I would 100% recommend this shop especially for a Honda owner. They’re Honda certified and also were very speedy on the repair time. Kenny was communicative and helpful in terms of updates on the repair and informing me of what the issues were exactly.

Kenny was great from start to end. Greeted me right off the bat when I got there, gave me prompt updates throughout the process, and made sure I’ve got everything I needed and all my questions answered when I picked up my car. The shop also takes your Enterprise rental and return it for you so you don’t have to worry about Uber-ing to their location.

I’ve used CARSTAR auto body and paint on 3 separate occasions to repair my like new Tesla when I’ve had fender benders. Each time my Tesla was brought back to looking brand new. Those who own Tesla’s know that body work is more complex and requires certain skills and tools. The customer service is always outstanding. Status updates was persistent and the work was done fast, efficient, and top quality. I would recommend there services to anyone needing body work, especially if you happen to drive a Tesla. They always do a great job.

I gave a four star because they only replaced one of my rear in pipes instead of both from my rear-end collision. The overall service and quality is superb as a first time customer. Will highly recommend to anyone! They washed my car too.

This is the fourth time I have taken my cars here to be repaired (unfortunately…). I have had a Mercedes GL, 2 Ram trucks, and a Range Rover repaired here. The various advisors were professional and they update the situation constantly. Very painless experience. Highly recommended place to get your car repair.

Super nice people they were very respectful. Very clean space. The guy who greeted me was very intelligent well groomed and gave me a nice firm handshake. I appreciate that he took his time to give me an estimate even though I ended up not using their services. Great pleasant experience overall even though I didn’t buy.

Even after reading the wonderful reviews online I was amazed at the quality of service at Carstar. They estimated an ETA of 3 weeks for may car and delivered it in 2. I had an estimate from another shop for $11,000 more and turnaround of 6-8 weeks. Josue handled my account and is a top notch customer service professional. Carstar is clearly focused on exceeding expectations and highly recommended.

THE BEST and certified TESLA repair. It is never a good experience getting into a car accident...especially when its not your fault! Carstar Douglas was so amazing start to finish. Once towed to Carstar, John K. communicated everything; drop off, preliminary damage estimate, updates weekly, email of estimates, and his initial date of completion was spot on! They even took my rental back to Enterprise when I picked up my car so I didn't have to!!! I have had to take multiple cars into auto body shops throughout the years and by far John and Carstar we hands down in a league of their own. Highly recommend!!!

Carstar Douglas was A progressive insurance contracted body shop. They did an excellent job repairing my car from an accident. Their communication was outstanding. Their timeliness was on point and super friendly from the moment I got there. The work looks great. My car looks brand new. Best of all they returned my car spotless. It was easy to deal with the car rental return as I just left it with them and Carstar Douglas managed their return with Enterprise. I highly recommend this place. Carstar helped me navigate the process of having my car collision repairs addressed. I was impressed by John and his updates with every step of the way, making feel reassured that I was in good hands. They also helped me, when my car was deemed a total loss, in helping me transferring all my belongings, including offering to drive my rental car to the car storage area, so I wouldn’t have to walk back and forth to fetch my belongings. The front desk was very courteous and professional, and made the process seamless in coordinating my pick up from Enterprise car rental. I recently had body work done here on my Genesis GV80 after hitting a coyote on the freeway. The whole process was painless. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. They coordinated directly with my insurance company. They provided me with very frequent texts as to the progress on my car. The results are very good. I would easily recommend this location.

A sheet of plywood hit our windshield on our Model X. CARSTAR Douglas was referred to us by our insurance company for being a certified Tesla repair center. From the beginning, John took his time to go thru the process and what he expected the timeline to be. John was very communicative and always very helpful. He and the team helped with a request I had with my headlights. I definitely appreciated them for that. The repair looks unnoticeable and was done earlier than expected. Which was great. Another nice surprise was the full detail they did on the interior! My kids left so much stuff in there and they cleaned it all up. I’m so glad we went to CARSTAR.

I have nothing but the best to write about for this bodyshop. John took care of me and my Juniper and it looks just brand new! The car itself was already a new car, considering it was a 2026 Model Y, but It was rear-ended on a rainy day, and had a lot of damage.
