Ive purchased 2 vehicles from here so far. The front office staff is beyond friendly & enjoy dealing with customers in a way that most auction places have forgotten; Integrity & transparency. Ada has been my goto and she makes the whole process from preview to invoicing.
Repeated relisting of identical items with bidding and no final sale raises concerns about bid integrity. Transparency in bidder identity and sale outcomes is essential to maintain trust in the auction process. Why are so many of the same vehicles listed in subsequent auctions? Makes me suspicious of self bidding to drive up prices.
I love buying cars with the auction yard they are very easy to use and always give me good information on the cars I've bought two cars from here and my mom has bought 3 and all of them have been great

My experience with this auction was excellent. The staff are professional and respectful. When I mistakenly placed a high bid on a car, they quickly responded and canceled it with clarity. They have a wide selection of cars at great prices. Highly recommended!
Absolute SCAM. They sold me truck that needed the whole engine replaced, pistons misfiring, and a catalytic converter that needed to be replaced. They purposefully DELETED THE ENGINE CODE so there was no engine light on when i went to see the car. The engine light turned on the next day. Do not buy from this business.
Don’t recommend, most of vehicles they own themself, I lost a bid but after while when I give another bid of another other car and I won. Then I received a email of the first car of the bid I lost saying “congratulations.” I only wanted to buy 1 car, but now I have 2. They are playing a game. I don’t have the money for two cars.
When I told all the situations that the lady charge $500 extra for the relisting fee.
When I saw the title, it is obviously owned by yard auction. Now my doubts are more strong they are playing a game. I bought one car for $6000 to trust their report. But after a day, 5 warning signs are on. I don’t recommend.
Twenty new 5 star reviews, employee's working overtime on the googlelators. Why are people buying these junkers at retail prices, Most of these vechicles can't be sold at your local car lot or dealer auction because they won't go 2 weeks without the check engine light coming on. At least they have pics of the pending codes, and yes a car can pass the emissions test pending codes. Pay wholesale, add if it's nice body/paint/interior your dream car, subtract if it needs tires, engine/trans work, cats. If you miss the sale, no problem, the car will be back sooner or later.
Don’t bid online!!! I thought I could trust the process since they have the history report and check in report…. However…. They lie! I recently bought a BMW that said it had minor cosmetics and no check engine or other lights… that wasn’t true. When I brought it to their attention when picking up the title the lady said “ it wasn’t on when checked in and must have come on afterward, they come on whenever they want to”. This is a place where many of the local buy here pay here dealers send stuff they can’t retail. They place fake bids to run prices up, which they CAN do as long as it is disclosed! You can see this if you look at vehicle history and they keep getting resold. Sadly, I just lost my money 5k plus on a car that was portrayed as having only minor cosmetic issues, yet has extreme blow by…needing thousands of dollars of repairs and in the meantime can’t even be registered due to check engine light on. GO SEE THE CARS IN PERSON DONT BUY ONLINE!!!
Honesty this one of the best car buying experiences I have had. They are up front about the condition of the cars. The documentation and photographs helped me buy two cars without previewing them (though that's an option). Upon winning my bids, the whole purchase process took less than 10 minutes. Krista was especially wonderful to work with. All future cars will come from this lot.
We purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old son for his first car, and they made everything so easy and seamless. My brother also got my nephews car from here. Exceptional service. And can't beat the prices , especially for a teenager with their first time car .
This place is super great to work with, and is very upfront about the condition of the cars. They also have a very wide selection with some really nice stuff!
I see a bunch of people complaining about the "admin fee". What I don't think these people realize is that the auction doesn't own these cars, the ONLY way this auction earns money is by charging a fee when a vehicle is sold through them (it's very small relative to other auctions btw). So if they didn't charge a buy fee/admin fee, they would go out of business and wouldn't be getting paid ?.
Also, the $300 deposit is RETURNED to you if you don't buy a car. If you do buy a car, it's applied towards the purchase price. The reason they do this is to help avoid scammers and people who don't actually want to buy a car.
My only complaint about the place - The free popcorn they give out on sale days needs a tad more salt ?.
