Diana helped me with looking at a couple of different cars for purchase and she was a delight to work with. Very helpful, genuine, provided information on the car and quickly looked up any extra details I needed to know. Since it's enterprise there were several varieties of cars to choose from so Diana helped recommend alternatives to suit my needs. While car shopping doesn't happen so often, when it happens again in the future I'd be happy to work with Diana again!

Gave me the best price for the car I wanted and had very few add ons and fees compared to the dealerships I already looked at. I didn’t have to haggle to get the price I wanted and it was easy for me to call and get an estimated final number from a representative. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. Also big thanks to Ellie who made the process easy and fast for me with no confusing jargon or hidden amounts. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back.

Sadly a negative experience. The people were great, but the vehicle was not. 8 months after purchase, the transmission went bad. Luckily it was under the Hundai 60,000 mile warranty, but the dealship made it clear that the transmission didn't suddenly go bad, but was clearly on the way out for some time. When calling the Enterprise Car Sales office, explaining the situation and asking if I could get any kind of discount on a temporary rental, since the vehicle was no longer drivable, the manager said he could not recommend that. I understand that they were under no obligation to me, but hoped that they would stand behind their product a bit more. This was not the case and has left a bad taste in my mouth with Enterprise Car Sales.

Great experience all around. After needing to find a car after an accident totaled our last car, I would recommend this place to anyone. From 1st initial phone call with Gus to the car buying experience with Art. Great group of people to help you out and they never once made my mom and I feel pressured in buying something that might have been out of our price range.

I am impressed with how wonderful the sales team and manager are here at this location. It was my first experience really purchasing a car, went in got approved, tried out a beautiful car (they are well maintained cars). Ultimately I went with something else, but I had a such a great experience, I would consider again in the future. I have recommended this location and specifically Lisa (the sales consultant) to my family and friends. Lisa is awesome, made me feel comfortable and was very understanding.

They sold me a car with frame damage that was not listed on the Carfax. When I called and asked why was the damage not listed Megan was very rude about it and said maybe a car crashed into. I explained this would be impossible without the side panel being destroyed. The damage was already there. Every car here has transmission problems early on. Around 70,000 you have to take your car in for repairs that wont show up on OBD test, mine is currently in the shop covered by warranty because the mechanic visually could see a transmission bearing loose. Be careful with this place. It was hard to notice at first Lisa sold me the car.

I purchased my 2021 Kia Forte on April 10, 2024 and have been very happy with my purchase. When I thought I didn’t have much hope to purchase a replacement vehicle after my car was totaled in January, the salesperson Arturo Raudales was caring and understanding of my situation, going above and beyond to make my purchase as seamless and easy as possible. The entire team was amazing. I’ve never experienced a vehicle purchase as smoothly as this one. I would highly recommend going to Enterprise Pasadena on Colorado Blvd if you are in need of a new vehicle. We had a great experience buying a used car with Enterprise. They helped bring in the car we wanted to test drive quickly, patiently walked us through our financing options and David, our salesman, even stayed late to make sure we completed the process and got to drive our car home that night. Lior was also helpful in explaining a few details to us. David was fantastic. Would highly recommend shopping with them!

This the second time we brought a car from Enterprise Car Sales the first car we brought was a Dodge Carvan for my mom. My wife and I were looking to buy a nice car for a good price and then we decided go to Enterprise Car Sales to get a good deal on a car or what vehicle I like.. First we made a appointment what day we can come and then met the sale person. The sale person named Gus who greet us and talk what vehicles I like to get he show us couple vehicles but recommend us a 2020 Nissan Rogue a very nice SUV I really like it including my wife. We test drive thev drive was very smooth then my wife and I decided to get it. When went to the Enterprise and told Gus we like it. We did Paper works then we got it we were very happy.

Don't go here... I just had a horrible experience with them... I went in on Saturday looking for a truck a guy named Diego helped us and was very nice and helpful. We didn't do business that day cause they didn't have enough inventory and we couldn't find what we were looking for. I understand that if you do sales you have to follow up with your leads to try to get their business... but today I got a phone call from Brian (the original person that was supposed to help us) and he was just rude.. he asked if we got a car, and my answer was yes, because we did, he then started to ask more questions about the car including the price and name of the dealership... wich I didn't want to disclose, and at that point I did not want to continue with the phone call cause he sounded pushy and desperate to make a sale. When I said I didn't want to tell him the price he straight forward told me I was lying... and I'm like ??? Excuse me... you are being very rude... but he didn't stop there... he then told me he was going to put in their system that I was still looking for a car.. when I stated we already bought it. This is not customer service, this is not sales.. talking to a person like that... thats how you loose business... from the first moment I said I didn't want to give him the info he should've stopped... and that's it. I'm leaving a picture of the beautiful truck I got last night with my husband at a dealership where they treated us really nice and gave us a good price.
