Loved working with this company !!!!! Getting into an accident is so stressful and time consuming but with alliance auto body getting my car fixed was a piece of cake . They met with my timeline and budget . They are easy to communicate with and the staff is so friendly . Hopefully I don’t get into another accident but if I do i know alliance auto body is there to help .

I originally almost took my car to another shop but had a really bad experience, so I brought it here for body work after an accident. The difference was night and day. The staff was helpful, honest, and kept me in the loop throughout each process. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and the work was done quicker than expected. My car looks great and the whole experience was much smoother. I dropped off my car after hours but they had a very convenient lock box in their driveway which I was notified by the staff that they had went the extra mile to safely store my car at their facility same day.

I had a really great experience with this auto body shop. I brought my vehicle in for collision repairs through my insurance, and from the start the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made the entire claims process feel easy and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated along the way, and handled the repairs efficiently. It was clear they genuinely care about their customers, and I truly appreciated how smooth the whole experience was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.

Great experience from start to finish. They were fast, efficient, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything was handled in a very timely manner and the communication made it completely stress-free. The quality of work was excellent, highly recommend! Hard to find reliable people.

From the moment I contacted them on Yelp, they answered immediately even when closed. They told me contact them the next business day and talked to Jermaine who quickly assured us our car would be taken care of. But my concern was that our insurance would try to total our car. We needed the car fixed without being totaled and I was assured that the cost would come below and when the adjuster came, they did exactly what we were worried about. Jermaine made sure that we didn't get our car totaled and now it's back to normal. They even made sure to get us home after we dropped off the car and hooked us up with a great deal on a rental car.

I was new to Alliance when I took in my Toyota RAV4 but I was very happy with their work and their customer service. Not only did they do a great job on my body repair but they cleaned and detailed my car! They handled getting me a good deal on a rental car and working my the insurance company as well. It took them a little time to get the work done but it's because they did a great job.

Long overdue review here but better late than never!! 5 Stars for the entire crew over at Alliance. I’ve been going there for years now along with my family. They have an incredibly professional staff that takes care of everything and just makes the process so convenient. Last time I was there I just gave them my claim number from the insurance company, Mike arranged a tow truck and handled the entire claims process for me. A weeks later my car was ready for pick up and looked just like new. I highly recommend this body shop for anyone who’s looking for the right place.

The team at Alliance Auto performed a truly fantastic job on my Mercedes paint job restoring it to a condition that made it look brand new as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Have a I8 and the sun just destroyed the carbon fiber roof. Shopped around and only 2 places I felt could take care of it. One was in San Diego and the other was Alliance Auto Body. Took my car over to Alliance and true enough the roof was in bad shape. I was not sure they could repair it but they assured me it will look like new. Took a little longer than they said but they found a few other issues they repaired for free. I'm very happy with the results and a lifetime warranty is not bad also. Sorry that I don't have more pictures to post.

Big thanks once again to the team at Alliance Auto Body! Unfortunately, my brand new Mercedes-Benz EQS was rear-ended. Right after the accident, I called Mike, and he immediately arranged for a tow truck—no delays, just quick action. As expected, the insurance company tried to steer me toward one of their “preferred shops,” but I told them I only trust Alliance. I’ve had multiple great experiences here, as have my friends and family. Once I provided the claim number, the team handled everything—from dealing with the insurance to setting up my rental car. When the repairs were done, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Their work is always top-notch.

I hit the jackpot. I haven’t shopped for an auto shop in years, and got very lucky. Great customer service, & diligent on the spot checking, that the Camry part needed was available same day. Quick, beautiful installation, Enterprise rental free customer pick up and drop off arranged by the shop, and even washing my car all within 48 hours of bringing in my car was icing on the cake. Love these guys! My insurance company tried to take me to one of their “recommended” shops (where you feel like just a number) but I decided to find one myself and I’m glad I did. These guys handled everything for me all I had to do was drop off my car and provide a claim number. They even set up the rental car on my behalf! If I ever need to be back, which I hope not, I’m running here not walking.

I was in a pile-up accident recently which caused an huge mess with all the different insurance carriers. Alliance took the liberty of handling everything on my behalf. The team at Alliance was absolutely amazing and their repairs are just PERFECT! Better than new. Highly recommended!

Original post : Asked them to fix my hood and they said it’s a liability and refused to work on it. Did not offer me any options. Response from the owner Hi Antonio, To clarify, your vehicle’s hood was jammed shut due to collision-related damage. We did offer to provide you with a full repair estimate, but you declined and only requested that we open the hood. Unfortunately, due to the damage, forcing the hood open could compromise its ability to latch properly, which poses a serious safety risk if it were to open while driving. In accordance with Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) regulations, we cannot perform any work that may result in an unsafe condition or potential liability. This was clearly explained during your visit, and while we respect your decision to seek service elsewhere, our priority is always safety and compliance with state repair standards. Thank you, --------------------- I called the day before and mentioned the hood needs some dents to be fixed. They asked me to bring it by. I did. They refused work because they said it's a liability. I didn't refuse service. I asked for an estimate. Why else would I drive to the shop to get an estimate? I just needed an estimate, but ya'll made it super weird. By the way... the hood opens and closes just fine. I just needed the dents repaired. They looked at it for like 10 seconds and started talking about liability this and liability that. They seemed pretty worried so I left.

I can't say enough good things about Alliance Auto Body! After a valet parking service hit my car, I was stuck dealing with a terrible insurance company. Luckily, Michael stepped in and made the whole process so much easier—he helped me handle the claim and made sure I got the check without all the hassle. The repair work was absolutely flawless—my car looks brand new! Not only that, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the interior and even doing a little detailing. On top of that, they fixed part of the apron bracket at no extra charge—talk about top-tier service! This shop truly cares about their customers and their work speaks for itself. I am thankful for the staff at Alliance Auto body, especially Jermaine. He took care of my vehicle and was able to get things done quickly even when those evil car insurance adjusters try to bring me down. These guys are hands down the best experience when it comes to a body shop in Los Angeles and that says a lot, this is the 2nd time I bring my car to this place the first time they took care of a scratch on my car at a incredibly reasonable price extremely competitive , they finished the work and returned my car that same day! Today was no different I had a scratch in my trunk area and spoke to Germaine same as last time he took the car in and completed the work in record time! Amazing and I will be recommending these guys to all my family and friends .

The guys at Alliance are awesome. I urgently needed a new fender and a door fixed before a big move and these guys delivered big time in just days. Other shops told me minimum 2 weeks once they get to my car in the queue. Jermaine listened to what I wanted fixed and only quoted me for that work (took me 10 min for a quote); other shops took days to get back to me with a quote and tried to get me to do $10k in nonsense hody work when it only needed $2k at most. The guys in the shop went above and beyond and polished out all the other scratches on my car I didn’t even ask to be fixed and they did it without an additional charge. The price quoted was the price paid, none of this trying to milk you for more money after the fact. It’s too bad I’m moving away because I would only get my car fixed here in the future. These guys deserve 10 stars!

First of all: TOP QUALITY WORK, my car was in better condition than when I bought it after they finished their work! I had a terrible experience at another shop and as soon as I called Alliance they took care of everything, even making sure the car was properly picked up and that it was fairly evaluated by the insurance company. These guys are top-notch, definitely worth the trip to Pasadena!

I have to say this body shop is very professional, quick, and to the point when it comes to getting the job done and doing quality work. Got rear-ended and am so glad I took my car to Alliance Auto Body. All of my interactions with Raymond were super professional, and I never felt like I was out of the loop on how things were progressing. They went above and beyond to ensure that all of the rear components affected by the accident were repaired/replaced (including replacing exhaust and aligning suspension), and I don't think I would have gotten such a quality repair had I gone anywhere else. I plan to take my project car to them when I'm ready to start on bodywork, as I know Raymond and his team will treat my car as good as (or better than) I do.

Alliance Auto Body is the best! Long story short, my 2017 civc got deep scratches on the rear quarter panel and door. I took pictures and explained the situation to multiple shops around LA and Pasadena. Peter was the only one to give me all the options available and allow me to choose what I wanted. He didn't care that some options he offered would have made him substantially less money. He did an amazing repair job and couldn't be happier! Alliance will ALWAYS have my business.

Thought customer service was dead in America, until I came here. Not joking, not exaggerating; no one wants to be in a situation in which they need to visit an auto body shop, but after my experience with Alliance, I secretly hope I get into another fender bender so I have an excuse to visit them again. Literally the best customer service I have ever seen in my 35 years of life. Kept me posted with pics/texts the whole time, buffed out some minor dings unrelated to original damage, and a car wash. I'm singing their praises!
