I had the need to go to the shop today due to a parking lot booboo. Wasn't sure what all would happen. They were super nice and able to fix it on the spot. Highly recommend this repair shop for any needs.

Very helpful and they towed my car just as soon as I arranged it. actually the receptionist arranged the time of pick up for me and spoke to our insurance for us and the mechanic shop where it was at. I was in a minor accident that left my rear driver's side quarter panel, rear driver's side wheel, and the bumper on the driver's side damaged and rendered the car undrivable. I needed to get my insurance claim started and find a place that could handle the repairs as soon as possible. I chose Lassen Autobody & Towing because of the number of positive reviews I had found online from multiple sources, and because they were a local business that offered towing and rental car service. I feel supremely confident that I made the correct choice and plan on using them again for future body work, not only because of the quality of their work but also because I feel they went above and beyond when it came to making me feel at ease with the whole process by staying in contact with status updates for me and having them plugged in with my insurance after I made contact with them. Once I reached out and explained my situation to the helpful office staff at Lassen Autobody & Towing they handled everything with my insurance company from their end and even set me up with a nice rental while they handled the repairs in a timely manner. I got the car back looking even better than before! Not only can you not tell that I was ever in an accident, but they fully detailed my car and, at my request, installed an STI style spoiler for me. The car looks awesome and the techs and office staff are the friendliest most helpful folks I've had the pleasure of entrusting my car with, so I am fully recommending this business for anyone that requires professional autobody work from people that obviously care about their customers and making them happy by exceeding their expectations. These folks are the best!

This is a wonderful family business. We were on the way home pulling our travel trailer with my family when the radiator cracked in our excursion. By the grace of God we had cell service as we were 10 miles out of Susanville heading towards Chester. Britany was so wonderful. Not only did she send out a truck to pull our vehicle and trailer back, she also brought herself in a large vehicle to take my myself and our children to a hotel we were able to book for the night in Susanville. Steve was our tow truck driver and he was also absolutely wonderful. Both are warm and caring individuals. These are people you want to call when you need help. Truly a great company with great people. My family and I broke down while passing through Susanville and they were very responsive between towing service and assistance with finding a great mechanic. Lassen Auto Body for the WIN! I am a AAA member, we called for roadside assistance and the AAA rep said that the local provide would be over an hour away. 25 minutes later we received a call from that provider and the lady said that her driver was still about an hour away. This was unacceptable as my crew was just off of the highway. We called AAA and asked if we could switch the call to the next provider. AAA said that I would need to cancel the original call and pay out of pocket for the new provider. I called Lassen Auto Body and without hesitation Britney and Justin sent over their truck to get my guys towed to safety! The driver was on site in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful. The team at Lassen Auto Body said that they would handle the billing with AAA and that we wouldn't have to come out of pocket for the tow. I will always call Lassen Auto Body 1st before I call any other tow service!

Got my windshield replaced here and had a very good experience. They were extremely professional and communicative with me and the work done was pf exceptional quality. The only reason I'm rating 4/5 is due to them only doing overnight windshield replacements. I heavily recommend this place to anyone that needs auto body work done.

They were helpful and informative during the entire process -- it couldn't have gone more smoothly for me. I was having my car repaired a long distance from home (I hit a deer while on vacation) and they went the extra mile -- even taking the car out for an extended second test drive -- to ensure that it was ready for the long drive home. I thought the car may need to go to the dealer for additional repairs, but Lassen Auto was able to do everything on site -- such a pleasant surprise. Everything seems to be running great.

I want to give a big shout out to Lassen Auto body. Their service was totally awesome and great. The work that I needed done was important for me to get done. I reached out to a few people that did not contact me back. I walked into Lassen Autobody and they set me up right there to get the work done. Shane and the whole staff had great customer service which is hard to find now days. They offered me a ride to pick up my truck. When I did pick it up the work they did turned out fabulously. My truck is my baby and they did a great job. If I need anything else I will definitely go to and recommend them. Thank You so much Lassen Auto Body for a great job it looks amazing.

I went there to get my windshield fixed and I moved 4hrs away but I already had an appointment from when I lived there. I told them the situation about me living very far so they gave me a time frame when I should drop off my car and told me it should only take about 2-3 hrs till I could get my car back. I got there at 10:30 am after waking up at 5 am and when I got there they told it would be ready in the morning! Not at all what they told me over the phone and I obviously couldn’t do that. The lady at the front tried to get the glass guy to see how soon he could do it and I guess he couldn’t do it until later and my car would have been ready at closing. Which I also wasn’t able to do because I had other things I had to get back to that day. I’m giving one star because that is just terrible communication with in their shop and not to mentioned I had to pay so much money on just gas alone to got all that way not to get my windshield fixed!

Husband hit a deer in his truck. Lassen Auto Body was quick to begin work on it and kept us informed every step of the way. Truck looked brand new when we got it back. Every one we talked to was friendly and returned my calls in a timely manner.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE DISHONEST !!! They replaced a control arm bar that was not damaged. Sent me pictures of a perfectly normal bar and then said the bar was almost bent in half. Blamed the age of the vehicle and Les Schwab for the change in tracking of front end. There are scratch marks on the steering bar from their technicians trying to twist it. The company they used for the alignment made the steering wheel sit at a 25 degree angle to the right!! I was forced back to Les Schwab for an adjustment sleeve and tie rod. While in the lobby, the tech from Lassen auto walked in and said to me "oh looky, there's a problem!" Ray was out of the office for almost 2 weeks and when I finally reached him, he was angry, rude, and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business to anyone!! They damaged my vehicle!!

Clean shop. Polite and friendly staff! They were very prompt to call and get my parts ordered after I filed my claim got me in and out very quickly. Told me to call them if I had any problems with anything

Stellar work found here!! I had brought my car here for carpet replacement and seat cover and cushion replacement and everything looks brand new again. There is definitely a reason as to why they get so booked up! My car was not only returned to me with excellent care and quality but also was detailed beautifully. I still have some repairs to go, but I know exactly where I will be going! Support Lassen Auto Body! Five stars way up!
