Highway robbery!!! One of our units was towed in after the accident.... despite the absurd towing cost and $400 a day storage fee, they keep increasing price without any reason... two different quotes were given to us with 2 days apart - the difference was $10.000 ... for no apparent reason! This people should be taken to court! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT!!!

I want to thank Derek and his team for helping us when the alternator went out on our motor home. Derek ordered the new alternator from Cummins and had us back on the road in time for us to return to Indiana for our grandson’s 14th birthday celebration. Thanks again Derek!!
locks my keys in my car and they were there faster than I could even realize had my car unlocked and even got me home in time to get my children off the bus!
Horrible Experience. They were called out by the highway patrol to tow our truck out of the snow. They gave us a bill of $41,000. Absolutely ridiculous. There are no Federal regulations in place to prevent tow companies to make outrageous bills to clients.

It was about midnight and they advertised 24hrs service but no one answered all I got was a voicemail saying they were closed and to leave a message and someone would call you back. There were no details on the voicemail assuring they were 24hrs or someone would call you back even after hours. I just didn't have time for that I needed to find a more reliable source to assist with helping me change my flat tire so I could get home.
Complete rip off, my son and his friends slid off the road in the snow, called for a tow and then waited to be pulled out. An hour later they called and were told it would be several hours or maybe the next day before they would be able to get to them so they got a ride with State Patrol to a hotel. Within an hour later the tow truck showed up at the hotel with the vehicle. They charged $200 for the pull out and $200 for the tow. Had the boys known they would be there that soon they would have waited with the car.
They are crooks! They pocket cash and don't claim it and they overcharge a lot from car theft. They tell you one amount over the phone them charge you more when you pay there.
We were on our way to our family vacation spot when our truck broke down. Derek was quick to react to our situation and was polite, helpful and professional to boot. We had our children and dog in the backseat while sitting on 94—his response time and willingness to help us was much appreciated! This place is has horrible customer service and outrageous prices. Called to pulled out of the ditch was told they would there in 15 minutes 3 hours later they show up. Then we are informed it will be$274. we will never use this place again.
Friendly folks, definitely equipped to get the job done. Beware though, they will up charge you.
They did not record my name or number when I called, dispatched someone to give me a ride without mentioning it was a 100$ flat rate. Didn’t take my keys, and was not informed when my vehicle was pulled.
Called at noon next day to find it had been available for the entire morning, and that I was charged another 250$ for them not acquiring my keys and towing it. When I initially called they said 250 for the pull, depending on how hard it was to retrieve. Next day, I’m walking out the door with a 630$ bill plus the 25$ charge for using credit. No debit option. So moral of the story, try not to get into a spot where you need their service and if you do; Make sure you do your diligence and make them record your info and take your keys. Cause they have no problem sucking your money up. Yeah it’s a business but if you fail to collect the info or take the keys, you shouldn’t charge extra for your negligence.

Our serpentine belt broke on Hwy 94 as we were driving to our family for Christmas. Ed towed us within thirty minutes and, after glancing under the hood, diagnosed that we also needed to replace our belt tensioner. He called the parts in on the road so they were ready for him as soon as we got into town. He made the fixes, and in less than twenty minutes, we were on the road again. We highly recommend them for their 24-hour excellent and fast service.
I locked the keys in my moving truck like a dumbass and within 30 minutes Scott came to help me get them out. The truck had manual windows and door locks making it extremely difficult to open. After about 30-45 minutes of working on it Scott was able to pop the window open. I would highly recommend this company to any traveler in need of assistance. Thanks for all your help.
Had mechanical issues way off the beaten path. They arrived for a tow in a reasonable time. And as an out of towner they went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible being stranded with no truck. I and my 2 rambunctious dogs were even given a ride back to my camper 20 miles away in a personal,non tow truck after my truck had been towed.
My husband explained he was coming from 3.5 hours south to get the car for his sister he told him on the phone when he came today it would be 250.00 it ended up being 322.00 dishonesty is not a great quality. Wouldn’t recommend
On December 1, 2017. I contacted this business to tow my party bus. I called over the phone & received a quote for $550. After my bus got towed to the service shop. The driver of the towing company informed me once the tow was over the price had went up $100. This was never mentioned before or during the tow. I was already frustrated on my bus breaking down & was not in the mood to argue. Although I should had only paid the quote that I was given. I signed a receipt agreeing to $650+tax. Totaling to $685. I checked my bank, they charged me an additional $27.13. I called the company within the same hour. They said it was for a credit card charge. No where on the receipt does it say that, not did the man who towed my bus mention that. After telling them this they agreed to refund my card. A few days later I received a phone call from a man at this business stating a lady tried to refund my card of the over charged but she didn’t know what she was doing. He told me he would take care of this. I emailed this company yesterday(12-12-17), got no response. I would never deal with this company again. Nor trust them with my credit card.
