This place was reccomended to me and I have been very impressed. They answered the phone immediately and I described my situation to Oscar. Oscar has been very straight forward and helped me with the best possible option for my price range. He knew the local shop and set the engine to the side for the day until I came to a decision. He seemed like an honest person and I am happy with my purchase. I look forward to the install and will be sure to update with photos. Every person who answered the call was very friendly. Ii had been searching for a transfer case for a Dogde Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi 4x4 electronic switch for more than 2 weeks when I finally came across Arizona Auto Parts. It was just like they fell out of the sky into my lap. They had the right part with a great warranty and a even better price. They are going to deliver it right to my house so I can install it myself. I had the best service you could have asked for. The deal was completed in a matter of just a few hours and it will be on its way by Wednesday. The service was fantastic. The payment was easy but extremely secure which I really enjoyed. I received a receipt for the payment immediately. I would recommend them to anyone looking for hard to find parts and if you need them shipped to your house.

We were having trouble finding a screen display for a Ford (literally 22 different options). NO other yards would pull their screens to check the sticker and verify the manufacturer number since as of right now, it is not possible for a non-dealer to vin verify the unit for this model without the manufacturing code on the back. AZ Auto parts promised to text the next day once they pulled it... I got 3 photos, sticker matched, and they discounted due to a broken tab. It is being shipped out quickly and they did not gouge on shipping like some places. We provide personalized service at our yard, and it was refreshing to be on the receiving end for once. If we have to buy shippable parts out of state again and I see these guys pop up on Car-part, I'm skipping over everyone else and they will be my first call. Extremely happy and impressed with the service. Thank you guys so much, we can finally get this vehicle fixed and booted out of our shop!!

Extremely helpful, I had called other auto parts before and they would never answer or would they had to get back to me but they never did however Arizona Auto Parts answered my problems right away without any delay I was even able to find the parts I needed!!! Would 100% recommend!

I only give a 3 star rating because when I tried ordering online I was unable to pay. Once I called they were very helpful and was able to purchase and arrange for shipping in less than five minutes. They were very helpful and friendly.

I have looked all over the United States, only to find the part that i needed, was at Arizona Auto Parts. Manny, was thorough about cross checking my VIN with the part that he had available. Paying was simple. Now I just sit back and wait for it to arrive.

After looking online high and low for parts for my Tahoe, I came across Arizona Auto Parts. I honestly wondered if they were even legitimate to buy from because of the prices, and had a friend of mine that owns an auto repair and body shop look at the parts and site for me. He said they definitely were, so I called the next day and talked to Kevin. He was phenomenal to work with as he was upfront with time frame for shipping, cost, and understood exactly what I needed. Great place to get recycled auto parts, needed a fuel tank for a older civic, no problem, they had one 😀 will be doing more business with them in the future!!!!!
