I took my car in to get my heater fixed and the had it two week didn’t fix the problem. Took it to another places an he told me they’re didn’t even do most of the thing they told me they did an I sort a lot of money. Maybe jsut not good with heater but this is my experience be careful
Raoul is the man! Honest and straight forward when it comes to giving you a quote on work that needs to be done, and they generally get the work done for me at or below the original estimate. These guys are the only ones in town I trust besides myself to work on my modified GTI and I highly recommend them for either foreign or domestic car or truck repairs.

This is one of the best, most easiest mechanics I have been too, are car broke down on a road trip to San Diego and something needed to be replaced, he fixed the problem in under a hour. Such a nice guy, would 100% recommend the business.
If I could give this “business” a zero star rating I would. My vehicle sat there for a week and didn’t move out of its spot. Multiple people tried calling to get an update on the expense and an estimate of when the vehicle will be ready. No answers and no calls back. I finally went in and he told me it was going to cost a fortune for only 3 things I wanted done and he told me that the head gaskets and catalytic converter weren’t a priority to be fixed. It continued to sit there for 3 more weeks and then we got a call saying it is ready for pickup. Went in to pay for the services he “did” and was told that he hadn’t even started working on it. Not to mention it took him 2 weeks just to look at what was wrong and do a diagnostic, and when I went by there the first time the vehicle was sitting on the side street with the hood open and unlocked. Thank god I didn’t leave any valuables in there. This whole “business” has been a nightmare and I would stay away if I were you.
I brought in my truck as I stripped the front differential drain plug and just needed to get it broken free to finish changing out the fluid. He took it in the same day and did the job between appointments for a lower price than I expected. Will definitely come back if I end up needing repairs down the line.
The owner was really nice. Called the shop up and told him my problem. He told me to bring my truck in to the shop. And I would have it the next day. Called him the next day to see how it was going he said they was still working on it. Ask him what time they closed he said 5. But they was going to stay later and get the job done. He calles me about 622 pm the same day. Went up and picked up my truck. He was nice and friendly and if and when I need more work done I will be taking it back to him. And I will refer him to other people.
We were trapped in Susanville. On our way back to Oregon from Carson City, Nevada early Saturday morning, the check engine light went on in our Yaris. Susanville has no auto repair shops or even a Jiffy Lube open on the weekend. We were told by several gas stations that we'd need to wait till Monday. Then a sales clerk at an auto parts store called Raul for us at his home. He was busy, but said he'd meet us at his shop in about one hour.
Raul arrived and looked over the car. He didn't think the problem was serious. When I asked if he'd make the remaining 600 mile drive with his family in the car, he said he would. That was good enough for me. I also reminded him that I had his phone number and would call if the car broke down!
We paid him for his time, but he didn't ask for anything; just a handshake. We arrived home 2 hours later than expected, but without incident. Thank you Raul!
Took in a part to get swapped that didnt REALLY need swapped, so they didnt swap it and when i opened up the casing to show raul the owner what his "employee" had done he took the employees side. I have receipts for the upgraded brand parts i bought and the stock part was now pulled by a competent mechanic whom gave me the invoice explaining this is obviously what happened, and i will be filing a small court claim.
Angels exist. Raul and his team rescused us from the imminenant disaster that occurred to us as we past through Susanville. Our car broke down in the midst of the scorching sun and smoke from the fire. Just as we were losing all hope- Auto World saved us. Our alternator needed to be replaced and they gave us the service and smiles of a lifetime. Never will forget Susanville, AutoWorld, Raul (our hero.)
