Dylan was great! Went in for a patch on one tire, they found a nail in another one and filled my washer fluid reservoir. Completely satisfied with his service and impressed by his professionalism.
Wouldn’t recommend to go here they tired to tell me that I need to take off the tires and remount em for them to balance em right and tired to charge me 187. ?? yea yall can suck it hard

Went in for an oil change for first time at this location and had an excellent experience! Decent wait time and did not try to push anything unnecessarily. Definitely found my new location. There are plenty of places within walking distance to kill time. 10/10 recommend
My experience at Firestone Complete Care in Peoria (Lake Pleasant Parkway) was very good. Pleasant and prompt service, a good price for the service needed (2 new tires), would definitely return for new service.
Dylan and the team did a great job and helped me out a lot with the whole process. I had a damaged rim and they worked with me to help swap it so I could get back home. Dylan and all the other techs went above and beyond and did an amazing job!
Found a screw in the tire while loading the kids up for school. Stressful way to start the morning. Called Firestone- talked to Dylan, and he was able to get our truck right in! Thank YOU! Love that they open at 7am!
Never been to this store at this location before. Just purchased new tires for my truck at over $2000 and wanted to make sure it was properly aligned - as Discount Tire told me that from the wear pattern of my old tires it might need alignment. Took it in for a free check and left spending $0. Was in alignment and they took care of me just before heading to Vegas. Thanks for the great and honest service.
Dylan the service manager was knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and took the extra care to find any applicable coupons/discounts. Stayed late to make sure my vehicle arrived. Fantastic experience! I will be bringing all my vehicles to this store!

kind and respectful staff. I drive almost 30 mins to get to this location. I've got 4 Firestone stores 5-15 mins from my home...have tried them and very unsatisfied. So happy to have found this one with great ppl working here!
Been taking my vehicles to this location for about 4 years. 2005 corvette and an Escalade. Never an issue with service or scheduling. Always great customer service with everyone who works there including Dylan, Tyler and Constantine.

Dilyn and Patrick saved me today. I realized leaving another store that my back tire was low. I panicked knowing everything was closing up for Labor Day weekend. I saw that Firestone was opened until 6pm. So without an appointment and at 530pm before a long holiday weekend they offered to fill the tire and check it out. They discovered there was a nail in my tire, of course. Luckily, Patrick and Dilyn offered to fit me in last minute and patched the tire for me. My daughter just started driving, she drives this car. I can’t imagine what she would have done walking out to car after work and finding it flat. Thank you to both Dilyn and Patrick for helping me avoid that disaster. I’m deeply grateful and will be back for sure.
These guys are garbage. Plain and simple.
I dropped it off with zero issues. Needed only an oil change. They did an oil change on my car within 1 hour, gave it back with my Check Engine light on! And then when I went back inside immediately to address it, they said they have no idea what I'm talking about.
They said it has nothing to do with oil changes. Be that as it may, you had it in your care when it popped on. No insight, no accountability, hell-- no acknowledgement!

On Saturday, March 1 I had my vehicle aligned at the fire stone complete auto center on Lake Pleasant Boulevard in Arizona. The alignment went fine. Unfortunately the tech used his arm to exit the vehicle and got dirt all over my door panel. This is not the first time this is happened. I let it slide previously, but this time I must complain that my vehicle is being damaged by the fire stone technicians.
Alignment service for my truck done quickly and provided the alignment adjustment sheet that some stores don't. Very happy with the service I received.
Store is very clean and shop looks well kept.
Received call first thing in morning that online appointment time wasn't available, but given several times open during same day. Firestone's web appointment system leaves a lot to be desired regardless of the store being visited, but I very much appreciated the call before I left for early appointment.
I drove into town from Southern California two days ago. I offloaded my car and called it a night. The next day, a Sunday, when I went to drive my car, it didn't seem right, and the steering wheel shook. Tyler, the service manager, took one look and immediately knew what the issue was. The rear driver's side tire had the metal belt inside shift. He showed me (you can see it in the pic). They didn't have my tire at the price point I wanted but would have it the next day. Tyler put on my spare and sent me on my way.
They phoned me the in the late morning the next day to say my wheel was ready. When I arrived, Tyler immediately started to get to work and told me to just go inside and pay for the tire.
It was clean and cool inside. Karam, the store manager, promptly pulled my job order. I paid and was on my way back outside. Tyler had finished putting the new tire on by the time I got back. He finished by carefully putting my spare back and putting my belongings back in my car.
Tyler was friendly and honest, He didn't try to sell me more than I needed, I appreciated him explaining the issue and all of my options. If I lived here, this would be my "go-to" place.
Had 2 tires installed on my Dodge Ram. Caused my truck to shake horribly. Also during install they horribly scratched up one of my custom rims. (He said at it was from me hitting a curb). Those are not scratches from hitting a curb. The manager said it wasn't them because their tools have coatings on them. (I'm sure the tools did 15 years when they were brand new but highly doubt it now). Only thing he would do was have Firestone reach out to me to resolve issue which never happened. Took truck to Discount Tire, service was great. He said the shaking is because they put the wrong tires on truck. Discount put on 2 new tires and no issues ever since. Note: the 2 tires Firestone put on just "happened" to be in store and he had said he had been trying to get rid of them for a bit. Lucky me. Stay away from Firestone.
This location had the nicest employees I have seen. They went above and beyond, and helped unpack the wheels I purchased and installed them perfectly on my car. Was very quick and professional, will definitely go back.
