The lady named Jennifer,was so kind to let my friend get his part.We were coming from another store.We may have been a minute or right at 9:00.We were in the store.It was closing,and she took the time to get the part.So my friend can get his car back on the road tonight.She went the extra mile.Paying the 16 cents my friend was short.Much appreciated.

Disclaimer: this is a review about autzone itself, not necessarily this store specifically. Every, and I mean EVERY other part supplier in the area(parts authority, napa, orileys.) Will transfer inventory from location to location upon request. Ive had both the napa AND orileys up the street transfer parts from TUSCON, and didnt expect me to pay until I was in store. Autozone expects you to pay for the part prior to having it transfered rotfl. Not sure about yall, but the only way I pay for parts prior to looking at them is with a STEEP discount off the interwebs?. I only have cash as im working on a customers vehicle and dont have my wallet. Orikeys had zero issue with shipping it to the store and letting me pay cash. Orileys did what autozone couldnt/wouldnt yet again and comes out on top.

Bill J. Helped me get set up with my brakes and got me everything I needed. He was able to answer every question and told me all the things that I needed in order to replace the brakes myself. He made my experience amazing and I will definitely be returning because of Bill!

I was put on hold, I got tired of waiting so I headed to the store, I was still on hold and there was 3 people just standing there. They gave me a dumb answer that I called the corporate office. Haha nice try.

I went with my brother in law who is a Vietnam vet. He was thrilled that on top of a friendly and successful purchase, he was helped by a fellow vet! The store wasn't busy, so they chatted for a bit. I think it made my bro's day!

Dan took really good care of me when I had already been to 3 other autozone looking for a headlight bulb. He took extra care in advising me on which builds would work well with my car and for different weather conditions.

Waited in line for half an hour to buy a simple license plate bolt, then when it was my turn at the register, the cashier said to wait while he helped the next person in line! What the heck! Not going back there, apparently women are not important at this Autozone

Isaiah was hands down the greatest auto zone tech I’ve ever met. He was super down to earth , friendly , knowledgeable, & he helped me pick out the parts that were needed for my dodge charger. He also couldn’t install the part for me but he took Time to walk out and instruct me on how to change the part on my vehicle. We need more people like Isaiah that understands the needs of customers. He deserves a raise if you ask me?♂️

Long time customer. Wanted to come on here this time because I am real big on customer service. I just wanted to salute and give Bill (working around 8:30 pm tonight 8/13/24) He was very nice, calm ,helpful, and actually came to ME to see if he could help. Like it's supposed to be so. I just wanted to thank the older gentleman who helped me twice with my purchase. I didn't know what I needed, and he took the time to go look at my car to see exactly what I needed. That's what customer service is all about. Thank you for making sure I was ok. I appreciate it.

The young kid working there is one of the most retarded person to work at auto zone. I went in for a water pump and a serpentine belt. He looks up the belt on the computer and adds it to cart, but goes back and gives me a completely different belt than what he charged me for. Then when I go back to exchange it, they refused to exchange it because the belt part number does not match the part number on the receipt. That is because he added it through the computer instead of scanning the belt itself when ringing it up. Now not only do I still have the wrong belt, but I also lost 50 dollars for the wrong!! Seriously I would assume he would’ve been able to tell the difference between the part number on and the numbers that is on the actual belt itself

People ( Staff ) are very Polite. One Employee, Eric, very professional and Knowledgeable. Super helpful. 1 issue, need to hire some more help. Retail had 1 Employee and looked like, wholesale is in Back and only saw 1 Employee.

Ricky and Bill are awesome . They put my battery in and some oil. These two are great guys. They made me laugh. This will be the only autozone I will go to. They have really good customer service. Put my mind at ease. Thank you very much.

My car wouldn't start after getting my battery changed there and luckily my wife knew what to do but they had someone put in a battery who doesn't know anything about cars and when I went back the manager told me they still need to teach him. How do you hire anyone at a car shop who don't know nothing about cars. If anything were to happen I wouldn't definitely sued this shop

This is the best AutoZone I’ve been to. I was having battery issues, after buying a battery from them, but went back and they tested the battery, the battery was good and I was told it was my alternator. Bojan, who works there let me know of a shop that could do it and they gave me an amazing price, and he even called the place for me to get an estimate. I’ve never had an employee go above and beyond like that. Unlike Firestone, whose employee didn’t care at all and didn’t work with me (never go there). Thank you Bojan, you’re an awesome employee and I hope AutoZone recognizes this review because you did an AMAZING job helping my wife and I out, we very much appreciate the time you took to help us.

Employees here look disturbed/annoyed because of us paying customers wanting help. The cashier that help me was not happy she seemed annoyed because I didn’t not go to the correct checkout, how I’m I supposed to know, you where standing at what it looked like the register and she quickly said “this is it a register”.

I mean this and I don't say this flippantly, Shannon has the best personality I've ever met. She's kind, charismatic, and goes well beyond what other employees do to help her customers. I walked in to get my engine light code read and I was handed the reader by another employee who expected me to do it myself which is fine, but it doesn't compare to the effort Shannon took to help and walk me through what each code meant and what to do about it. I was genuinely surprised at what a cool person I was in the presence of and it kinda threw me off. Shannon if you're reading this, you're amazing and you deserve a raise.

This is by far the BEST & AMAZING customer service I've seen in a while. So my wife was having a bit of trouble getting our battery out to change it. Yes amazing prices too we got at this Auto Zone. So after having trouble, These men all came and help us out. I couldn't believe this. You need a Go-To Auto Zone.. THIS IS IT. So blessed and very proud of All you men at this Auto Zone. Even a Organized clean store on top of that. I love it. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE.

Still good service a year later. I can't think of the Lady's name that assisted with my battery and the co-worker who assisted her a few months back. But went in yesterday and Ignacio replaced my headlight bulb with graciousness and a smile on another busy Saturday. They have great workers who serve well and make you feel valued. From a year ago: Carlos diagnosed my check engine light swiftly. He printed the data, and the mechanic was able to fix the repair the same day...a Saturday at that! So appreciative of the attentiveness and service I received.

Store #2714 opens @ 7am. I get there early (6:52) no worries, I'll wait. It's now 7:08 when an employee shows up, unlocks the door and locks it behind him. Now 7:14am no sight of the employee, doors still locked. I called the District Mgr. listed on the sign to let him know I was standing out front of the store and the doors are locked. He said he would call them. It's 7:18 the employee finally unlocks the door. I grab what I needed (brake fluid, washer fluid) . Go up to the counter to check out, the employee is on the computer, still waiting a few and then the phone rings. Instead of even acknowledging that I was standing there he answered the phone, helped that customer "Let me go see if that's on the shelf." I'm waiting, he's back on the phone. I left the items on the counter and went a little further down the road to WalMart. Maybe if you're the only person working you should arrive early so your store can open on time and assist customers.
