Tell the manager to fix the opening hours. Wasted my time. They don't open until 7:30a. O'Reilly is across the street and open though. Nothing is more frustrating than stupidity being the cause of your time being wasted.

What crappy customer service this location has. Rude over the phone, and not happy with answering questions in person as it seems some dread their jobs as individuals who are paid to help with you with your car or truck. Simply looking for pricing on certain parts and checking to see if they are in stock. You are better taking your business to the orileys across the street. Those guys were quick, professional, and we're more than happy to get us the help we needed.

Just stood there for 15 min. Out of the 3 people I seen working not one person acknowledged me and said they will be with me. I gave up and left. I dont mind waiting I know one guy was on the phone but when he went to talk to his coworker could of said something. Customer Service is lacking.

Carlos Rodriguez was amazing! Explained why my battery was draining, found my warranty on it, and replaced it free and fast. Love the Autozone at 83rd Ave and Union Hills!

Had to go in and get a new battery for one of my cars and everyone there was great! Dave and Jerry helped us out a ton getting the right battery. Big shout out to Spencer for even installing it for us!

Beware of "Queen Monique" if she might ever be wrong do not inform her, her head will explode and her shrill voice will fill the room. Uttering incomplete sentences, and applying illogic to every situation. I have had to deal with her ignorance and entitlement on other occasions, and chose to order online and avoid any contact. Purposefully, I went to another person at the register when I arrived . To find she had incorrectly pulled my order, and told me that was all I had to be pulled, I showed her the email and order with the proper quantity of cleaner, $5 dollars. Not worth it.

Had a battery replaced that was under warranty. There was a guy named Carlos who replaced the battery and was super friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

I have to give a big shout out to both Dave & Jesse at the Autozone on 83rd Avenue and Union Hills . These guys are simply amazing . I had a ton of questions and each of these guys shared their expertise , and opinions with me , Without rushing me , and without an attitude as if I was bothering them . So to both Dave & Jesse , Thank You Gentlemen , I truly appreciate your time , patience and help. 5 Stars Across the board for these two

After going to different autozones around the country, and trying to give them another chance as a former long time customer for years, they reminded me why I switched to O'Reilly and Advance Auto Parts, or even Rockauto.com. As if they didn't screw things up in the past, and sold me defective sensors, the witch at the counter had a bad attitude, and was eude to me, so I just said "ok, I'll take my money to O'Reilly," which I did, and was treated a lot better, and had what I needed. O'Reilly at another location, served me too, without waiting, while the autozone there was short staffed, and asked me to call later. I guess you know who got my business then, and about $500 worth of parts bought from.

We came in on Saturday 11/1 to get a new battery. Jerry helped install the battery. He was very slow, and my husband had to help him. When he was done installing the battery, he turned around, got his battery cart and said “FINALLY”. He did not even have the courtesy to say have a nice day or attempt to say anything. This is poor customer service.

Smokey was extremely helpful! Woke up in the morning with a dead battery and had to jump the car and drive to Autozone. Smokey quickly replaced the battery for me. Amazing customer service. Thank you!

Monique is an amazing employee, she took the time to help me out even when it was busy. This is the AutoZone to come to when you need parts. They know their stuff. I will definitely be coming to this location even though there are other AutoZones closer to me!

Carlos was helpful and even took the time to explain what he doing while changing the battery, to my 10 year old. He was very kind and I appreciate that. I took off a star because the manager who had checked my battery in the morning and said it must just be my car “because the machine says the battery is good”, was rude when I came back in, a couple hours later, to have it checked again because it died again as soon as I got home. Somehow it was reading “bad” hours later.

Had to come in to get a new battery. Called ahead and Carlos made sure they had what I needed and could change it for me. Alex p was very helpful up front when I came in and he and Carlos worked as a great team making sure everyone in the store was taken care of and knew when they’d be helped as it did get a bit busy inside. Will definitely be back to see Carlos and will only get my batteries from this autozone now!!

These gentlemen are great, came Saturday for my daughter vehicle and they replaced the battery definitely recommended Carlos and Jerry treat you with courtesy very professional of what they do. We drove into Peoria, AZ for a baseball tournament and our van died. We got the battery jumped and brought it to Autozone #2765. Carlos C warmly welcomed us and helped us immediately in getting our battery replace and back on the road. This store has a great staff and exceptional service. I came in to get my battery tested and found out it was dead. Its difficult and time consuming to get to my battery and change it, but despite that Jerry took the time in the 100 degree heat to get me set up with not only the correct battery for my vehicle, but also both removed and reinstalled my new one. His customer service was unmatched and I truly appreciate his help yesterday!! I even tried to tip him for his help and he refused which showed his good character. Life long customer as a result of his excellent service. Thank you again Jerry and sorry in advance when I come back to you again for a battery change :-)!!

Super slow service and no sense of urgency. Either pay them more or get a new manager. You did it! I'm changing my review from 2 stars to a 5! Outstanding service and Thomas Chance is a superb manager. I noticed him listen for a part number an employee was looking up for a customer. When the employee told the customer, "let me go see if it's in stock." Thomas quickly took off and said, "I'll check." Love the teamwork. I've seen previous managers go out of their way not to be helpful. Thomas is always helpful and seems to really care.
