Was in a rough spot a couple hundred miles from home, my car broke down and I needed to rent one for the weekend. Jeremy was polite, helpful, and very informative. He helped us get in a nice car for the weekend, and not let a couple bad strokes of luck ruin the trip. Would highly recommend this business, he has some very nice cars on site. My wife and I purchased a Dodge Durango about a year ago. The key fob does not lock or unlock the car. They were promised that we would get a new one that would function properly by the salesman Jeff we had reached out about two weeks after purchasing the vehicle and was told that he would get in contact with us about getting a new key. We never heard back from Jeff a few days ago We received a text asking how the car is, we Expressed our concern about never receiving a new key fob he said that since it was past 60 days since purchase, he could not add on cost to the deal claiming it would be “an accounting, nightmare”. We are very displeased with the customer service at this location and would not recommend purchasing from the dealership

Went to buy a truck and worked with Michael. We talked about it and I was all in, told him I wanted to move fast with the purchase after a couple questions I had got answered. He said he would call me with the answer the day after. I didn’t hear from him the following day and had to play phone tag to get ahold of him. Said he will follow up with me again because he forgot. Still havnt heard from him and brought my business elsewhere.
I’ve bought a couple vehicles now from this shop. JD and Jeff make the process easy and they found a great option for my daughter’s 1st car. Highly recommend you check this place out if you looking for a vehicle.

Bought a Mercedes Benz with warranty . Jeff didn’t even explain all the features let alone know how most of the functions work. Sunroof broke 3rd day, and he verbally promised to fix it. Let it drag out for 8 months and then said he can’t . Filed BBB complaint with legal files.
They are good old boys who only serve their purpose.
He verbally agreed and removed his agreement when it was not convenient . Chances are they did not pay the warranty that I had to pay them when I bought the car, so they avoided trying to get it fixed because they warranty was never paid on their end. I would check to make sure you have validity. Also, they left me with a broken sunroof on a 25,000 plus vehicle with no help. AWFUL SERVICE.
I'll never buy from these guys again. They will knowingly sell you a vehicle with a bunch of problems, cover them up and send you on your way... Once your off the lot, it's your problem and they won't do anything to make it right. Even if you don't make it home from purchasing it like I did. They don't care even if the vehicle becomes unsafe to drive, they still don't care. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CONS.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from River Falls Sales and Sports in the past 2 years. Both transactions were the easiest we’ve had in past years. It was a pleasure working with Jeff Andrews and we look forward to doing business with them again.
I originally thought that this was a great dealership until I realized what I bought was not as advertised, or stated by the salesman. I guess just another used vehicle sales lot, telling you what you want to hear. If you plan to buy from this company, do yourself a favor, have the vehicle checked out ahead of time by someone that you trust. Don't use anyone affiliated with this company to check it out, or inspect the vehicle.
Bought a audi A4 from river falls sales and sports. The car is very nice . I would say the salesman needs to give better information on the financing. Such as if the bank is requiring certain stipulations to get lower interest rates . I would recommend buying from them but ask questions about financing and make a good decision based on your needs .
We drove 3.5 hrs to look at a Charger R/T,the car was exactly as described plus they gave us a fair price on our trade over all very good to deal with.
We bought our first car here and let me say the customer service and atmosphere is top notch.

John and Jeff were very helpful and accommodating. Had a great experience with River Falls Sales and Sport. Love my new truck! I was able to do most of the transaction long distance (from Duluth, Mn). They responded quickly to all inquiries and waited past closing for me. Had never been to River Falls, cute little town! Would definitely purchase from them again!
