Went by to have a battery checked and the young lady working there told us it was a AAA and we should call them first. We did and it turns out it was still under warranty. High praise for the honesty and catching that. Makes me a solid customer going forward. Thank you.

I went into this location today to have my car battery replaced under warranty. Carlos was cocky, arrogant and rude and so was the young redheaded kid. Horrible experience that definitely raised my blood pressure. I will never go to this location again. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I worked in the automotive repair / fleet maintenance business for years. Customer service, positive word of mouth advertising and repeat business is key in the industry. I am requesting that the regional manager reply to this post and let me know how I can contact you ASAP to give you more details. Thanks.

I usually don’t leave reviews but yesterday I had a great experience I just had to.The store manager Juan went above and beyond to help me. He not only got what I was looking for but Educated me on basic things a car needs and I’m so thankful for that

James (Store Manager) went above and beyond to help me with an electrical issue I had. He also educated me on the process of installing/replacing shims and other hardware when installed incorrectly by a third party.

Visited for a part and the guys working that day went above and beyond to help. It's refreshing in this day and age, you find such good young people. Way beyond the call.... Kudos to your staff.

I went into this Auto Zone on August 1st because my son, who lives in another state, was trying to help me fix my car and I needed a couple of parts. I spoke with the manager, Juan, who was not only rude, but dismissive and acted like I was bothering him even though the store was completely empty. Since I don't know anything about cars, I had my son on the phone and I asked Juan to speak to him to tell him what I was looking for. Juan refused and said he couldn't help. I'm not sure if that's just the way he treats women in general or anyone who walks in needing help, but this is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Then he sold me the wrong part even when my son gave him the exact order information. Two days later, I called Auto Zone and it was Juan that answered. I asked if he carried a certain part and that I needed a new battery for my car and if he stocked it. Again, he was rude over the phone and was of little help, then hung up without saying goodbye or anything. Today, Aug. 4, I went back to return the wrong part he gave me, and Juan pretended to not know what was going on until I called him out and said he was the one who sold the wrong part to me. When he finally refunded my purchase, I said thank you and he walked away without saying anything. I've never had this experience at an Auto Zone and I'm extremely disappointed because I was in need of help and my son wasn't physically present to help me. I have a feeling Juan would have treated my son very differently. I would not recommend this Auto Zone for anyone seeking help.

Horrible customer service. My mother came here to buy a fuse and politely asked them to swap it out for her because I’m out of town and can’t help (former mechanic here), they refused to help her in any way even though I’ve been an AutoZone client for years and never had problems asking them to help with a mechanical task, I know if I was there in person it would’ve been a different answer. AutoZone management, train your staff to actually be considerate and helpful to people in need. The Manager Juan was incredibly disrespectful to them and refused to speak to me on the phone, I’ll gladly come talk to him when I’m in Phoenix next.

This place is the best AutoZone branch so far. The discipline and courteousness of staff reflects a good leadership and culture set by Juan. Everyone is so helpful and would take extra miles to address the problem。 Cederick and Jeffrey are very helpful and impressively knowledgeable。 Their knowledge is craftily honed by their background and vast experience, young as they maybe - but don't let that deceive you...they know more than you think. Don't be shy to ask. Impressively great group of people.

Firing on all cylinders! Staff @ AutoZone Vistancia, Peoria, AZ helped me troubleshoot a problem. Today, Mr. Cederick Petros, although busy with other customers, took the time to assess, explain (without manslaining), and solve today's issue. Cederick took my stess from "full" to "empty." Integrity and respect!

Cederick at this location is legendary. He is professional, knowledgeable and his willingness to put his schedule aside to rescue a customer makes him a hero in my eyes. He spent over an hour replacing my dead starter, in a neighboring parking lot on his day off. He was positive, friendly and truly happy to help. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, as I truly feel like the world needs more people like Cederick and I feel so very fortunate to have crossed his path.

I visited this AutoZone location today—not for the first time. I’ve been here several times before and have always had great experiences. The staff is usually helpful and professional, which is why I continue to come back. Today, I was assisted by Jeffery and another gentleman, both of whom went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were courteous, attentive, and genuinely trying to help—exactly the kind of experience I’ve come to expect from AutoZone. However, the visit took a turn when the general manager arrived. As he was walking into the store, he addressed his team—specifically Jeffery—in an extremely disrespectful tone, repeatedly saying, "Get in the store!" His approach was aggressive and unprofessional. As someone with years of management experience, I can confidently say that I have never spoken to team members in the way this manager did. His behavior instantly created a hostile environment not just for the staff, but also for customers like myself. The demeanor of both employees changed immediately. It was clear they felt uncomfortable, and honestly, so did I. No one should have to work under that kind of pressure or negativity. It was disheartening to see two hardworking employees disrespected like that in front of customers. This is the first negative experience I've ever had at an AutoZone. The brand is known for great service, and that’s the reason I’ve stayed loyal all these years. But this particular manager acted with a level of arrogance and hostility that was completely uncalled for. A title does not give anyone the right to treat others poorly. If Jeffery and his colleague are ever looking for a new opportunity, I’d happily hire them—they deserve better than that environment. This manager, on the other hand, should be reconsidered for his role. He lacks the basic decency and respect required to manage people or work in customer service. His behavior reflects poorly on the store and the AutoZone brand as a whole. I hope this situation is addressed so future visits can return to the standard of excellence AutoZone is known for.

Simply stoped by to see why my check engine light was on $165 dollars later check engine light still on 2 weeks later NEVER went out the person that help me said it was mas airflow sensor he also charged me $40 labor said it would take a couple days for check engine light to go out and it never did. Total waste of my time & money!! Was excited for a new autozone in our area however I will never go back.

Needless to say, when you're stranded it is a helpless and frightening feeling. Well Hailey and Cedric saved the day! There really are good people left in this world and they are 2 of the best! Hailey offered to even come to me as I was near their store, she was calming and provided me options. Cedric knew what I needed and even put my part in my vehicle for me. And it wasn't an easy access. Most customer service anymore just feels like going on to next and hurrying up. But these stellar humans helped! Helped on a bad day and provided a peace of mind and service above and beyond! I feel safe now and couldn't be happier...Kudos to Hailey and Cedric, Autozone is lucky to have employees like you!

I am at this store a lot, I bought a ford f150 so u all know it's always needing worked on. Ron and Cedric are always answering my questions and getting me the right parts for me. The rest of the crew are very helpful to. I just don't remember all their names. Every last one of them are always willing to come out to the truck and look at it to see what I am talking about cause I don't always know the parts names lol. This is only AutoZone I will use.

Best autozone in the valley. The staff is friendly, they greet you when you walk in, and assist you with anything you need. They go above and beyond every other autozone I’ve been to. Definitely would recommend these guys. They show that they care for the community and create meaningful conversations. I will not go to any other autozone outside of these guys.

My wife's car battery was dead, came into this Auto Zone and they were extremely helpful and very friendly. The battery was connected improperly and that lead to the reason for it draining. It was still under warranty and they got me switched out with a new one. Removed the old one hooked everything up correctly and got me in and out very quickly. Glad to have them so close to home. Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent help from Joseph and Cederick. 2 batteries in a diesel engine! And they helped me on 2 different occasions. They gave Quick and easy install for me, cleaning ports and disposing of old.

I went to shop for an air conditioning filter for my 2014 Ford Escape. Ron P. was the person who helped me. Not only did he find the product, he went out of his way and actually proceeded to install the air filter for me. I was extremely impressed that even though this was his first time installing an air filter, he went above and beyond. I was extremely IMPRESSED with this store.

Ayden Ford and cederick petros theses was tremendous, I went in with a shaking truck and these guys help me diagnose the problem hook me up with the right part and assist Me in the install . . Wen I left the truck was running like new . These guys show excellent costumer service and there leadership stood out over everything. I definitely recommend this store these guys to everyone tht I Kno and I shared there name and location my current place of employment. Why to go fellas you guys are the identity of employees who love and value the costumer.. amazing work

We're so glad to have a location closer to home but are also very impressed with their customer service! My husband's car was barely running. He did what he could but was hoping for a diagnostic to figure out the main issue. When they realized it was beyond the scope of his abilities Christian and the managerJuan assisted him with the repair. We're beyond thankful for their help and kindness. It's so refreshing to see employees who care and would definitely recommend this location!
