This one in particular sucks, closest to me and it’s atrocious. Pretty much any other location is alright but gosh darn are they incompetent in every way possible.

Sad to say the night crew is a bunch of young kids and literally all of them were to busy playing on there cel phones and didn't bother to look up when one of them said welcome in. I searched for an oil filter and they didn't have the to car guide so when I went back up front to ask for help they were still just just goofing off. So I can left empty handed . Corporate should have a no cel phone policy in place during work hours. When they take lunch or a break, then they can play. But they should be more professional and actually ask if you need help. Customer service should be number one priority. Without my customers, your business will fail.

Bought a new battery for $121.It was for a car I hardly drive.After starting it twice in a little over 3 months,the battery was useless.Not only was the warranty only 30 days,but no flexibility just after that time frame.Two starts it lasted! I called to complain but after leaving 2 messages,no one called back.I give up on them.O'Reilly's here I come.

We just stopped by to pick up a couple of items. After grabbing them, we waited at the register for quite a long time. Eventually, my son politely asked one of the workers if there was someone who could come to registers. The employee verbally accosted him for asking with such a violent response that I had step in and tell the employee to calm down. I’ve never experienced such atrocious volatility and violent behavior from a retail worker. The employee is either a terrible mis-hire or the store is appallingly mismanaged. This is not a store we will support or recommend others support. There are stores with people who treat others with dignity; this apparently isn’t one of them.

Terrible customer service. Waited ten minutes at the counter and not one staff acknowledged I was there of 3 visible staff members. Bought parts elsewhere.

I went in for a couple parts for my car, I asked the store manager some simple questions ans he couldn't answer any of them he smelt of a substance and his eyes were red, worst customer service I've seen yet.

My tail light needed replaced and I don't have any tools. I went into this store and asked if someone could help me. I'm assuming it was the manager quite dismissively told me, "We're an auto parts store. We don't mess around with taillights.". I asked if they loaner tools and he looked over to the corner and said, "Yeah, we have screwdrivers". Absolutely NO customer service. I have been to other AUTOPARTS stores when I needed assistance and I have never been dismissed so quickly and rudely before. Even if they weren't able to help be, they at least came and took and look and let me know what I would need to get the job done.

We frequent this store because of the available parts in stock but more importantly because of the customer service. Recently, Patrick helped us with a battery purchase and install. His customer service is top notch. We appreciate the patience and knowledge he provided.

Had a dead battery and the store manager was very helpful in diagnosing the electrical system. He replaced the battery and although his device was incorrect about my alternator, he help was much appreciated. Thank you.

Called head to see if this place had the part that I needed was told that they did and when I showed up, it was not there. They then called another store to see if it was in stock for me and it was but before I left, I asked them if this part is able to be returned if it ends up not being what I needed. I was told by both Patrick and the other gentleman that was with him on shift Today Wednesday , June 26th. I even specifically gave them a scenario about needing the part returned and they said yes, I would be fine l. At the other store on 83rd Ave. and Union Hills they had the part ready for me but told me it was not able to be returned. I ended up not getting the part because I did not want to waste $110 on some thing I was unsure I needed and had to drive around in 115° heat for 30 minutes for no reason because Patrick told me I could return it. Then Patrick argued on the phone with me for five minutes while I was at the other store telling me that’s not what he said.

I could not open my car because the battery in my key fob had died. Thank goodness I had a backup. I read the manual, and could not open the fob to replace the battery. The manager at Auto Zone opened the key fob and replaced the battery. So glad to get that fixed. The only cost was for the battery!

Very disappointed in this company, I had inquired originally about HD lights, the clerk talked me into getting brighter Bulbs instead, the bulbs burned out both of them over a 30 and 69 day period. The store manager refused to give me another light bulb due to the defective ones that they sold me. He wanted to charge me. I told him that Auto Zone just lost my business, my family, friends and customers who all were shocked by the disrespectful way the manager tried to turn it around and blame my car, I put back the original light that were 8 years old!!! We are shocked the the manager was more worried about revenues then a loyal customer now 10.5 years. BEWARE potential new customers, this company is ripping off consumers with defective products and not honoring replacing the faulty products. Sham on this greedy company. While writing this review the assistant manager came out smoking and when I informed him that I was writing a review he became very belligerent, rude, disrespectful and said I quote “I have good reviews so I’m not worried about that review. Guess what your company lost at least 13 customers that I originally referred to Auto Zone!!! We will be taking our business and money to O’Reilly’s. They understand that without customers they will not have a job. They all should be terminated immediately!

I had to stop at this AutoZone on Sunday, 1/7/24, because my check engine light was on. It turns out it was a bad Max Air Flow Sensor. My stomach sank because I'd just spent $200 a couple days before for a new battery and was mad that I'd have to pay $100 more for a new sensor, but was somewhat mollified that the store rep (I think his name was Earl but he did say he usually works at a different store) said he could clean my current one for me to see if it was just dirty. He showed me exactly where to find it under the hood, how to open it the casing, told me I could ask any AutoZone to borrow their tools, told me to You Tube it if I couldn't figure it out, and then cleaned it for me. Turns out that was all it needed and I didn't have to pay anything. I am always thrilled with the help I receive at AutoZone and will drive out of my way to visit one before anywhere else. The workers are always helpful but not condescending and are happy to help me learn instead of just charging me for needless things. Good on you!

The staffs are very professional and friendly! I arrived just 30min before closing on New Year day. They ran a battery test and found the warranty on the current battery (which I didn’t know I had!). They didn’t have the same battery in stock, so they quickly contacted another store and sent me to that location. Really appreciate their efficient service :)

The store in Peoria located On N Lake Pleasant Pkwy and W Pinnacle Peak Road, the worker who was supposed to help us didn't do much to resolve our issue. I am totally changing the previous rating to a less than ZERO because AutoZone doesn't care about customers. The employee name is ( John or Feradi ) he was really rude and miserable, he didn’t bother to help at all. We need to hold companies accountable for how they treat minorities (Race, sex, gender, disability, etc.) when they take our dollars. Giving our money to their competitors may open their eyes up to treat everyone equal regardless of their personal biases. Never go back there again.

I just went into this AutoZone and asked to help with my service engine light on, which I’ve done several times before. Well this time Carlos tries to hand me the machine, for me to do it myself, I told him I do not know how to use it. He shakes his head and Tries explain to me how to do it. I told him I thought that someone that worked there would do it. He continues to give me dirty looks and shakes his head and said they only do it as a courtesy. He. I could maybe understand him doing this if it was extremely busy in the store, but I was the only one there. Very rude.!!

The grey shirt employee was not a people person at all. I just wanted my battery checked and charged. He was cold and very short with me with his answers. I could tell he did not like helping me, so I asked if he was “good”. Instead of just politely saying yes, he got aggregated and asked me loudly “ARE YOU?”. I politely said yes, and said I was asking because he seemed to have some sort of a problem with having to help me( I’m a person of color. Mexican American.). He responded loudly once again with “I just did. Didn’t I?” . At this point I could just though he was personality-wise just like that with everyone. Then another customer came in. He was as nice and soft spoken as could be with them. It left me puzzled. Especially since he’s never met me before today, and that I only had said maybe ten worlds to him…ever. Then I noticed that the customer was Caucasian. I’m not saying he was racist, but it’s sure weird that he could be so drastically different in the way he treats his first time(and last) customers for no other apparent reason. He took in my battery at 6:11pm on 7/18/23. He was the only employee working. Maybe that’s why he thinks he can treat people that way? He wore glasses and has a shaved head. I am a local automotive tech who went to get something done there on his day off do he wouldn’t have to go his workplace to do it there. I was very disappointed and surprised with how I was treated. And after All that I still have to go back to pick up my hopefully charged battery. Just wanted to let people and the company know. Thanks

Best location I've been to, very helpful & pleasant staff. This is how all AutoZone locations should be. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful staff. They went to the extreme and helped figure out why my water pump kit belt was too small. This was after already going to a few other locations. Definitely going back to this location in the future. Thank You

Another pleasant experience AutoZone's, Lake Pleasant Parkway location in north Peoria. Thanks greatly to Parts Manager Harry & store assistant Dakota for their excellent customer service with a battery replacement and alternator testing. I sent my son to get a new battery for our jeep. The employee that helped him "the store was empty" was obviously disturbed that my son wanted a battery check. After a uncertain diagnosis my son called me and I directed him to just buy a new battery because so as not to leave my wife stranded he purchased the battery and asked the clerk for assistance. After the request the clerk berated my son with backhanded insults only because in my opinion the clerk didn't feel like doing his job. If this had been me I feel the clerk would have been more obliging. Treating someone that's younger is not OK
