Customer service is 5⭐️ I had the pleasure of working with Darryl. He was extremely knowledgeable of the inventory and was honest and I appreciate that in a salesman. Darryl listened to my concerns as well as all the bells and whistles that I wanted in my vehicle. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and did not make the car buying experience difficult nor stressful.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Land Rover Pasadena. A friend referred me to the dealership but the salesman she referred was unavailable so I was helped by Nicolas. He was an excellent choice, extremely helpful & patient. It was by far the easiest car purchase I’ve done. I highly recommend Nicolas and Land Rover Pasadena.

Ruben, the sales manager, and Philippe, the dealership manager, were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. What was supposed to be an exciting experience was all but that. Our young salesman Nicholas was great, accommodating and professional, oh and respectful. That all ended when he handed us over to David for the finance portion. His stained coat and unpolished shoes were not the representation I expected from the “luxury” brand Land Rover. He was grossly arrogant and tried to insinuate that with 8k miles, 50% of the brake life was done, in a failed attempt to get us to purchase an extended warranty. During signing, he handed us a tablet with no explanation whatsoever, like we were at the self check at Wal Mart. I inquired about the staffing, in so that I could request someone who wanted to be there to help me, to learn he was all they had . $80K purchase with $10.00 service, so sad. This man has certainly forgotten he works in the “service” world, I’m hopeful someone at the corporate level can remind him.

Went in around the holidays genuinely excited to purchase a car, but the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the caliber it should have been. From the start, I was told one thing after another just to push a sale, only to have those promises walked back later. I felt lied to on multiple occasions. The lack of honesty was frustrating and unacceptable. They seemed willing to agree to anything in the moment to keep me interested, then conveniently retract it afterward. This felt incredibly misleading and left a very bad impression. I would not recommend dealing with a place that operates this way.

Was hoping service experience would improve since they were bought out; however, no such luck. First, it took 4 calls, over about an hour and a half, to get someone to answer the phone. Then, the next appointment available for my problems was 24 days away! Granted, this would be over both Christmas and New Year's, but 24 days?!? They did say they could do my brakes earlier, but who wants to come back and give up their car AGAIN? This dealership has always been hit or miss with service. This is my 6th Range Rover, and unfortunately, this is my closest dealership. Luckily, Puente Hills is totally available for my needs. This is not what one expects from a high-end car dealership. Please get your act together!

From my initial conversation with Terry H., to my meeting with him in-person, the entire car leasing process was exceptional. The transaction felt nothing like the traditional car buying/leasing process where you have to climb a mountain in order to squeeze out an ounce of truth; Terry H. was forthright and honest from the get-go. The transaction felt more like being in a luxury designer store where the representative is prepared and ready to cater to the preferences of the client (white glove service). Terry H.'s genuine care throughout the transaction was evident in his diligence, his professionalism, and his patience; it was a pleasure to do business with him. The other associates I interacted with (Zach and Carlos) had the same type of genuine care as Terry H. The best way I can sum up my experience with this dealership (specifically Terry H., Zach, and Carlos) is that they are serious about their business; they understand that their business is not transactional (just selling a car) but, rather, relational (serving their clientele).

I would give Land Rover PASADENA 100 stars if possible. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were warmly welcomed by David Boutwell (who turned out to be the General Manager of the store) He made sure we had the best experience purchasing our new Range Rover ! I will totally recommend it to all my friends and come back for my future cars ! Thank you !

This is by far the worst place to come and get a car. I called terry early morning prior to coming I told him I lived far and had to drive an hour and a half and if they worked with schools first and he told me they did so I drove for him to tell me they do not work with them after making the long drive. I also have a blind daughter which is a lot harder. After I spoke with the manager RUBEN who was so unprofessional didn’t even acknowledge the situation to make it better and was so quick to kick me out. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ARE SELFISH AND ONLY CARE ABOUT THEM SELFS.

MASSIVE thanks to the service department! 9:30am Monday morning, my "low coolant" warning came on ahead of a 2hr drive out to the CA desert. I drove in and without an appointment, under 15min later I was driving away with a fresh top-up. It's a very small gesture, but incredible customer service from the team that kept our road trip on-track. THANKS SO MUCH!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today (August 17, 2025). I visited to test drive the Defender and Range Rover Sport, but the older salesman who approached us gave off the impression that he had no interest in helping us. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving right away with a strange and unpleasant feeling that I never want to experience again.

Can I just say I am beyond satisfied with the customer service of this location?! The professionalism, the details & the communication that was instilled throughout the entire process of ordering my wife a car for expanding our family was unmatched. This past weekend. My wife and I rode out to Land Rover Pasedena on a hunch looking for a specific Firenze Red RR Sport. No inclination to buy but to test drive. Sam gave us a 5 star intro into the RR Sport owners club and we we so impressed we made a deal that day. I returned the next day to pick up the vehicle. I would also like to thank Dave (Sales Manager OohRah), Mike (Sales Manager) and Dave (Finance Manager) for all making the purchase and trade process seamless. Great team, great experience. I'll recommend them to anyone interested in a Range Rover buy.

Darryl and Marco from Pasadena Land Rover are truly the best. Darryl checked in with me, giving updates on the cars arrival from the port. When I arrived they literally gave me the red carpet treatment. They had the car perfectly clean, a fun song playing, they even went a step above when I had requested the rubber mat for my dogs, the had two stuffed animal dog toys for them which they love. Marco, Darryl, David in finance all came out, talked with me and made my purchase so personable even when all the prior communication was via email or text, with the final DocuSign. This says a lot since I specifically didn’t want to purchase the car from the local dealership in Newport and goes to show why taking the extra few miles to get the white glove treatment for not only me but they pups as well. I can’t say enough about the entire experience and expertise. They took the time to show me all the car features and texted a few days later following up how the car is and if I had any questions for them. You can buy a car anywhere in the world but if you want to feel as though you are a part of a family, go to Pasadena, it’ll be worth it.

Hands down the best experience I have had with any dealer. From the first handshake to the last, they were transparent honest and showed a lot of care for what my wants and needs were for a car. I ended up visiting a few different dealerships to find the right car and this one was many levels above the rest. While many dealers try and pinch you for money for this and that, these guys try and give you exactly what you are looking for. I will certainly be going back here for my next car. These guys are the dealership version of an honest mechanic. Be sure to ask for Yanni Arman and Mike as these were the points of contacts for the car I purchased from them. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I had an amazing experience with Arin at Land Rover Pasadena. It didn’t take long for him to call me after my inquiry on a used Range Rover Sport, he then proceeded to be available on text and had the car ready for me when I arrived. He was honest and frank, no salesman-personality (which I find to be exhausting most of the time). He helped me through the paperwork, insurance and generally was just a delight to work with. Since they hadn’t had the car for very long, it hadn’t been fixed up and there were some minor paint chipping they promised to fix when I had time to leave it there for a day. They also took my other car in trade in and since I didn’t have the paperwork ready for that car, they let me park it at their shop until I could get all that sorted. So overall just a very easy experience that made me feel very good and taken care of. I feel like I could call him if there was any issues and he’d help me to the best of his ability. I told him, as well as I’ll say here, but I will definitely look forward to working with him in the future and do recommend anyone to do the same. Great and easy experience.

Welcoming, no judging (walked in there like I came from the beach...shorts, baseball hat, t-shirt, sandals), efficient, professionalism is on point. With a trade-in, I was anticipating to be there for 4-5 hours. It was a quick transaction overall. Although, they did ask questions and docs that I've never been asked before from a dealership...EVER...a copy of this (SS card...really?), a copy of that...interesting. All these "docs" questioning would've made this a 3 star review. BUT, I'm giving it a 5 star review. The way I look (it was bad...trust) when I walked in there, I was treated with respect which I greatly appreciate. I would've given them my bloodwork =). Thank you!

Our purchase experience at Land Rover Pasadena was exceptional! From the first time we arrived to take a look at their cars on the showroom floor to the day of delivery, our expectations were exceeded. Perusing on the showroom floor was very casual and relaxing. Alex Boccuzzi, our sales representative, gave us all the time we needed and was always there to answer questions without any sales pressure. From then, all negotiations were done via email and text. And once all the terms were agreed upon, we set a delivery time and date to sign the paperwork. Alex was super responsive to emails, text and phone calls. He is a no-frills, honest representative at Land Rover Pasadena and we highly recommend him. When we arrived on the day of delivery, we were greeted by Alex and Marco, the general manager. They were already outside waiting for our arrival and gave us a very warm welcome. Alex made sure that we were well oriented with the car and was very patient answering all of my wife's questions. Marco made sure that we were comfortable and always checked in on us. Very friendly, very personable and very professional. All in all, it was the most pleasurable car buying experience we've ever had. If you're in the market for a Land Rover, pay Alex and the team at Pasadena a visit.

The experience of buying at Land Rover Pasadena was hands down exceptional. Andrew was fully committed from the beginning to the end, and continues to periodically follow-up to assist with user navigation questions. The finance/purchase process was seamless and handled virtually via an electronic docusign platform which was a huge time saver. This is my first Land Rover, I'm estatic over the car and the functionality. Historically I've purchased vehicles from BWM and GMC, and had never had an exceptional stellar experience. Again Land Rover hands down delivered beyond my expectations. Thank you for making the experience warm and welcoming.

Great staff. Ended up buying a second car.. that says something. Dealt with James, very easy to communicate with, and walked us through the whole car.If you have a choice of sales I would Highly recommend James. We are still texting him about stuff with the car and he follows up EVERY TIME with us They certainly make the process easy and friendly, I felt no pressure at all during the process. Buying a car is stressful...
