I went in with a flat tire on a Sunday which gives Firestone Complete Auto Care already a step above with very few tire establishments open. I was very please with the repair and they even filled my donut and put everything nicely back together in my vehicle. I would highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Very friendly just told me what my car would need as a friendly reminder. And just not do the work. Other than that satisfaction was great.

I made an appointment for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The young man who did the alignment (I believe it was Collin) even helped me find where the wheel lock belonged because I had no idea. After the alignment I could really tell a difference in the handling of my car on the way home. I had gone to the dealer for a recall on my new vehicle and they said the reason my tires were wearing weird was because I needed an alignment. They wanted $169 but don't offer a lifetime alignment so I called Firestone to see if they do (we had purchased it on previous vehicles and found it paid for itself!) and yes they still do and it was only $209 lifetime. Way better than repaying every time I need an alignment!! I have used this location before and highly recommend them! I was in and out in less than 1 hour!

My son just brought his bike tires into the store and one guy walked by my son and wouldn’t say anything. He waited for another guy to get off the phone and the guy was so rude to him and told him, no go to Walmart! What crappy service and to treat a 12 year old this way. With that said, I would never ever bring my vehicle here after they treated my son like that.

A great place. Very clean waiting room and restrooms. Everything was done quickly — they changed my oil in just 30 minutes. The price was reasonable as well. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Thank you! Karam, Mike, Joe and Collyn. My 2012 Jeep battery was totally dead. Had to have it jumped at my home to get to the 83rd Ave & Deer Valley Rd. store. Once I got to the store at closing time ( 7:00pm), these gentlemen placed it inside a empty bay, for in the morning to be worked on. I recieved a call the next morning at 10:00am that my Jeep was completed. This store is amazing. EVERYONE is so professional and treat us as family. Hello, I have had good experiences with this location every time I went there for any kind of service. The whole staff is very pleasant and they are prompt! They use coupons to reduce my cost when I have no idea there was a coupon available. The unexpected discounts are always a pleasant surprise. Most recently, I went in there last week for a flat tire. I was in and out in 30 minutes which was much needed and impressive! Karam helped me that day and as always, he was very professional, respectful and attentive. Thank you

Stopped into the lobby, was greeted by a friendly team member Karam, who turned out to be service manager. Explained my concern he immediately responded out to our vehicle assesed the tires, inflated proper tire psi and out the door we were, no sales pitch pressure. But did offer their services at any time if needed. Very nice shop friendly service I recommend.

Karam did such an amazing help and even got me to get a credit card that really saved me some money and showed lots of compassion. Amazing

Change of battery under warranty was $66. Cheaper than a new battery! They got it in fast too, and got me serviced in under an hour. However giving them a review of 5-Stars was forced, meaning the gentleman literally walked to me from behind the counter and pushed 5-stars on my phone and told me to submit. That was a first, and soured the experience. He would have gotten 4-5 stars without hovering over me, dictating how to review the company. Try a little less hard on the reviews. Your service should speak for itself and will if you let it.

I was quoted $135 to align my truck. No lifetime warranty even discussed. Was told possible add charge for shims. How much do shims cost? I was charged additional $110 for shims! Research shows alignment includes adjustments, and the only way to align my truck is using shims. No rear adjustment possible. Sounds like the original charge was to set toe only, and that should have been disclosed in advance. $245 to align a 2WD truck with no rear adjustment is ridiculous. I would appreciate a refund of the additional amount I was forced to pay.

Had two tires replaced during Black Friday sale had a great experience with employees and was out quickly. Especially great service from Collyn

I had an incredible experience at this fire stone off eighty third and deer valley. I've gone through a lot lady lost all my whole family, and they just took me in and took care of me and I couldn't believe that they didn't want to charge me for that service to tack up the bottom of my car. Kia tried to charge me two hundred dollars just for the plate, and that's not including service.I'm not going back there again.I'm going to fire stone off eighty third in deer valley. Thank you guys for everything.You really bless this lady and after everything i've been through.I feel like I found a place.I can trust to take care of my vehicles.I'll be coming back. I love this Firestone. They are always very honest and efficient. Today there was a drip from the truck. They put it up right away to discover it was not an emergency. I really appreciate the care and concern they have.

Firestone has always been very good to me. I’ve taken my van, truck and boat trailer here for tires and alignments for several years. They are the only shop that has been able to keep everything aligned and well. I highly recommend them. They are very customer service minded and do the right thing every time. Thank you!

This Firestone Complete Auto Care location is where I go to take care of my car needs every time! Their staff is honest, professional, and does exceptionally good work! Their managers Karam and Joe in particular, have always shown me so much respect and tried their best to save me money where possible when giving me quotes. They take their time to answer my questions and explain in detail the work that needs to be done. They deliver fast and efficiently and never keep my car longer than is necessary for them to complete the work. I am relying on their honesty and have learned to trust them through the years. In fact, it is because of their professionalism and integrity, that I have chosen to come here for over 10 yrs and 3 cars later. They are also always going above and beyond doing little extra things for me like filling up my tires with air, even when I don’t ask for that, or cleaning my windshield and mirrors and even putting on my windshield wiper blades for me that I bought myself, but couldn’t figure out how to attach them on my own. As a woman who does not know much about cars, the ability to build report with someone working on my car, and trust that they are not going to screw you over or add unnecessary services that run up your bill, is extraordinarily important to me. I feel like they are grateful for my years of loyalty and in return make it a priority to do right by me and my car. They always ask how I’m doing as well because they know I have health issues and make me laugh as we swap stories back and forth! I cannot say enough about this place and their incredible staff collectively! If you are looking to do business with a top notch mechanic merchant or if you need new tires, ect., then I cannot recommend the Firestone Complete Auto Care on 81st Ave and Deer Valley Rd. in Peoria, AZ more. Dropped off for appointment. Didn’t get the car back until after 6:30pm. Had to get two tires (not much savings for the tire warranty) then magically, I had to get a wheel alignment. The car now pulls a little left. I’ll have to go somewhere else, because I don’t trust these guys. No discounts actually deducted from the invoice. Go somewhere else.

Joe and Connor went above and beyond to replace 2 sets of tires on two different vehicles that had prematurely failed. Price was more than fair and customer service was excellent! I would recommend supporting this local business.

Popped another tire and brought my car in first thing in the morning at 7 AM. Joe and Joe were fantastic—quick, professional, and super helpful. They got the tire fixed, took care of the alignment, and had me back on the road in no time. Really appreciate the efficient service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

They do it all This was my first time comming here. My experience was good overall. The place is neat and clean for a repair shop. The staff are excellent and friendly. If your gonna get alot of work done I recommend droping the car off. The issue i have is they don't show you the prices at the shop or online untill the work has been completed. overall the prices are average. With little to no heads up, I had to find a place to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Volkswagen Passat R line, After calling around to multiple locations of other big name franchises, none of which were available to squeeze me in or if they were available they did not have the appropriate parts to service my vehicle and the timeframe needed I found Fire stone complete auto care, well-being, extremely professional, and courteous over the phone. They asked me to bring my vehicle on down and they would see what they could do for me. I was quoted a time of about one hour to do the oil change and tire rotation, and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to pick up my vehicle 45 minutes later, the staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and just generally pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Firestone complete auto care deer Valley. It has been a little over a week since I received the service in my vehicle is running top-notch. no leaks no drips in my car is riding smoother than it has the past few months .

Very good costumer service, they have a nice inventory of what you need. Needed to replace 2 tires for my Tundra, even if this location did not have them they managed to get what i need in few hours and schedule same day tire replacement . Nice place and clean , nice waiting room see pictures , videos. Ninos was helping me , awesome guy!
