They do a horrible job at taking out the trash this is the 4th time that they have dumped the dumped the trash cans and left the trash in them and spilled it all over the road and in the ditches you need to fix your damn employees and make they do a better job

C S doesn't stand for" Customer Service "

This is the absolute worst trash service I have ever received! The supervisor is disgusting! In the city trash men actually work, not here they are lazy as hell. They spill trash everywhere and here's the kicker it's not your trash, it's your neighbors or whatever blows out of the dam trash truck, but the supervisor says "well I have instructed my men not to get out of the truck and pick up the trash." They don't even pick up the trash cans manually, no the truck does it for them! I am getting really tired of seeing all of the trash all over the neighborhood and having to clean it up! DO YOUR JOB! THATS WHAT WE ALL PAY FOR!! WE PAY FOR A SERVICE SO DO THAT SERVICE!!

The garbage men are great, the women in the office are entitled. Every other business in town picks up the phone.

They complain about where you put the cans after you put them where they say to put them.

We have been customers of C&S Waste Solutions since they started doing business in the Susanville area. We recently started a business and required additional services. The office staff, especially Wendy, was very helpful in finding an affordable solution to our waste management needs.

We have been doing a property clean up on our family homes because my father is terminally ill, so much more than we thought! Anything we needed, any questions we had or changes we made everyone was kind and on top of their duties. Could not have done this without all their help. The office staff is outstanding!

Now this is a local company that knows what customer service is. They went above and beyond to accommodate us during our move from in-town to out-of-town. The ladies in the office were very nice, very understanding and extremely helpful both verbally and by email.
