The engine cooling fan for my Evoque would not stop running. Pasadena Motor Cars was able to take my car right away on a Monday and diagnose the problem. They did everything possible to lessen the pain of an expensive repair and got me back in my car without too much delay. I have great confidence in their abilities.

They have worked on multiple vehicles for me , and they have truly exceeded my expectations . through their prompt professional service and master mechanics ! I have owned Land Rovers and Range Rovers for over 20 years and have been to dealers and private shops but it is great to know there is still an honest and expert shop to service these vehicles. I have an old 2000 Saturn SL1 that my parents had been having problems with since December of last year. He’s old but i absolutely love this car. I’ve taken this car to multiple spots to get checked only for no one to know how to fix it. After doing some research I found this store and they were amazing. The car hasn’t been giving us any problems anymore, running smoothly, and this will now be the place I always take my car for checkups. If you had any doubts on checking these guys out I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

My wife said to give 4 stars since she feels it’s almost impossible to be perfect (5 out of 5). It was her car that got serviced and detailed and she is very happy with the results! It basically looks and runs like new! They also performed a paint-less dent removal (PDR) on the passenger door. It turned out great! She didn't expect the total cost to be as high, but that was because she was thinking of only a car servicing before adding in the detailing and PDR. She really appreciated the full mechanical diagnostic report for her review and approval prior to beginning any work. Aaron and team are wonderful to work with! Very professional and excellent quality of work!

When Rusnak stopped servicing Jaguars I was worried I would have to drive to Van Nuys for service. Since I am out of warranty, I looked for an independent shop and found Pasadena Motor Cars. They are GREAT! You can see just from the quality of cars soon their lot that they are good at what they do, and my experience with them has backed that up. HIGHLY recommended.

In addition, they text me recommended changes in which i could approve or decline for them to work on while I was working which was so convenient! They also washed my car which I really appreciated!! 5+ star Customer Service & repairs. Found them by accident looking for Land Rover repair besides the dealer. I liked what I read on their website how they care about their customers small town business family owned. I work a hardware store that is family owned & 100% customer service-based so I felt comfortable calling them to get information about my car being serviced. Jake Sadie Aaron and Owen are simply amazing from start to finish, prices are reasonable & honest. Service repairs were done quickly and professionally. They even washed my car before my pickup. It was super clean. I even asked for more info for detailing my car. Guess What they do it all… diagnostics, repairs, keys, detailing, & body work! Definitely recommend Pasadena Motor Cars. Glad I found them can’t wait to get my car detailed. They work on all cars foreign and domestic.

This is probably THE best experience that I've had, not with just a luxury body/service shop, but any business. I took my I-PACE here for a minor, but very noticeable scrape on the lower bumper. After they looked the car over, which took all of a few minutes, I received a more than reasonable quote shortly thereafter. I was told that they could have the work done in a couple of days. A couple of days later, I had my Jaguar back looking as flawless as it did as when it came off the assembly line. They even touched up a small chip in the paint on another part of the car and detailed it without me asking. Pasadena Motor Cars' quality service, professionalism, efficiency, and cordiality are better than the dealership that I purchased the car from. Being reasonably priced was the cherry on top. They told me what the plan was and they went above and beyond what I expected. I'll be a returning customer.

There're quite a few British indie exotic shops you can go to in SoCal. I came here because it's closest to my house, and prices seem within reason. Mind you that you can probably find some other places cheaper but you might be sacrificing quality. of the small and big major work that these guys quoted me, i'd say it's "within reason". i am a strong believer in paying a reasonable price to get quality work done rather than having someone work on your car and feel short changed while doing it. But the main point is that one of the lead mechanics, Owen, seems to know the ins and outs of Aston Martins quite well. This is my second year servicing my Vantage with them. I even had a major clutch/flywheel job done here and Owen knew about all the particularities that's involved with the major work. For the Vantage, he knew about the mis-fire sequence, which needed to be re-programmed in after a clutch install, and he also knew how to properly cycle through the ASM fluid. These Astons are notorious for being particular on the details. So far i've had Clutch/Flywheel installed, Coolant flushed, Transaxle fluid changed, brake fluid changed, and the rest of the annual service items performed two years in a row now. They do allow you to bring your own fluids or parts if it's within OEM spec. Being a car guy myself, and used to work on my own car back in the day, i sometimes would buy my own parts and have the shop install them. It's also good to know that they don't scalp you on the parts. I bought the clutch/flywheel directly from the supplier VelocityAP in UK, but it also helps that Pasadena Motor was already an authorized VAP distributor as well. I also appreciated that they didn't charge me for unnecessary work. A few months back i had a little bump in the rear. Being OCD myself, i asked if they could take the rear bumper off to make sure that nothing behind the bumper cover was out of wack. They informed me on the price and work required to take off the cover and recommended that they would instead check from underneath the car. Good thing that everything looked fine and It saved me hundreds of dollars in return. They do seem to be more responsive through phone calls. so if you don't hear back through email within a few days, give them a call. Sades is usually quicker in response through phone calls and follow-ups. I will continue bringing my car here for as long as they keep up the good standard of work and continue to be competitive in price. They also service exotic Audi here too outside of the usual Jaguar/Land Rover/Aston Martin. I am actually thinking about picking up an R8 in the future so will for sure keep them in mind.
