We had a fleet Vehicle serviced. They knew it was fleet and said there was a large oil pan leak (it's a 2023). They thought they were going to get to do "the expensive repairs". We brought it to the dealership, they went through the vehicle front and back, twice. There was absolutely no pan leak. SMH
Bruce took care of us in a timely manner going above and beyond to be helpful and get us not only in and out but the best bang for our buck could t be more happy with all my experiences here
I’ve been coming here for a few years. They have always done a great job. They are trustworthy, and never tried to upsell me or suggest work that isn’t needed. The service manager Bruce is professional and pleasant, and always lets me know of any available deals and discounts. They are my go-to shop.
Bruce and the team were wonderful to work with. They were able to correct the alignment on my tires and give me a discount on 4 new tires. Very convenient that they are open on Sundays as well. Highly recommend!

The person at the front desk and the person fixing my tires have been awesome at helping me the most they can. I really appreciate it so much considering I was a walk in who had no idea what was wrong with their tires haha.
The guy that was helping me out was really rude! I had called to make an appointment sooner and got there on time and my car was not taken back till an hour and a half. Not even everyone communicating with me on the delay. Then I proceeded to ask and the guy well I have someone that called sick and I’m behind. Well I understand but at other locations they come out and lets me know. He started getting an attitude but I told him I had called and someone told me it was fine to take it earlier. His like well idk who you spoke to. I asked then how much longer and came back in 3 mins. My appointment was at 12:30 no one letting me know whats going on till 140 that they took my car.. I will definitely not be going back to that location. Guy on the phone was really nice.
This store and all of its employees were amazing, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Cody helped me get the right tires and made sure my service was done efficiently and on time. He was kind and helpful. I had a not so good experience at another tire place and after calling and speaking to Cody and getting the work done I have decided to return to this location for all my car needs in the future. The other tire shop just lost a customer. Thanks team!
Thank you Bruce! My husband has been going here for his work truck for a while now and I just recently came here for my 97 Toyota Tacoma. The service here is great, and I appreciate the transparency. They told me what I needed to get done, including what fluids needed changed or flushed, brakes, tires, etc, and didn’t pressure me into doing more than I absolutely needed to at the time. I will definitely be back soon to do some tune ups and flushes.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to have manufacturer scheduled maintenance and to replace a loose battery cable. I selected the option for the scheduled maintenance on the booking and the location's website said these services were provided and it was "full service auto care".My work order indicated these services were selected. When she got to the appointment she was told by an unhelpful employee that they don't do those services. They said they could fix the cable and completed an oil change which I did not request. They didn't replace the cable, they only tightened it which she could have gotten done at autozone. I recently moved out of state and my daughter is young and new at handling these issues and she received poor customer service and her vehicle was not serviced according to the request I submitted. She left with her check engine light still blinking and was given no help with how to resolve it or what to do to fix it. It appears to me they just didn't care to do the work. I'll never go here or recommend this location to anyone.
Bruce was very helpful with my tire issue! I came in with a flat, and it turned out that all of my tires' threads were nearly completely worn out. Bruce provided me with service options, payment options, and handled the matter in a quick and efficient way. It was also a Sunday, and many tire shops are either closed or have long waits, so having the issue addressed and resolved in about two hours was very appreciated!
I had a flat tire, I put the spare on yesterday. The old tire was in the back of the truck.
I didn't have a lot of time, to get my tire changed out so I could get back to work.
Bruce took me in at 8:30 and he had me out by 9:45.
With two new tires and a complete check of all the fluids and motor and give me some great tips on what I should do to keep this truck running without a dying in the summer heat.
So I don't misplace. I'm very grateful for Firestone Service Auto Care on 84th avenue and Peoria. Thank you
They are awesome!! Have went here twice for both of my vehicles for tires and they never disappoint. They went above and beyond and even added tire shine to my new set of tires, on the short notice of me seeing how bad the old set was they got me new ones put on the same day. I appreciate there service and will continue using this Firestone!
