Tow Me Ed is simply a cut above the rest. He was friendly, relatable, and he made a seemingly stressful moment (your car dying in a regular parking lot) a lot more palatable. Ed is reasonable with pricing and is also helpful in payment methods (I gave him my credit card over the phone, and he was able to come over quickly after it went through). First thing that he tried was recharging the battery to see if I could be on my way already. When that didn't work, he got to work, we were able to tow my car and take it to my mechanic, all while having a cool conversation (Ed has had an interesting life). Excellent customer service and top-tier value.

This guy was fantastic. My Maserati took a dump on the side of the five freeway and Ed came out very professionally and quick. Took care of my car and hold it to the dealer.

my experience was top notch , befor the the driver arrived he called and gave me an eta, and when he arrived to find the car locked and no keys, he found a solution and did not complain,or make me feel bad, he went the extra mile ,what a breat of fresh air....highly recommend

Great service! They were dispatched from my insurance after the first tow truck company flaked out on me when I was stranded; they went out of their way to rescue my car from Highway 2 and dropped it off without any complaint or delay, great experience all-around!

These guys pulled off an amazing tow! A completely immobilized EV (no neutral) inside garage with almost no room for tow vehicle to maneuver. Ed saw the pictures and didn't think he could do it. Service center couldn't send tech and we were stumped. However, Ed actually called us back with a solution. He could've simply moved on to another easier job, but no, he actually took the time to think of a solution and called us back. After much work on their part, he got it DONE! Simply amazing service and work by these guys. Can't thank you enough, Ed!

Ed was amazing to work with! From the very first message he was friendly, professional, and super communicative. He worked around my schedule without any issue, kept me updated every step of the way, and even sent pictures once my truck was safely loaded and delivered. Ran out of gas and was stuck in 134 W/Orange Grove exit in Pasadena. I reached out to Ed and he was very professional and accomodating over the phone when I initially called to explain my situation. He immediately, dispatched and got to me within half hour. Once he arrived he worked quickly and efficiently to get all of the harness tied and connected to my car. As my car gears were stuck due to not being able to start ignition as with empty gas, he manually try and not only turn the steering wheel to navigate, but also use the bottom emergency latch to shift through the gears to get to neutral to hoist car up the flatbed. Mind you, this was all done in extremely hot 90 degrees plus weather just bearing down and getting it done, which I was appreciative of. Overall, I had a great experience being serviced by him and felt like I got great value for what I paid, which he was flexible, fair and competitive. I would highly recommend Ed to my friends/associates in the event a Tow service is needed.
