I had a great experience getting my 2018 M550I fixed here. The work was done quickly, professionally, and with a lot of attention to detail. Everything came out super smooth with no issues at all. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I cannot recommend Bimmer PhD enough. I previously took my car to the dealer, but after my experience here, I will only be working with Bimmer PhD going forward. The customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely top-notch. What really set them apart was the thorough inspection report provided. It included detailed photos of everything they found, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jesse took the time to go over the entire report with me, helping me prioritize the most urgent repairs according to my current budget rather than just trying to upsell me. It is rare to find that level of transparency and care in the auto industry. If you want a shop that is professional, honest, and high-quality, this is it!

I give my highest recommendation for Bimmer PhD! I reached out to them when the BMW dealership was trying to charge me over $1200 for a service that I suspected was off. I called for an estimate from Bimmer PhD and Jesse explained what the job was, what they needed to do, etc. He was professional with his factual explanation and it gave me the facts I needed to fight the charge with the dealership and it worked. The dealership ended up doing that part of the service free of charge. I promised I would go to Bummer PhD next so I kept my promise when we needed to take the car in recently. Jesse was incredibly helpful again. They found and fixed the issue but the true value, in my opinion, was their customer service. Jesse communicated that the warranty company declined a service. When I questioned the details, Jesse contacted the warranty company again to obtain more details, including what part of the warranty their argument fell under, etc. I am now in the process of fighting the warranty denial. I truly appreciate them looking out for me as a customer. Bimmer PhD goes above and beyond maintaining the car. They offer ethical, honest, transparent service. Bimmer PhD went above and beyond fixing my 2009 BMW E90 M3. One morning, the car didn’t start and Bimmer PhD fit me into their schedule to get my car running again quickly. The service was amazing and their prices are very fair. I communicated with Kevin, who was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. The communication was exceptional. I always knew what was going on with the car and the estimated time for completion. I was a first time customer of Bimmer PhD and will definitely be going back in the future.

Amazing service! They defy all stereotypes about mechanics and service centers. They were kind, fair, knowledgeable, and honest. I had an urgent issue with my car and they kindly took me close to closing. They not only provided me with an efficient service but also took the time to educate me about my car’s function and it was all done with a smile. I highly recommend this place. They are trying to do right by customers, not get over and make money.

Following my past posts, this time around I had my X5d delivered on a flatbed because it was losing coolant. This was outside of business hours with onsite parking for my car and an easy way to leave a key and the reason for my visit. The diagnosis and cost estimate was delivered to me the next business morning, along with a recommendation for other services in the same (labor) area. While it added to the total bill, I saved some of the same labor charges to perform the recommended service at a later date. Two weeks post service I am very happy with how the car runs; more smoothly at highway speeds.

The best family owned BMW auto repair in Pasadena. My 2007 X3 has been serviced there for over 13 years. Consistently great service, and workmanship. They are thorough and knowledgeable. They have loaners available should you need one. They even provide a ride home since I live close. Shout out to Kevin, the service consultant for his professionalism, and expertise on BMWs and standard of care with my 2007 X3, which they keep it humming. Highly recommend this BMW auto repair.

My 750i had an electrical issue that the people at Pacific BMW in Glendale couldn’t solve. Tim figured it out. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the BMW. I was having a lot of trouble setting the drive cycle on my car after I replaced the battery. I took it in to Bimmer PHD and they were able to set it within two drives. They also sent a cool video with the guy that worked on my car explaining everything that he reviewed and did. Very nice customer touch!
