I've been going here a couple years. They are very efficient, and great if you're in a pinch. But now they have ruined the under carriage of 2 vehicles. They offered to reimburse the first one. This second one I'm already missing 3 pieces, and exasperating damage from earlier. Whoever is underneath seems to refuse to put screws back in being fast.
They are very fast when it comes to oil changes, which I like. One small issue I had last time was I asked about the cabin air filter and asked if they could check it to see if I needed a new one. They checked it and said it was okay for now, but in the future, I should get a new one. I asked how much a new one was, and the response was 35 to 50 dollars since I drove a newer car (they cost 10 to 15 on amazon) I told them never mind and that I would wait. One of the staff invited that they would call in a filter to see how much it was even after I said I won't be getting one today. I know it's not a big deal overall, I just get a little frustrated that I said no, and they checked anyway. Otherwise they are great!
The kid working in the front of the store , he is horrible. I have been going to this location for years. I've been blowing it off for months now for how he has treated me... I will take my money elsewhere. If you have an issue there's no corporate phone number, good luck solving a problem. If I owned this business I would like to know how my paying customers are being treated. There are 3 Kwik Trips in town now, I've been treated great there.
Went to get my oil changed yesterday with my two young sons in the car. One of the men was changing my oil as the other went to look around the back of my car to check my tires. I had recently bought a new car with new tires put on it. The one gentleman told me that the wires on my back tires were showing and I needed to get them looked at right away and that my alignment is probably off in the back of my car! I left the BP and immediately went to where I had bought my car a few months prior. Sure enough, my alignment is off and they will be fixing it and putting new tires on! I REALLY appreciate the men at BP! Who knows what would have happened while I was driving with my boys in the car if they hadn’t told me to get them looked at. Such a great place to get my oil changed (this wasn’t my first time) - they’re always nice and respectful. I drive from Amery to get my oil changed here! Thanks again!
Great place, nice employees, knew what they were talking about to, was fast to, like the way you drove up to the door waited in line no appointment necessary, and great price, the price they tell you is the price they stay with until the end...
Ok for a fast oil change shop. They did not take care of all the items in their inspection list that were "checked off" clearly they did the oil change and that was it.
We went in for an oil change. Rob was to the point and easy to talk to over the phone. Our tech LNM was quick and kind. Great service, great price, and nice techs. We will definitely stop by for our next oil change.
I went into the store to purchase some.lighter fluid . After asking one of the workers if they had any she had to go find it. It was in a bottom bin not on the shelves . She handed me one already irritated she had to do some work to get it . Remind you was not on shelf but in the bin yet.. She handed me 1 and I said do you have any more ? She absolutely snapped and Said Jeez . How many do you want ? Very very rude!!! Will never go back there again and I live in River Falls. Very very poor customer service !!!
Fast service! Make sure you get all of your vehicles servicing done (check air in tires, check fluids, all vehicle lights, air filters, & wiper blades). On occasion one of these things may be missed. Like this place and others like it for the convenience!
I usually go to this place, even though I don't live in RF anymore. They're nice, they're quick, and my van hasn't blown up yet. Not even once, so I assume they're doing all the oils change stuff that they're supposed to. Totally recommend them.
Who thinks to get a oil change and you have to check it yourself cause I didn't. They over filled my oil the most basic thing on a car long story short don't trust them.
Please save yourself the $$$$ by never going here, family car was service and oil leaked out after 2,000 miles(blew up car) while customer fiancee was away on military duty. When confronted a rude guy name "rod" claimed it was a P.O.S. but didnt hesiate to charge someone over 1,000 and not even disclosing oil leak but claimed it was mechanically sound now. Now i am home we have a nice legal defense team and ready to file at couthouse this week. I beg anyone to save yourself the $$ as to oil filter was never switched out but we can prove in court it was never done but charged customer anyways. Pretty sad how this company takes advantage of some.
These men are AMAZING! Everytime I have had to go somewhere else (traveling pursposes) I end up slapping myself because no where else conpares. Too often do I feel I am getting taken advantage of while getting my oil change with workers trying to get me to buy this upgrade that but the guys at Bob and Steves have NEVER made me feel that way! They are also kind and explain things to me. I feel they always have my best interest in mind!
Had no idea where to get basic oil change in River Falls. At home in Iowa, I have a shop and do my own maintenance. Bob and Steve got me right in, did just what I asked them to do with no efforts at up selling even though the brake light and check engine light were on. $30.00 and ten minutes later I was on my way. They did check tire pressures and told me to watch passenger front as it was low. Good guys.
Love going here been getting my Vehicles worked on here for 10 years or so best place to go I drive hour 40min just to see them there the best and amazing prices never had a problem with them!!!!
Only before 11am with break service, do you get free oil change. And question why is Aimee Pace's gas can Ben removed on it and surrounded by other Dan Danielson and Amy veliuex crap in Richard Johnson garage? Quit snitching and using others stuff Dan and Amy and saw do NOT BELONG HERE
The gas station was clean, well supplied, and staff very helpful. They have the BEST coffee I've ever had! Hopefully I can order it online. I never got the ladies name that let me take a picture of the coffee bag, but she was a jewel! Thank you for your help!
I went their to get a oil change for $45 they destroyed my car. Now i have to pay $1,150. I paid $21,500 for my car, and it's still new. I had no problems before i went there. I would of gave it zero stars but i can't. This place was the worst mistake of my life. Don't believe the hype.
Came in to get a headlight replaced which they did but they failed to put the wheel well screws back in which led to the tire burning a hole in it. Went back to have them fix it and they put one rivet in it and said they need to go to ACE it find the right screws. I told them I'll just take care of it. They said they would give me a free car wash for my troubles. Not cool!
The oil change crew have always been courteous and professional. If they have a suggestion, I call my husband who is a professional mechanic and the oil change guys discuss it with him--no problem at all. I'm in and out of there in just a few minutes. Plus, the guys are always nice to my dog. They've been good about greasing "the 10th bearing," whatever that is.
