Fantastic operation! Impressed from the get go with their customer service and communication. Facility is well run and their showroom is clean. I have purchased from these guys two times including purchasing a transmission on ebay and picking it up locally and I will gladly continue to do business with them. I also had a warranty issue and it was handled promptly, Ryan took care of me right away and was extremely helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend this business!

Terrible to deal with. Whoever is doing their text messaging is horriffically rude. Sold them a car. They refuse to give me a copy of the document I signed when they picked it up. Absolutely atrocious. Untrustworthy and difficult.

Arizona Auto Parts, is one of the ONLY places I recommend for getting used parts. I recently got a transmission from them, and I have not any issues with it since. They're wonderful people, great customer service, and they're always willing to help as best as they can.

They'll let you buy the part, say it's a couple days wait, then tell you day if part is not on truck delivery, has a issue with part, then refund you telling you it's now on bank to get you your money, the bank says they don't see a refund and only way is to dispute transaction which takes more days and REALLY... I just want my paid for part, honesty and communication from them. Beware if your budget can't take the hit DONT pay with card because it won't go well! Still waiting for a reply but becausevim not happy she stopped responding. I dont appreciate the after care of a purchase. Take heed. That is all.

I recently sold my mom’s Toyota Camry to this business. They provided me a quote and scheduled to have it picked up at my residence. The following day, when the tow truck driver arrived to pick it up, he left a couple of footprints on my drive way and garage that were hard to clean off. I was able to clean most of it except for one. I called and complained about it but the driver didn’t even apologize. Very unprofessional.

Ii had been searching for a transfer case for a Dogde Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi 4x4 electronic switch for more than 2 weeks when I finally came across Arizona Auto Parts. It was just like they fell out of the sky into my lap. They had the right part with a great warranty and a even better price. They are going to deliver it right to my house so I can install it myself. I had the best service you could have asked for. The deal was completed in a matter of just a few hours and it will be on its way by Wednesday. The service was fantastic. The payment was easy but extremely secure which I really enjoyed. I received a receipt for the payment immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hard to find parts and if you need them shipped to your house.

I order some parts and the guy helped me his name was Oscar He helped me out and he gave me a good deal. It’s a good place to buy used parts and they have a good customer service.

They have zero concept of customer service. Silva didn't like that I was upset when I was offerd about half what my car is worth in a junkyard setting. Telling me i should be nicer and didnt need to be upset after there offer telling me it was all based on the management and the person couldn't do anything about that. Understood completely, but welcome to life people get upset when they are insulted doesn't matter where it comes from if you are working in a customer service position guess what you take the brunt of it. That's life and how it works. You don't like it get a different job, and based on silva's entitled attitude i would suggest a differentline of work or maybe a reality check. And btw a simple apology and a little understanding when someone is upset goes a long way. As im typing this Silva is still texting me ranting about how rude I was........ The engine and transmission alone are worth double what they offered. Not to mention the rest of the car that is pretty clean. Runs drives good etc. I would definitely go elsewhere to find your auto parts if they low balled me this bad than I can only imagine what they charge for parts.

We were having trouble finding a screen display for a Ford (literally 22 different options). NO other yards would pull their screens to check the sticker and verify the manufacturer number since as of right now, it is not possible for a non-dealer to vin verify the unit for this model without the manufacturing code on the back. AZ Auto parts promised to text the next day once they pulled it... I got 3 photos, sticker matched, and they discounted due to a broken tab. It is being shipped out quickly and they did not gouge on shipping like some places. We provide personalized service at our yard, and it was refreshing to be on the receiving end for once. If we have to buy shippable parts out of state again and I see these guys pop up on Car-part, I'm skipping over everyone else and they will be my first call. Extremely happy and impressed with the service. Thank you guys so much, we can finally get this vehicle fixed and booted out of our shop!!

Extremely helpful, I had called other auto parts before and they would never answer or would they had to get back to me but they never did however Arizona Auto Parts answered my problems right away without any delay I was even able to find the parts I needed!!! Would 100% recommend!

Terrible!! Had no problem taking my money. Return the part, now I' haven't gotten my money back after the 5-10 days nor can I find anyone to talk to.

I thought the customer service was excellent. The prices were extremely competitive. The ease of payment was the easiest thing I have ever done in a while. Oscar has been very straight forward and helped me with the best possible option for my price range. He knew the local shop and set the engine to the side for the day until I came to a decision.
