Sally is absolutely wonderful at what she does, especially considering she has only been in the office manager role for about three months. She explains late fees and their consequences clearly and patiently, and she does it with genuine understanding and compassion. Situations involving fines can often feel stressful, but Sally’s calm and welcoming communication style makes the entire interaction much easier.
She has excellent conversational skills and takes the time to make sure everything is understood without ever sounding judgmental. It’s clear that she truly cares about helping people rather than just doing her job.
I sincerely hope Sally gets the chance to read this review because it’s meant as a genuine thank-you for the kindness and professionalism she shows every day. People like her make a big difference. ?
I agree with many of the other reviews about Sally the office manager being great. She keeps this park clean and enforces the rules in a pretty understanding way. She has shared that she's been managing parks and communities for over 15 years and it's clear to me that she is good at her job. Rest of the community is nice, clean and feels safe.
First off Sally the manager is top notch, she is patient with you and helpful and understanding. The park is kept well cleaned and in order thanks to the maintenence team. I would recommend this park with 5 gold stars.
Just purchased and moved in, and Sally has been GREAT to work with. She always replies promptly, and with helpful information. She has made this move in so much easier than what it could've been.
I haven't been around here much, but so far - so good. I like it here, and Happy I chose this community!

The new property manager Sally has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely has alot on her plate and hopefully the owner will see her hard work and perseverance. Welcome to the community!
Lived here 10 years and love it!! Happy with new management in the office. Of course like in any other neighborhood you get some bad apples in the bunch but feel safe here and that means a lot.
The defining feature of management here is their non-existent communication. Expect endless calls with no response, a perpetually closed office, and a total disregard for maintenance.
You'll be held responsible for cleaning up a previous tenant's mess, yet they'll ignore serious issues—like a broken fence left for months—without a second thought. The lack of care is astounding.
New management. Nice place, nice people.. You get access for you and friends to a Pool, Hot Tub, have to pay for Gym access, a small park for kids which seems to be not too well taken care of. (Pool/HotTub are shocked once a week) Gym is small but has some ok equipment. Overall, it's pretty nice place to live.
If u pay your lot rent & ur mortgage on ur home, keep ur yards clean then there won’t be any problems. My husband & I have lived here for 10 years in July 2025 & we love it!!! Great staff & residents for the most part. Clean yards. Great rates on lot rent. Victoria the manager is doing a Phenomenal job. Rick & Fernando do a great job keeping up the maintenance in the park. We could use some security & a new rule in place for our residents that have multiple vehicles & needs to park a vehicle on the street should be allowed. We do pay for our streets.
My wife and I have lived here for about 4 years. It's a pretty quiet place. You may have children playing throughout the day but at night there are no loud parties or music. The community overall is very nice. We don't really take advantage of the amenities but If I did have one complaint its the size of the clubhouse it only fits 25. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 is because we own our own homes but they have a policy over the size of our dogs. I don't understand this policy since the size of a dog doesn't usually affect the property itself but the home which we own. They also just enter our backyard without notice. Many on here have complained about the parking but we have never run into this issue. I have friends come over all the time and they park in front of my house. The only thing I've been told is that they are not allowed to park there overnight. All in all I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking. The price of the lots are still reasonable compared to the parks that are around us.
Will try to tow your car when you’re just sitting in even tho you live there. 0/10 do not recommend living here. They close the pool and gym at whatever time they feel like.
It's decent for a mobile home park. It's well kept and clean, and with the exception for their policies about small dogs only fence height and silly sundry other things, they do have decent things like 10 mile an hour because there are a little children in here. But really offends me this is listed on maps as a hotel it is indeed a mobile home park or if you like a modular home park please update this information as it's offensive to those of us who live here I also forgot to say that I really do hate the fact about this place that they won't let friends or neighbors or family park alongside the houses anymore. For the amount of rent that we pay lot rent mind you because we own the actual houses, we should be allowed to have family over without having to have them Park sideways behind our cars because there's nowhere to park and nobody's allowed to park up front anymore where it used to be the visitors parking
Love this place. Great place to live nice, quiet. Management is a pleasure. As long as your straightforward and honest and follow the rules it's the best place to live. I feel safe living here. My neighbors are very sweet. Added bonus is the pool and hot tub. Only con is the lot rent goes up every year and you can't have a large dog. The biggest dog you can have is probably a shih tzu or Italian Greyhound. I had a Italian Greyhound they are bigger than a Chihuahua and weenie dog. And run REALLY FAST. you can have cats that are indoor outdoor but they must be in at night and must have a collar with your info. Water the first 10 gallons are included in rent and trash and sewer are included in lot rent. But homeowner is responsible for pest and weed control. We can't have hot tubs or trampolines anymore for our safety due to insurance purposes. So if someone got hurt they can't sue us. It's one less liability in the way. But there's a playground here and there's a splash pad a couple miles away and some great schools a mile to 2 miles away like the academy of math and science is one of the best schools in my opinion. It's very close to here. Many shopping stores and food places next to us to.
Quite all day, very clean properties, lots of kids playing outside after school hours in case you have your own children. (Children are very respectful , quiet, and calm) Very kind and responsible neighbors . Great sense of community. Would recommend to couples starting a new family.

Update: 6 months in... still comfortable and not much has changed from above. Area is hit or miss, but Polynesian Village has been solid
I like the mobile home community. The residents appear to be friendly and helpful. Peoria Polynesian Village is a great place to live. They do not accept dogs over 25 pounds.
The management and her team do a great job
.The homes in here for the most part are very well maintained. Like every place there is always that few that just don't care. So all I can say is I sure would not want to be on the wrong side of her.
Lovely community conveniently located near Loop 101 and Hwy 60 in Glendale. I showed a nice remodeled manufactured home here with a yard raised bed garden and kids play area. Nice and affordable clean and well kept environment.
i went there to see how it looks in person and i like the neatness, clean updated homes, a few old ones but nice, I'm considering to move there if i can find a really nice house, can someone who lives there tell me a few things i should know?
Living there it's quiet for most part. Love management kathy is the sweetest most caring park manger. Good neighbors. You get bad apples in any neighborhood so don't believe the horror stories lol. I like it here Been here 2+yrs so far.
I lived there myself, for 15 yr.s.Along w/ my 10 yr.old child who was raised there,up until our home was sold from underneath us,they refused to accept payment. To b- able 2- take our home. Management has also done this to slot of other people who have lived there b- fore. This is the widest place to live ,w/ slot of drug activity from multiple homes. In that way I am happy 2- b- out of there,altho my heart goes out 2- my child ,that home is all she new.
No regards to park manager who is even worest thenworest of all ,w/ magor preducees! I would not recommend this complex 2- any-1- !
I was here taking care of a customer's vehicle doing a repair on site the place is very clean all the cars seem to be updated and financed vehicles there's no trash or anything you're on the park it just seems like a flat-out well-run facility I don't know much about the place other than from what I saw but it's not a bad place (for a mobile home park).
This community is absolutely wonderful.. perfect for all ages. It's quiet and well kept up. Maintenance is consistent. I definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a place to call home this is a great place to go.
The management is really bad specially the front lady in the office , I have a friend that lives there and the security guys are always taking pictures and just looking inside your yard , I believe it's just overboard what they do and that front lady she really is a rude person I was considering living there but after I have witness how residents have no privacy and management is rude and accused you of everything . I wished the day I came to the office and heard her yell at a other person I was recording . next time I visit people there I will deftly will record everything on video on how they go on residents property
The Manager is a rude cat lady. I understand to a degree, having control, but towing vehicles, Threating to kick familys out for music. You need a chill pill lady, and your security guards on golf carts are a joke. It's all about control, and your out of it.
I think it is a great mobile home park, especially for the age and the lot rent ($425 as of writing this).
They seem to screen residents well, and we enjoy how peaceful it is here.
