We broke down 120 miles away from Phoenix and we’re in a real pinch. We gave Fast 5 a call and they were able to get us right await. We had a U-Haul tire stuck in hole and Ivan came out to us really fast and got us pulled out and on our way in less than 10 minutes would highly recommend! Ivan was great!!
Quick, nice and accommodating. I'm 7 months pregnant and was having a full melt down with the dispatcher and not once did he make me feel like I was a burden. Stayed on the phone with me until I could compose myself and got me towed within the hr and the gentleman who picked me up made me feel comfortable and safe. Definitely using them again...hopefully not too soon though 😇
