When I went to back in I was waved off and told they could only take two cars at a time, so I started a line. Half an hour later the cars behind me were backed up to the road and the two cars there before me were still sorting through their items. Then a young man comes to my window and asks if my recyclables are sorted and caps removed, I told him I’ll have to sort them at the bins where he proceeds to tell me I’ll have to pull out of line until they’re sorted… That rule was not implemented for the people before me and incredibly disrespectful to tell me to leave my front space in a now very long line when it could have been dealt with during my long wait
I say thank you guys for opening up a recycling center here, I am grateful, after the last three, I really didn't think anybody would want to open one up in this ungrateful town of Susanville,but hey,if you're not going to be open on any day, because of weather or etc .. you should consider letting the people know on your web app.so we don't wind up loading and then unloading our vehicle back at home cause it says open today. Anyways," GOOD LUCK"
Went there when I lost my hand bag with all my cards, cash and DL. Desperately needed to pay for a prescription co-pay for my Husband Diabetes so I decided to grab my recycling and head over. Those people are an absolute God Sent.👍. I'm absolutely confident that they have attributed and assistant in a crunch to many other residents in our small town. I remember as a kid hearing the saying, reduce, reuse RECYCLE ♻️. It sure paid off for my situation 💯. Thank you so much for your service.
Great place people there are nice and quick. Yeah they were overloaded when they first opened after there was nothing for 8-9 months in the area and had some delays but now that the big rush is over they are as quick as is reasonable. Grateful they are operating and have regular hours. I hope they stick around for a long time.
