as soon as you walk in, and if there are people ahead of you, the counter guys will still greet you. A lot of places don't do that. I went in for my 2nd oil change at ACA. They always do great work. I've also had my A/C worked on and they did a fantastic job. I only wish it didn't take so long for an oil change, but..... I will still always take my car there for repairs. Also, the waiting area is very clean and so is the restroom!

These guys are SUPER! My car said my tire was low on air. I happened to stop in on the spur of the moment, and Vic at the front added air on the low tire and checked my air on the other tires in less than 10 mins., talk about service!! Highly recommend them- we have had our cars serviced here and they have always been very professional and great.

I had a very disappointing experience with ACA Automotive. They first gave me a quote of $1,200 for repairs. When I declined, they called me back and said “customers never deny” and suddenly dropped the estimate to $850, which already felt shady and unprofessional. During the process, they broke my valve cover and then told me they were not responsible for it. Their excuse was that the customer is responsible for their own vehicle, even if the damage happened while in their care. That is unacceptable. This shop takes advantage of situations and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead of being upfront and accountable, they push blame back onto the customer. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of taking their car here. If you value honesty, professionalism, and accountability, I would recommend finding another shop.

I needed a smog check completed. After a quick check of places I might use, ACA appeared to be the best price and most convenient. When I arrived I was informed about a discount I was eligible for and was told they could help me shortly. The wait was less than I expected and my positive results had already been sent to the DMV! I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

My 1974 Chevy C-10 wouldn't start & I had it towed to ACA Automotive!!! Normally they don't work on older vehicles but Adam was very gracious in letting me have it evaluated at ACA!!! He kept me appraised at all times about costs & repairs necessary!!! They diagnosed my problem as being with my carburetor/choke!!! I was able to drive it home!!! I'm still debating whether to just get a new carburetor or have this one rebuilt??? But thank you to Adam & his team for their excellent customer service!!!

I’m in the process of moving from IE to LB. My Camaro has had all of its maintenance and repairs done a the same IE shop for years. I was apprehensive about finding a new car place in my new community. AAA recommend ACA and other local shops. Dave had me at “hello”. From his welcoming phone greeting to spouting ACA accolades. I felt my car would be in good hands. Vic and the other team members were friendly frank and professional. And I got my car back alive and working. ?
