I stopped in earlier tonight with a stuck bolt on a trailer hitch I needed to get off to install another one to tow a camper I bought home. Riley from Oreillys loaned me the tools I needed to get it loose. Saved me at least an hour of extra driving to fix at home. Great customer service guys!

We ordered parts that had to be prepaid with a delivery date of 7/12 25 7:30 am
No arts were delivered and was again told now the parts would be delivered n 7/14 at 730 am
Again call and no parts not even an explanation of where the parts are. Asked for tracking info and the manager John said that is not his only job and there he stated there is no tracking information

Stopped in on a long road trip because our skid plate was dragging, and we wanted advice on where we could go locally to fix it. Dakota went above and beyond—he jumped right in and spent about 30 minutes fixing it for us, completely free of charge. We’re so grateful for his kindness and amazing customer service! Highly recommend this shop.
Issak and the entire staff completely went out of their way to help a stranded couple. Not only did they have the part they found a mobile mechanic to finish the job. The customers were friendly as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend place to get your parts!!
Long wait, i went to look around. While waiting for the two customers in front of me, i lost my spot in the invisible line. People were helped that walked in even as i stood with items waiting to check out. I felt like I was a burden to the employee's that were present.
Normally I don't have an issue with the cashier, but this morning the guy was questioning me on my credentials. I saw it to be rude and unassuming and told him what business what it is on what my purchase was
I will go back because it's nearby and does business with local businesses. I'm sure they would not like to be alerted on this treatment
Have a good customer service. They have a lot of parts on hands for a lot of the local vehicles that are driving around. If they don't have what you're looking for they'll order it takes about a day and a half for parts to come in.
The staff at O'Reilly's has been extremely helpful every time I've come in to buy parts for my truck or have them run the little diagnostics machine.
Whoever owns this company, I can say for sure, must have old school values because customer care is off the charts for the current times.
These days, some people in the service industry tend to forget they are there to serve customers and almost act like they hate their jobs, the world, and everything in it.
I trust this company because no matter where I go, I am able to rely on them to help me when I show up, whether it's my first time at a location or they know me personally.
I think credit should be given where it's due!

We own a business 17 miles east of store. THEY gave me the wrong side caliper brake line, I found out the next day. Ran 17 miles back in to exchange for the correct right side line, and was told I needed the clear plastic bag the wrong part came in to exchange it.This will be my last trip to that store
The price and quality are great, but went to redeem my $10 rewards showed the coupon on phone, the person his name is Mitchell scanned the code nothing came up and it was your (O"Riley) coupon
So far, every time I've needed something for my car, they've had it in stock except for one time. But it was an oddball part so...
Anyway, great experience and service from them all.
Traveling in Wisconsin, a few miles from Black River Falls, the battery light comes on. Stopped at O'Riley in Black River Falls and the staff were so helpful and courteous. They had the part we needed and were on our way within half an hour! Thank you O'Reilly staff!
The guy who helped was cool... Till the part didn't come in at the time that was stated.. Had to pay to tow it.. But other than that nice store clean and we'll kept.
We took the kids to Wisconsin Dells for the first time. On our way back while driving in what became dangerous conditions our windshield wiper flew off. We were luck enough to be able to pull over and found O'Reilly's and they helped us immediately and even put the new ones on for us during the snow storm.

Called for a simple trailer axle tang washer. Clerk quoted me $5.00 on the phone. Send my wife to pick it up and they told her it would cost $10.00. Thankfully she called me before paying the $10.00. I told her not to buy it.
Decided to order one online for .98 cents each. I was willing to purchase the washer for the initial price but, thankfully the wife called me before she paid the $10.00. I try to patronize local businesses but sometimes they need to be called out on their poor business practices.
Always have what you need. Even on the occasion that they don't they can order the part/s that you need and it only takes a few days and sometimes the part/s arrive early. Some of the prices, could go down alot on fluids and other merchandise, but, overall they are great and the customer service is splendid.
Stopped in the O’Reilly’s in Black River Falls for a headlight bulb. Deanne helped me out and she was awesome!!! She found me the right bulb and installed it for me in a lot less time than my husband would!!!

Took a very long time to come to the front desk. (I figured they might be smoking so I waited). There's no bell, so I called out, waited-- then, as I was leaving somebody came to answer. (They must be able to see you and be fairly close by...)
I bought a headlamp. The worker tossed in a pack of connector grease. I told her I didn't need it, could she take it out. She ignored me. She asked me a series of questions, which I said I didn't want to answer (I only wanted the headlight) but she ignored that too and she said there were only a few more questions.
I really wish I hadn't answered them, because I'm not a super big fan of junk mail and I don't want to buy anything frequently there. The service really sucks. That's gotta be the worst business experience I've ever had in this town.

People behind the counter are great but a manager sold me the wrong oil. Now i have no oil in the car, they “ have to have the manager and someone else decide what to do about it. I live very close by ( 1/2 mile max ) but they don't deliver to residential houses. But with what happened they should to make it right. I even offered to buy another jug which runs close to $40+ But still have to run it by management.
Very helpful, nice and knowledgeable! It's a new store in my town and my first time there and also my first experience with the company. I should have got the employees name but I'll be back and it's because of the service I received.
